  • How to make all your dreams come true?

    November 14th, 2023

Every person has some dreams in his life. Small dreams always come true. But sometimes it happens that a person pursues a dream his whole life, yet it is not fulfilled. If you want all your dreams to come true then you should sit in meditation for some time before sleeping at night. If you concentrate on the little finger of your hand, it has so much power that it can fulfill all your dreams. If you want any of your dreams to be fulfilled then weave its fabric with all your heart. If you really want any of your dreams to come true then your dream should fit your imagination exactly. Imagination does not mean that today you have this wish and tomorrow you have another wish. To fulfill the dream, there should be only one vision, which dream you want to fulfill. Your imagination must be absolutely strong.

First of all, decide your dream specifically, so that you can walk on the path of realizing your dream. The best way to be specific about your dream is to write about your dream in your diary or a notebook. If you don’t know what you want you can’t get it, can you? Even if you don’t know 100 percent what you want, you can still go this route. All you have to do is imagine what needs to happen and by doing so, your dreams will appear to be certain as you move towards them. For example, let’s say that you have always wanted to write and eventually you want to become a true writer. want. You don’t know whether you want to write a novel, become a journalist, or become an inspirational blogger, but taking steps in the right direction will help you figure out what you want. If you can’t figure out what you want, There’s no need to be sad if you want to do what you want. Who knows, your dream might be to get a job that makes you feel like you are making a difference in the world. There are many ways you can make all this happen, and an overarching goal will help get you there.

All you have to do is convert your dream into a strong desire in your mind. Making a determination to achieve your dream increases your confidence and helps you overcome difficult stages of life. This may be one way to convert your dream into a strong desire. You may believe that your dream is achievable and that you can achieve it. You have converted your dream into a strong desire, now you have to You have to convert your strong desire into your goal. You turned your dream into a desire because you believed it could be done and that you could do it. But in reality, when the desire has to be converted into a goal, then it is important for you to have the faith that you have to do it. This type of belief is based on your responsibility such as, it can be done so you can do this and if you can do this then do it now. Talking about goals, they are time sensitive, so setting a time line will help you accept the fact that you are committed to achieving it. Make a strategic plan. It is essential to formulate a specific objective to achieve your goal; You can call this objective a plan or action plan. There cannot be one universal plan for all; Every battle depends on the moral plan, the person making it, and his goal; Therefore, to achieve your goal, you will have to find and prepare it yourself.

A simple question, do you believe that one day all your dreams will come true and you will achieve everything you want to achieve? If yes, then close your eyes for a moment and see how beautiful that life is, how much It is beautiful for a dream to come true, now come back to your present life and start taking small steps because these small steps will take you to your destination. No matter how big the dream is, it always starts with a small step. Wherever you are, whatever you have, start with whatever you have, because whatever you have is enough to start something.

Many people become satisfied with their circumstances. They feel that whatever I am and whatever I have got is enough because they have become accustomed to their circumstances and these circumstances do not allow them to move forward and this habit does not allow them to grow. Allows it to happen. The dream is fulfilled when there is no consciousness of day and night. Your dream can be fulfilled only when you find life incomplete, useless and bad without your dream. If you want the future to be yours then stop saying no and start saying yes.

There are many supernatural powers in this universe, which God has scattered to fulfill our dreams. If we want to use those powers, we will have to stick to one insistence. For example, when a small child is adamant, he keeps taking what he wants. Similarly, we are also little children of God. If we remember them and stick to our stubbornness, then one day we will definitely get what we want.

  • What power is there in prayer?

    November 14th, 2023

Prayer provides inner strength to a person, it provides inner strength, enthusiasm and hope to motivate him towards action. Prayer destroys disappointments and negative emotions by making a person’s thoughts and desires positive. Prayer has great importance in every religion. The basic feeling of prayer is that a person will have to do work, but the work done by him will never go in vain, he will definitely get adequate results. He will get inspiration and enthusiasm for that work through prayer.

