  • My personality is full of patience

    September 27th, 2024

What’s the trait you value most about yourself?

I give more importance to good personality and patience about myself. Because personality has special importance in human life. Being patient is not an easy task. It would not be wrong to say that being patient is the most difficult task in today’s world. Being patient is a good quality, which we must develop. Those who are patient get its fruits in various ways. We are suffering from some kind of stress every moment. The main reason for this is lack of patience. We want to achieve everything today and at this very moment. So what if we do not have sufficient resources? Whatever we want, we achieve it by any means, right or wrong. Due to lack of patience, we are not only becoming immoral but also criminals.

No matter what your looks are, your character should be good. This is because it is your character that reflects your personality. For example, some people look very beautiful, but instead of them, an ordinary person leaves a deep impression on our minds. In comparison to a person who looks beautiful from outside, the sweet smile on the face of an ordinary person, his manners in behavior and his way of talking create a special identity in our hearts and minds. Every person has his own personality, his own identity. Its specialty is that in a crowd of millions of people, he is recognized because of his unique personality. Actually, personality is the name of the complete image of a person, which he creates in front of others. That is, if your image is positive, then you become worthy of praise in front of others. Similarly, if your image is negative, then you can become worthy of insult.

The special thing is that the personality of any person is not formed by just one quality, but it includes his complete images like knowledge, expression, tolerance, seriousness, presentation etc. Patience is the companion of man. In the absence of patience, man gives up his natural nature. He changes himself after seeing the circumstances. In this way, due to lack of patience, man often causes harm to himself. Without patience, man cannot live life easily. Patience is the art of living. Patience is the first sign of religion. Every person has his own goals according to his daily routine, which are formed only due to his efforts. With only this difference, the importance of objectives is not the same. Reaching the destination with hard work is not an easy task. There is a high possibility that due to problems in the long journey, the speed of the man may slow down or stop completely. Every person is like that stone, inside which a beautiful statue is hidden, which the eyes of a sculptor can see. He can carve it and turn it into a beautiful statue.  However, the idol is already present in the stone, the sculptor just moves aside the extra stone covering the idol. Just like no two leaves on a tree are the same, similarly every person is different. Everyone has some merits and demerits. It is just a matter of recognizing them and imbibing the good qualities and abandoning the bad qualities. That is, we can always improve our personality. For this, first of all we should bring positive thinking in our mind. That is, if we always keep positive thoughts, then we will always do creative work.

If a gardener starts watering more than twenty pots of plants, even if he waters them more, the fruits still come in the right time in the season. Someone planted a small plant, watered it and started looking at it eagerly, but it never happens that the fruit will come now. Remember, nature never works in a hurry!

  • Is life like this?

    September 26th, 2024

This is a very touching story, it shows the truth of life, read it carefully. 20 years of life flew by like the wind. Then began the search for a job. Not this, not that, not far, not near. While doing this, I quit 2, 3 jobs and settled on one. Some stability began. Then came the first salary cheque. It was deposited in the bank and began the endless game of zeros accumulating in the account. 2-3 more years went by. A few more zeros increased in the bank.

I turned 25. And then I got married. The wonderful story of my life began. The first two years were soft, rosy, juicy and dreamy. Roaming around hand-in-hand, colourful dreams. But these days soon flew by. And then there was the sound of the child’s arrival. In one year the cradle started swinging. Now all the attention was focused on the child. Getting up, sitting, eating, drinking, pampering. I did not realize how quickly the time passed by. In the meantime when did my hand slip out of her hand, when did talking, roaming around stop, neither of us realized.

The child grew up. She got busy with the child and I with my work. EMI of house and car, responsibility of the child, education and future facilities and also the worry of increasing the zero in the bank. She devoted herself completely to work and I too turned 35 in the meantime. House, car, zero in the bank, family – everything is there, still something is lacking? But I did not understand what that was. Her irritation kept increasing, I started getting indifferent. In the meantime, days kept passing. Time kept passing. The child kept growing. His own world kept getting ready. I did not realize when the 10th year came and went. By then both of us became forty-forty-two years old. The zero in the bank kept increasing.