Prayer does not mean that you leave your work and sit in the temple doing Aarti, keep ringing the bell and God will go to the examination hall in your place and take the exam or will complete your other tasks. Prayer provides inner strength to a person, it provides inner strength, enthusiasm and hope to motivate him towards action. Prayer destroys despair and negative emotions by making a person’s thoughts and desires positive. Man never becomes lucky by praying. If this were the case then people of all religions would have stopped praying or all religions would have denied the importance of prayer. Prayer cannot take the place of action, action cannot take the place of prayer. If this were the case then the doctor would have prayed before the operation to ensure that the operation is done. The basic feeling of prayer is that the person will have to do the work, but the work done by him will never go unfruitful, he will get adequate results. Will definitely get it. He will get inspiration and enthusiasm for that work through prayer. Lord Shri Krishna has expressed this importance of prayer in Geeta. He said that you should have faith in your work only, not in the desire for results. Because whatever work you do, you will definitely get its results. Therefore, there should be love in your work only, not in the result. What is meant to be said here is that a person should collect his time, his energy, his concentration and his acquired power and work hard for the prescribed work, and should not make his mind frustrated and anxious due to the desire for results. By doing this the work done becomes fruitful. Indian culture gives the message of turning man towards God, but does not make him workless or fatalistic. Even astrology says that destiny changes through action.

Our fate lines start changing automatically after some time. Karma is behind the change in those lines. The literal meaning of prayer is the desire for special grace. At the time of prayer, when a person appeals to his deity or makes a request, the person’s mind becomes pure. By daily prayer, our mind becomes healthy by having clean thoughts and our mental disorders are destroyed. In fact prayer makes us humble and submissive, which is a requirement of every person’s nature. There is a great need for them in today’s society. Therefore, the significance of prayer is very high in the present times. Prayer makes us practice concentrating our mind and brain, so that you can achieve your destination, you can be successful in the challenge you have accepted, the work you have resolved to do. Prayer done with true feelings and work done with sincerity is the guarantee of success. Prayer is the essence of religion. Prayer is not a request, it is a call of the soul. This is a call for self-purification. Prayer invites humility within us. If the ornaments of man’s personality are peace, humility and tolerance, then their origin lies in prayer. If the essential elements of a man’s personality are diligence, dedication and hard work, then they are the foundation of his success. Both have their own importance. You have to choose as per your requirement what is necessary for you.

Praying to God while continuously doing Karmayoga is actually an acceptance of considering the work being done as God’s work. Karma accompanied by prayer is another form of dedication of the devotee’s work at the feet of God. Due to this, ego does not arise in the mind of the doer. Although the worship methods of different religions may be different, the inner notes of prayer are the same. All the great people of the world have gained inner strength somewhere or the other through prayer to God. Prayer is a medium of unity between God and man.

By praying you are reminding yourself of how much suffering you are in. By praying you are reminding yourself how unreliable you are. By praying you are reminding yourself how foolish you are. This is what you are saying, I should not do anything bad to myself.

In prayer you remind yourself, again and again, of your responsibility as well as your weakness. Responsibility reminds you that only you have the power to harm yourself and do good for yourself. And when you remind me of your weakness, you remind me that you have no strength, you will cause harm to yourself. You remind yourself of both things together.
The name of reminding oneself of these two things is prayer. The first thing is that I am very powerful, I am so powerful that I can destroy myself as well as save myself. And secondly, I am very weak, I am very weak, how to know? I can do my own welfare as well as destroy myself. But I often end up destroying myself. I am very weak and I am forgetful, what I remember now I will forget after some time. That is why it is customary to repeat the prayers several times.

What is prayer? How do we empower ourselves through prayer?
Since childhood, we have spoken, sung and heard many prayers. Over time, we have developed faith in prayer. This belief will lead us towards a better life and will also help in the development of our spiritual journey. Prayer, when done with the right understanding, has a tremendous impact on our well-being and spiritual growth.

Prayer is a direct means of building a relationship with God. It is a conversation – with the God within us, or with the idol, and with the God we worship, or with the divine power in which we have strong faith. It’s a wireless connection! Therefore, prayer can be done at any time and any place!
In general, our elders and gurus recommend praying early in the morning. The idea behind praying first thing in the morning is that we are giving due priority to prayer before getting busy with daily routine. However, if it is not possible to pray in the morning, we can pray at any time of the day, there is nothing wrong in it. Prayer is a request made before God. Prayer means desiring something supernatural from God. Whenever we want something but are unable to get it or when we need help or guidance from someone but do not get it, we pray to God with utmost devotion, love and heart. And then we definitely get the answer to our prayer. When our prayer is true then we definitely get what we pray for.

The effect of the vibrations generated by prayer is that we get the help of divine powers. There are many Gods and Goddesses in the universe who are ready to help anyone if one prays to them with a true heart. Due to such indomitable spirit that people get the right direction, they have a lot of virtuous deeds. And since they are now present in the universe in the form of Gods and Goddesses they always help those who are eager to progress on the path of peace and salvation. But we have to ask before them. When we get lost midway, we stop and ask someone for the right path to reach our destination, right? Something similar happens in prayer also.
Prayer is a special request made to God. Prayer means asking from God in a broad sense. Prayer means asking for the strength that we lack to reach our goal. For example,
If our goal is to bring happiness to others, we can recite this prayer by heart five times every morning: “O Lord, may my mind, words and body not cause even the slightest sorrow to any living being in this world.” If someone misbehaves with us, we will pray to God to have mercy on that person. Instead of trying to change the person, it is better to have good feelings for them.

Prayer plays an important role in a person’s bad times.
Sometimes, a person resorts to prayer in an attempt to change his destiny. For example, if we are suffering from some illness, or we are having a bad time, we pray to God that our karma be washed away. There are many types of karma to suffer. One kind of karma can be washed away by prayer, another kind of karma is one that can be washed away by true spiritual effort, and the third kind of karma is one that can be washed away no matter how much effort we make. . One has to suffer. The third type of karma is smooth. In the scriptures, this smooth karma has been called ‘Nikachit’ karma. In which a person has to suffer karma in any situation. However, at that time some relief can be found through prayer. Therefore it is very important to always pray. Prayer does not help in destroying the karma but in this state it gives stability and inner peace to the person. When our karma causes us sorrow, then awakening comes. Then we pray to God, “O God, save us from these deeds. Only then we become awakened. God does not give us awakening, awakening comes only by taking His name. If there are many problems outside, there is a lot of despair, So it is good to do bhajans. If a person is very restless and he sings bhajans in a loud voice, then the situation inside will become calm. Also one of the reasons is that there is nothing like silent prayer.”
Prayer means surrendering your problems and concerns.
Whenever we face any problem in life, we pray to God. What it means to pray is to surrender all your doubts and worries, all your plans and confusions at the lotus feet of God.

Prayer is a means for our own progress. Every parent should teach their children that every morning after taking bath, they should pray with a pure heart,
“O God!” Give me and all the people of the world true understanding, give good wisdom, give salvation to the world. If you, as a parent, do this, it means that you are trying to instill good values in your children. Children may resist at first, but after some time they will like to pray and will respond positively. Usually a child learns the importance of prayer from an early age. Only then does he develop a strong faith. It happens that God listens to prayers because prayers offered with all the heart definitely yield results and within no time, God becomes the child’s forever friend. Prayer makes a person humble. When the person bows down humbly When someone does namaskar to pray, he admits that he still has a lot to learn. So when we pray, we surrender our ego and are giving up the impurities within us. The person’s ego is reduced. Being is the same process of spiritual progress, which will gradually reduce the ignorant beliefs that we have about ourselves. When we ask God for the strength to destroy our ego, we develop ultimate humility. Every day you have to do it with all your heart. And one should say in a prayerful manner, ‘My speech should not hurt anyone, and my speech should be such that it helps and gives happiness to another person.’ When, after sowing such seeds of speech causally, a person attains true speech.

  • Is it easy to attain renunciation?

    November 14th, 2023

Vairagya means not having bondage or being free from subordination. It is considered an important part of self-realization and attainment of salvation in religious and spiritual culture. When Vairagya is expressed, a person goes beyond attachment to honour, relationships, pleasures, property and faith.
Vairagya is the second wheel along with practice on the path of meditation.