In a very isolated moment, I remembered those gone days and seeing the opportunity, told her, “Hey, just come here, sit next to me. Come, let us go somewhere holding hands.” She looked at me with strange eyes and said, “Do you think of anything? There is a lot of work to be done here and you are thinking of talking.”

Tucking her saree pallu in her waist, she left. Then came the forty-fifth year, she started wearing glasses, her hair started losing its black colour, some confusion started in her mind. The son was in college over there, and the zeros in the bank were increasing. Soon his college was over. He stood on his own feet. He grew wings and flew away to a foreign land.

The black colour of her hair also started fading. Sometimes her mind started failing her. She also started wearing spectacles. I myself became old. She too started looking old. Both of us started growing from fifty-five to sixty. There was no news of the zeros in the bank. The plans of going out started stopping. Now the days and times for taking medicines started getting fixed. The house which was bought with the thought that we will live together when the children grow up, now started feeling like a burden. The rest of the days started passing by thinking when the children would return.

One day I was sitting on the sofa enjoying the cool breeze. She was lighting the diya. Suddenly the phone rang. I picked up the phone. On the other side was my son. He said that he got married and will now live abroad.

He also said that father, donate your bank balance to an old age home. And you can also live there. After saying some more formal things, the son hung up the phone. I came back and sat on the sofa. Her diya too was about to finish. I called her, “Come let’s talk today again holding hands.” She immediately said, “I’m coming now.” I couldn’t believe it. Her face lit up with happiness. Her eyes filled up. Tears started falling from her eyes and her cheeks got wet. Suddenly the shine in my eyes faded and I became lifeless, forever. She did the Shesh pooja and came and sat beside me, “Tell me, what were you saying?”

But I did not say anything. She touched my body. My body had become totally cold. I was staring at her.

For a moment she became blank. What should I do? She did not understand anything. But in a minute or two she became conscious. She got up slowly and went to the prayer room. She lit an incense stick. She prayed to God. And came back and sat on the sofa. She took my cold hand in hers and said, “Where do you want to go? What do you want to talk about?” “Tell me!” Saying this her eyes filled up with tears. She kept staring at me. Tears started flowing from her eyes. My head fell on her shoulder. The cold breeze was still blowing. Is this life?

  • Serving the elderly is a selfless duty for me

    September 26th, 2024

List three jobs you’d consider pursuing if money didn’t matter.

Doing a job is a means of livelihood for ordinary people. But sometimes the situation becomes such that apart from money, peace, comfort, respect and honour also matter. Some jobs are done only for money. But there are some jobs where money does not matter. I would also like to do such a job which is more important to me than money.

1,,old age home,, The elderly are a precious asset for us. I like serving them very much.Serving the elderly is the biggest religion and deed of human life. The elderly have good and bad experiences of the entire life. This experience is the most valuable thing for today’s young generation. If I get such a chance, I will be ready to do this job for less money.

    2. Giving religious education to children. Our children are our future. If children get good education from childhood, they will help us in shaping our future along with themselves. School education is important but religious education is also very important. Because religious education develops kindness, respect, goodwill etc.

    3. Librarian. I am very fond of reading books. If I get a chance to work in a library, I will definitely do it.

  • I love Indian culture

    September 25th, 2024

What aspects of your cultural heritage are you most proud of or interested in?

I am proud of many aspects of my cultural heritage. As an Indian, Indian culture fills my heart and soul with reverence. India is a land of many cultures; it is one of the most ancient civilisations in the world dating back over 4,000 years. During this period, many customs and traditions have evolved which reflect the rich culture and heritage of this country.

From having a rich cultural heritage to being the originator of some delicious cuisines, this country is not bound by any borders. It would be fair to say that the people of this country are proud of their cultural identity and are constantly carrying forward their legacy. In a multi-ethnic land like India, a common language is the unifying force and an important part of our culture. While travelling from one state to another, one can visit our magnificent heritage monuments and temples. People are proudly embracing their culture, traditional cuisine, dialect and attire.