The mind keeps running towards this world made up of the objects of the five senses. If you are sitting quietly, whether your eyes are open or closed, see where your mind goes? Your mind rushes to see something, you want to see some scene, some person. Similarly, the mind keeps running towards smelling, tasting, hearing or touching something or thinking about something read or heard. The desire for any such experience does not allow you to remain in the present moment. Even if for a few moments, you say that no matter how beautiful the view is, I have no interest in seeing it, no matter how delicious the food is, There is no time yet. And right now I have no interest in eating, no matter how beautiful the music is, right now I have no interest in listening to it, no matter how beautiful a touch is, I have no interest in feeling it either.
Vairagya consists in freeing one’s senses from this craving and passion for sensual objects, even if only for a few moments. Even if only for a few moments, capturing the mind from material sensual pleasures and establishing it in oneself. This is renunciation. This is the second important requirement of the path of meditation. Whenever you want to meditate deeply, your mind should be in detachment. Meditation is not possible without dispassion, even meditation without dispassion will not give you relaxation. The trapped mind gets tired of chasing desires one after another. You look back at all your desires, have they ever given you any comfort when fulfilled? No, they have given birth to some other desires only. Then the mind gets engrossed in these arising desires, then these desires also do not give any satisfaction but awakens another hope.

In this way you ride a swing going round and round which goes nowhere. You feel as if you have walked far away but you reach nowhere. Life becomes such a race in pursuit of desires in which even while running, we reach nowhere. The mind which is full of desires cannot meditate.
For example, the mind always keeps running towards this world made up of 5 senses. He constantly desires to see a beautiful person, to eat good food or to enjoy any other luxury, but have you ever felt that your mind is sitting at peace after the fulfillment of your desires? He puts one desire after another in front of you. Detachment is a state in which we give up attachment to the garbage our mind is chasing. We have to know through meditation what is garbage in life. Renunciation is important to attain meditation and renunciation. Vairagya should also be such that you feel happy by keeping your mind away from material things. Instead of wallowing in sadness about giving up things. When man realizes that there is nothing for which he wants to live tomorrow. There is nothing without which my life is meaningless. Osho says that renunciation is to free oneself from the object and to travel towards oneself. He says that the mind can take two journeys. Either from you towards the substance, or from the substance towards you. The stream of mind going from you towards matter is called Raga. The name of the consciousness returning towards you from matter is renunciation. If you want to travel towards yourself, then before that you will have to enter renunciation in your life. Without this it is impossible to achieve meditation. We have to give up the slavery of the senses which are pulling us towards the material world and make ourselves the master of the senses, otherwise we can never achieve renunciation.

Vairagya is not only about giving up worldly things. Giving up evil thoughts, jealousy, hatred, greed, pride from one’s mind is also considered as Vairagya. A person who adopts qualities like kindness, faith, honesty, truth-telling, non-violence etc. is also considered as Vairagya. It falls in the same category. Taking care of the family while living in the world, serving one’s old parents is a means that gives more results than renunciation.

  • How to understand God’s plan?

    November 13th, 2023

Positive thoughts in life come to the person who believes in God’s plan. And this is the development of spirituality. This spirituality tells him that life and death are in the hands of God. And whatever God does, He does well. Take a look at our circumstances and see that God often brilliantly displays His plan for our lives by arranging circumstances in clear ways. And He also shows us that He does not wish to do it that way. Every person faces many circumstances in human life, how and to what extent those circumstances will affect us, it completely depends on our way of thinking. Is. Things remain the same but changing perspective changes the entire outcome. And whatever God does, he does well. Therefore, there is a need to have firm faith in God. Someone has rightly said – The person who cries every moment of sorrow, to him the happiness standing at the door returns from outside itself. Got life for a few days. Why should we live it openly? Bring a smile on your face despite your sorrows. Have fun with kids. Laugh out loud at some joke. Forget your grudges. Thank God every day for both happiness and sorrow. Everyone gets time to change life, but life does not come again to change time. We have got this life only once, so why should we not live it openly. Because life is a pleasant journey, who knows what will happen tomorrow. What could be better than spirituality for a happy life?

    What is God’s plan like?,

Every plan of God is done in a very systematic manner. But humans do not have that much strength. Seeing his adverse circumstances, man starts blaming God. A devotee comes to the temple every day. Worked in the temple with devotion. He used to see the Lord personally. One day he said, “Lord, you stand here day and night, please make it so that you come again and again and I stand in your place.” On repeated requests of the devotee, God said, ok, but Where you stand quietly. Any devotee may come and request anything, may call out, you may see anything right or wrong happening, but still you all remain silent. I have already made proper arrangements for every devotee coming to the temple. On the request of the devotee, God himself left the devotee standing there. After some time, a rich man came to the temple and said, Lord, please bless me this time also so that I get profit in my business. As soon as he started leaving after praying to God, his purse full of money fell in the temple. The thought came in the mind of the devotee standing at the place of God to stop this and tell him that your purse has fallen but he remembered God’s words that you will only see what is happening and will not say anything.

After that rich Seth, a poor man came to the temple whose wife was very ill. He was praying to God that Lord, I do not have money for the treatment of my wife. Do some miracle so that the money can be arranged. At the same time his eyes fell on the fallen purse of the rich merchant. That poor man picked up the purse and after seeing the money in it started saying that Lord, your deeds are limitless. Here I requested you and on the other hand you also performed a miracle. The poor man thanked God and left the temple. The devotee standing at the place of God tried to stop him this time too by saying that the fall of this purse was not a miracle of God but it had fallen by mistake from that merchant. But remembering God’s words he remained silent. After that poor man, a businessman came to the temple who was about to go to another country by sea for his business. He had come to pray to God that his journey be successful. The businessman was still praying when the rich man came to the temple with the police saying that someone had stolen his purse from the temple. He felt that after he left, this businessman might have found my purse and perhaps he might have hidden it somewhere. As soon as the police started taking that businessman away. The devotees standing at the place of God said that the purse was picked up by a poor man whose wife was ill. This businessman is innocent. The policemen released him and went to arrest the poor man. When the Lord returned, the devotee narrated the entire incident to him. He felt that God would praise him for this work but God said that I told you not to stand silently. But you messed everything up by telling the truth.

He used to earn money by robbing rich people and through unfair means. If that poor man’s wife had been treated with his money, she would have got the reward, albeit unknowingly. Secondly, losing so much money does not make any difference to his wealth. But that money was valuable for that poor man, it would have saved his wife and also provided food to his family for a few days. Because of you, that poor man will now be in jail and his wife will also face difficulty in treatment. That businessman was supposed to travel by sea today but today a storm is going to come in which the ship in which he was going to travel is going to sink. If he had gone to jail today, he would not have been able to travel and he would have been saved from drowning in the sea. Due to lack of evidence the police would have released him yesterday. You have messed everything up. Now that devotee started regretting his mistake and started thinking that it is true that whatever God does, he does it for the good.

Many times this happens with us in life when some situation arises, we immediately start blaming God that why did God do this to me? But after some time we feel that if God had not put us in such circumstances at that time, we would not have been successful. At that time we feel that why are we being put to the test? There are many other people in the world. Take their test. At that time we forget how many trials we go through from birth to death. We pass some exams and fail in others. We have to give exams until we pass. God always does us good but we ignorant people do not understand His greatness and keep blaming Him and cursing Him. In Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna explains to us that our Value does not come from any external object, cause or situation. We are precious to God just as we are. Therefore, we too should not evaluate ourselves on the basis of any external object, situation or person. Whether any event is good or bad, it is linked to each other which takes us on the right path. Every situation is connected to each other, similarly a failure leads to a new success. If we look into our own life, we will feel that some events cannot be called good but we will not know that now but when we go ahead and look into the future. If we think about it, then how would it have happened if that had not happened, that is, there is definitely a reason behind everything that exists, but for some events, the reason may not be known till the end.

That’s why don’t doubt God’s plans and silently watch what He is doing. There is no separate leader in the Kingdom of God who can point a finger at him. His decision is firm. Whether one believes it or not, whatever one wants happens.

  • What is the scientific reason for celebrating Diwali?

    November 12th, 2023

The festival of lights symbolizes the victory of good over evil, light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. Deep Pratipada festival known as Diwali marks the beginning of celebrating lights as a festival. Deep means light, Pratipada means beginning and Utsav means festival. It is not a one-day festival, it is celebrated for several days. It is said that Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, enters the house on this day. On this day, special worship of Lord Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha is organized for wealth and peace.