We are the skilled citizens of a great country India. Our country is unique and different from all the countries of the world. I am proud of my culture and civilization. Whenever and wherever I tell anyone that I am an Indian or someone calls me an Indian, I feel proud. We are citizens of a country which has played the role of English in promoting democratic values all over the world. We are proud to be citizens of a democratic country. The culture and civilization of our country is one of the oldest civilizations of the world. This country has also been the country of sages and saints. That is why many great men have also called it the land of gods. Because the culture and civilization of this country has been going on from generation to generation. The culture of our country is based on great moral, pure and divine qualities like sacrifice, love, goodwill, brotherhood, faith etc.  One of the largest collections of songs, dances, theatre, music, folk traditions, paintings and writings, which is known as the ‘intangible cultural heritage of humanity’, all belong to India. Intolerance, secularism, equality, which I am proud of being a citizen of my country and I have received. By applying which in our social life, we can establish peace and create a prosperous society, a world. This culture with a big heart has taught us to love even our enemies. On this land, great men like Lord Shri Ram, Shri Krishna, the epitome of sacrifice, Mahatma Dadhichi, Danveer Karna, the great and truthful King Harishchandra etc. were born. In our country, people of different languages, castes, costumes and different castes live together till Kanyakumari and from Gujarat to Arunachal Pradesh. It is only possible in a great country like India to weave so many different colours in an integrated form. Here people of almost all religions of the world live in harmony with each other. Everyone has the freedom to propagate their religion without any discrimination.

India is also called the country of youth. Our country is also excellent in terms of art. The success that our country has achieved in the field of science and technology has surprised the entire world. Due to nuclear power, India is counted among the powerful countries of the world.

In today’s time, people of Indian origin are spread all over the world. And they are also making a lot of progress. We should be proud of our culture. Just as the followers of other religions wear clothes according to their religion and follow their religion, we should also feel proud and adopt the behavior according to our religion.

  • I am not interested in any brand

    September 24th, 2024

What brands do you associate with?

Today’s world is crazy about brands. Expensive brands, the hobbies of the rich, are causing mental torture to the middle class people. Today’s middle class children are taking wrong steps in comparing themselves with the lifestyle of their rich friends. And are also putting their parents under mental stress. I am not interested in any such brand. I wear and use only what I like.

  • I can help keep my city clean

    September 23rd, 2024

What could you do more of?

Being a woman, I fulfill my responsibilities very well. I take care of the house, take good care of the children, take care of the parents and fulfill everyone’s needs on time. There are many other things that I have to do. Apart from this, I am interested in contributing to social work, attending religious festivals, creating new programs for children in the society and making them eager to participate in them, etc. Apart from all this, if I get the power, then I can help in keeping my city clean.

  • A passerby’s advice is invaluable to me

    September 22nd, 2024

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

People in this world give some advice while moving around, even without being asked. But sometimes such advice can be very useful. Once I was travelling by train. Many poor people travel short distances in Indian Railways to seek help. It was evening time. An old man boarded the train and said a few things through a song, which are advice worth implementing in life even today. And I have not been able to forget the words of that old man even today.

He said, if someone is not understanding after explaining once or twice, then stop trying to explain to the other person. Your views match with a few selected people, if you do not match with one or two, then stop taking them to heart. If after a certain age no one asks you or someone is saying bad things about you behind your back, then stop taking it to heart. When you experience that you have nothing in your hands, stop worrying about the future. If there is a lot of difference in your desire and capability, then stop expecting from yourself. Everyone’s position, stature, pride, everything is different, so stop comparing. Enjoy life in old age, stop worrying about daily expenses. If there are expectations, there will be many shocks too, if you want to live peacefully, then stop expecting.

This advice proved invaluable to me. And I completely agree with his words. Because the most inspiring advice of my life was given by a passerby.

  • what is the real meaning of beauty?