    Why is Ganesha worshipped?,,

In Hindu religion, Lord Shri Ganesha is worshiped as the first deity. Therefore, before starting any auspicious work, worshiping Lord Ganesha is mandatory. It is believed that by doing this all the tasks are successful and the person gets positive results. It is also said in the scriptures that during the worship of Goddess Lakshmi on the day of Diwali, not Lord Vishnu but Lord Ganesha should be worshipped. According to the legends, while having a discussion with Lord Vishnu, Goddess Lakshmi had said that I am not going to worship Lord Vishnu. I bless you with all things opulent. It is only by my grace that all the devotees attain happiness. In such a situation, my worship should be the best. Lord Vishnu came to know about this arrogance of Goddess Lakshmi and decided to break it. Lord Vishnu told Goddess Lakshmi that even though you provide happiness and prosperity, if any woman does not get the happiness of motherhood, her womanhood remains incomplete. Therefore your worship cannot be considered the best. Hearing this, Mother Lakshmi was very disappointed and went to Mother Parvati to express her grief. Seeing the pain of Mother Lakshmi, Mother Parvati handed over her son Ganesha to her as an adopted son. Pleased with this, the Mother announced that a person would attain wealth and prosperity only by worshiping Lord Ganesha along with Goddess Lakshmi. Since then, Lord Ganesha is worshiped along with Goddess Lakshmi on Diwali.

There are many stories behind the worship of Goddess Lakshmi on Diwali. In such a situation, it cannot be said clearly what is the reason behind this. But, all these stories point to the same thing that Diwali is a festival of prosperity, light and enthusiasm. Lakshmi is also seen as a symbol of prosperity and prosperity arrives from this day. Therefore, Lakshmi is worshiped on this day. It is said that the reason for worshiping Lakshmi on Diwali is the churning of the ocean. In fact, when the ocean was churned between the gods and demons, Lakshmi also emerged from it. It is believed that the day Lakshmi came out, it was the new moon day of Kartik Krishna Paksha. This day itself is celebrated as Diwali. Mother Lakshmi was coming from the churning of the ocean, all the gods were worshiping with folded hands. For this reason, Goddess Lakshmi is worshiped on Diwali. Many people say that according to Indian calendar, after the passage of 14 Manus and the destruction, reconstruction and new creation started on the day of Diwali. For this reason Lakshmi is worshipped. Whereas many people say that the first Amavasya of Kartik month is the time of new beginnings and new construction.

Why is Lakshmi worshiped without Vishnu on Diwali?,,

Many demons were killed on the day of Diwali, including Narakasura, Bali etc. Therefore, Diwali is considered a good sign and Goddess of prosperity i.e. Lakshmi is worshipped. One story is that Lord Vishnu sleeps on Devshayani Ekadashi and wakes up on Devuthani Ekadashi, which comes 11 days after Diwali. On Diwali, when all the Gods and Goddesses are specially worshiped along with Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Shri Hari Lord Vishnu is not worshiped on the same night, because the holy festival of Diwali falls in the middle of Chaturmas and at this time Lord Vishnu is worshiped for four months. Remain absorbed in Yoga Nidra. In such a situation, his absence in any religious function is natural. This is the reason why Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, visits people’s homes on Diwali without Shri Hari Lord Vishnu. At the same time, Ganapati, who is considered the first to be worshiped among the gods, represents him along with other gods. However, after Diwali, when Lord Vishnu wakes up from Yoga Nidra on the day of Kartik Purnima, all the gods once again celebrate the festival of Diwali by doing special worship of Goddess Lakshmi along with Shri Hari, which is called Dev Diwali.

What is the scientific reason for celebrating Diwali?,,

Our ancestors created the Teej festival for the welfare of mankind. We believe in festivals because they are linked to religion. There is a scientific reason behind all the festivals. The scientific reason for celebrating Diwali is that the process of development keeps happening within us. The distance between the Sun and the Earth changes after Diwali. That means the Sun moves away from the Earth. It starts from Trayodashi of Kartik month. Because of this, life on earth moves slowly. No farmer grows these two crops in his field because these two seeds do not germinate. No seeds are sown in India from Diwali to 14 January. When nature starts slowing down our lives, we start preparing to energize things around us. The best source of this is to make rangoli in triangular shape outside the house. Therefore, Rangoli is made on the day of Diwali. In the month of Kartik, people are still seen performing kirtan on the streets in Brahma Muhurta in the villages of India. The scientific reason for this is that it awakens energy. In the month of Kartik, the women of India wake up in Brahma Muhurta because our scripture says that in this month the sun’s rays do not first fall on any creature or nature but on humans. And mankind can take advantage of it. Sun rays help in keeping our body healthy. With this we can cure many of our diseases. Because the sun starts moving away from us in the month of Kartik, it is very important to take the first rays of the sun on our body.

  • What is the significance of Chhoti Diwali?

    November 11th, 2023

The day before Diwali we know as Chhoti Diwali, Narak Chaturdashi is celebrated on the Chaturdashi date of Krishna Paksha of Kartik month which we also know as Chhoti Diwali. On this day, there is a tradition of worshiping Kali Mata Hanuman ji and Yamraj ji. Actually, there is a mythological story behind celebrating Chhoti Diwali which is related to Lord Shri Krishna.

According to the legend, once a demon named Bhaumasura, also known as Narakasura, created havoc in all the three worlds due to his atrocities. Due to his powers he had even conquered many gods. Because his death could only be at the hands of a woman, he had abducted thousands of girls. On this, Indradev approached Lord Krishna with a prayer for the protection of the world. Accepting the prayer of Indra Dev, Lord Shri Krishna along with his wife Satyabhama mounted on Garuda and arrived to kill the demon Narakasura. Lord Shri Krishna made Satyabhama his charioteer and with his help he killed Narakasura. After killing Narakasura, Lord Shri Krishna and Satyabhama freed 16100 girls abducted by him. When these girls returned to their homes, the society and their families refused to accept them. To give shelter to all those girls, Lord Shri Krishna accepted them all as his wives. Bhaumasura was also known as Narakasura. Lord Shri Krishna killed him on Chaturdashi date itself. Therefore this date is also called Narak Chaturdashi. This day is celebrated as Chhoti Diwali.

On Narak Chaturdashi, the main lamp is lit for long life and good health. This is called Deepdaan for Lord Yama. According to Hindu beliefs, on the day of Chhoti Diwali, everyone lights a lamp in the name of Lord Yama outside their house in the south direction. It is said that doing this brings happiness and prosperity in the house. It is believed that the person who pleases Yama and Mother Mahalakshmi on this day does not have to suffer hell after death. It is said in the scriptures that Narak Chaturdashi is very useful for people born in human form in Kaliyuga. Kaliyugi man commits many types of sins without knowing it. Therefore, it is very important that Kalyugi living beings understand and follow the rules and importance of this day. On this day, wake up before sunrise and apply oil. After taking bath, one must visit Lord Vishnu temple or Krishna temple. This removes sin and gives beauty.

On this day Lord Shri Krishna had eliminated evil. And protected women. These words of Shri Krishna give us the message that those who do evil will meet their end one day or the other. And if a helpless woman calls out to God, then God himself appears to protect her. Narak Chaturdashi gives every person a chance to atone for the sins committed by him. If a man can realize his sins in time then his life can become meaningful. The meaning of Diwali for us is to destroy the devil within us forever.

  • How to motivate yourself?

    November 11th, 2023

Every person is hungry for praise. It is written in someone’s destiny to get praise for small things. And even if someone does the best work, no one praises him. All this is the accounting book of our deeds. Sometimes A man gets depressed due to all these things. He feels that he is not capable of doing anything in this world. But a person should always believe in himself. If your conscience says that you have really done a work worthy of praise, then Don’t forget to thank yourself. Learn to ignore all these things like who loves you and who doesn’t, who understands you well and who doesn’t.

Make sure to reward yourself every time you achieve your weekly goals. Whatever rewards motivate you, you should give them to yourself. Personal motivation is the key to sustainability in almost all aspects of life. If we’re not motivated, we’re more likely to waste our time and neglect our personal and professional goals. Even the most determined people can feel quite negative sometimes. Sometimes even the most determined people can lose their motivation. It is possible that while running after your goal, you are not giving yourself a break and hence you are feeling more tired. Therefore it is also important to take breaks. If it’s a fitness goal, maybe take three or four days of rest instead of your usual one or two days of rest. If it’s in school, don’t try to do all your work in one sitting. Everyone gets tired sometimes. If you fail to meet your goals for the week, take it as a lesson. Try to complete your next goal ahead of time, so that you can use the remaining time to complete the pending tasks. This way you’ll stay on schedule. So don’t focus on failure. Just accept it as a human phenomenon, and continue working toward your goals.