    September 21st, 2024

True beauty is far more than skin deep. When our face glows with inner peace and happiness, we radiate true beauty. Happiness comes from what we give to others. It comes from the love we feel in the relationships we hold dear. Beauty is an age-old concept that humanity has enjoyed for generations. However, it is often shrouded in myth and misconception. These myths shape our perception of beauty and influence our self-image and social values.

Beauty is inherently subjective, shaped by culture, society, and personal perceptions. There is no one universal standard of beauty that applies to everyone. Accepting definitions of beauty leads to greater acceptance and appreciation of individual differences. True beauty goes beyond physical appearance and includes many qualities such as kindness, confidence, and truthfulness. Accepting imperfection and celebrating uniqueness is what truly defines beauty beyond superficial standards. Although physical beauty may attract attention at first, true beauty comes from within. Inner qualities such as compassion, empathy, and intelligence contribute greatly to overall attractiveness and beauty. Beauty does not require expensive products. There are so many cheap and easy skin care products and makeup options available today and natural remedies can be just as useful as high-end makeup. Beauty is not constrained by age but grows and evolves over time.  Embracing the process of creative ageing and valuing the knowledge and experience that comes with it is important to rebuild society’s beauty standards. Beauty is a precious gift given by God. For some, beauty of the body matters, while for others, beauty of the mind matters. Many people have tried to define beauty. But there cannot be just one definition of beauty. There is beauty in every form of nature, which is not only difficult but impossible to describe. Life is full of beauty. Pay attention to the bumblebee, the moon, the sun, and the smiling faces of small children. Smell the rain and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest and fight for your dreams. A lot has been written about beauty, but I have always felt that beauty actually emerges from accepting yourself and being at ease with yourself. The moment you are comfortable with yourself, you feel beautiful.

Style is when a 5 foot 1 woman goes to a party in flat sandals instead of heels. I think when you accept yourself, your confidence attracts other people towards you. Maybe that is the real beauty. I think most of us don’t feel beautiful because we don’t listen to ourselves. That is why we always use clothes, brands, fashion as a protective shield to feel good. We don’t even know if they are having any effect on us or not. On the contrary, over time it takes away our confidence. So I think whether it is a man or a woman, beauty starts with simplicity.

  • My mother’s love is what gives me energy

    September 21st, 2024

    What things give you energy?

My mother’s love is the biggest energy for me. Because we all know that mother is someone who cannot be described in words. That is why most of the life-giving and respectable things in the world are called mother like mother earth, mother cow etc. A mother is a word given to a person who sacrifices and gives her first priority to the well-being, development and welfare of her family and children throughout her life. A mother not only gives birth to a child but also makes a lifelong commitment to love him, take care of him and show dedication and love without any prerequisites or conditions. A mother plays an important role in the life of every person as she plays the role of a protector, a friend as well as a disciplinarian. She is a selfless loving person.

Mother is the most loving person in the world. She selflessly showers her love on her children. Which cannot be described in words. My mother is the pillar of my life, she is my Guru and guide as well as my best friend. She stands with me in all my problems, sorrows and adversities and also gives me strength to fight all these obstacles of life, the small things told by her have made a big change in my life. Therefore, I can say this with great pride and confidence that my mother is the best mother in this world because along with giving birth to me, she has taught me every single thing in my early life, for which I will be grateful to her all my life. When I was small, my mother taught me to walk by holding my finger. And as I grew up a little, my mother has given me other basic education at home like wearing clothes, brushing teeth, tying shoe laces. Everyone knows this that a mother’s lap is never too small for her child. A mother’s love for her child is so deep and unbreakable that she can fight the whole world for the happiness of her child. A mother has a great importance in our life, this world is incomplete without a mother. A mother has the courage to face the biggest calamity to protect her child. A mother may suffer a lot but she does not let any harm come to her children. For these reasons, mother has been considered as the form of God on earth and hence a saying is also quite popular that God cannot be present everywhere, that is why he has created mother. This is the reason why this relationship of mother is still considered one of the most respected and important relationships in the world.