A person who does not have any goal in life can never remain motivated. Any person who has a goal remains motivated to a great extent.
If you do not have any goal then you must make some goal. Along with this, make a bigger target for more motivation. Having a bigger target leads to more motivation. But achieve the big goal in small pieces. This will also increase your motivation. It is also very important to have a role model for motivation. To stay motivated, you should make a successful person in your field your role model. You should read and know about them. With this, you will continue to get motivation from your ideals. The life of every successful person is full of difficulties. Which helps us to fight our difficulties. The moment you give up, you lose. Along with this, your motivation also reduces. Therefore, no one should give up in any work. There are many such examples in front of us who never gave up and are successful today.

There is more motivation in a person when he knows that this is his last moment. Like saving some time during a game. Exactly the same thing can be used for motivation in life. To stay motivated, consider every moment of life as the last moment of life. This will always keep you full of motivation. For some people it is a little difficult in the beginning but after some time it becomes easy. Whenever you give up, you lose. Along with this, your motivation also reduces. Therefore, no one should give up in any work. There are many such examples in front of us who never gave up and are successful today. Happiness and sorrow in life are like the changing seasons which keep changing. If there is happiness today, there can be sorrow tomorrow, and if there is sorrow today, there can be happiness tomorrow. One should never be afraid of this changing life, and should face it boldly. However, some people are very strong from inside who do not let themselves break under any circumstances. Such people face problems boldly and ultimately achieve victory. These types of people are very courageous. To keep yourself motivated even in adverse circumstances, it is important that you set your goal.

Set goals that focus on smart work instead of hard work. For this you should think about the goal. To motivate yourself, the most important thing is to set a goal on which you have to work hard and achieve victory. You should never be confused by your goal. Once you have decided, work hard day and night to achieve it. If you change your goal again and again, you will not get motivation. To achieve your goal, you will have to focus on it with full energy. Many times people try to do a lot of work at once. Doing this not only distracts your mind from your goal but also makes you unable to concentrate fully on other work. Try to leave aside other tasks and focus only on your goal. If your focus is only on your goal then you will automatically keep getting motivated.

People who want to motivate themselves never pay attention to what others say. Do not injure yourself by the criticisms of others. To motivate ourselves, we have to reach our destination by walking on a rocky path. And you have to show everyone that you too can do something.

  • What is sin? And what happens from it?

    November 11th, 2023

Anything that takes a man away from himself is sin.  And whatever works to bring you closer to yourself is virtuous. Sin or crime are those actions committed by humans, which are considered unacceptable in any religion.  All those actions, which degrade spiritual and social values, or destroy economic and natural resources, fall in the category of sin or crime.  The person who commits a sin is called a sinner or a criminal. Living in the society, we make many efforts to run the family, but we do not keep track of how much sin is being committed and how much virtue is being done.  Our only goal is to earn money.  If money is earned through lies and sins, it gets consumed in the stomach, but sins are accumulated with you.  Remember, the money earned through sin gets spent, but sin does not. Lust, anger, attachment, greed, pride and jealousy – these six enemies keep agitating the mind.  By suppressing them, man becomes free from sorrow and sin.  As soon as we look within the mind, by the grace of God, the destruction of these enemies begins.

The desire to grab others’ wealth is a great sin.  Such a person never attains salvation.  And who knows for how many births he has to bear the burden of this sin.  Even a grain of someone else’s share brings poverty in our actions.
Trying to do things that the mind refuses to do is also included in sin. Considering the body as everything is the biggest sin. The biggest sin in the world is playing with the honor of a woman.  The person who plays with the honor of a woman commits the biggest sin in this world.  According to science, women power is such a power which is very difficult to estimate.  Women are considered the most revered in the world.  Insulting a woman is equivalent to destroying the entire universe.  In the world, women nurture their children in every way.  Whom we call mother in the language of love.  This woman appears to the man in every form.  Sometimes as a mother and sometimes as a sister.  Only women run this world.  A person who hurts a woman becomes the victim of crores of sins.

The person who hurts others by speaking harsh words to them is a partner in sin.  Therefore, always control your speech.  He should think about what to say to whom and then speak.  Because one of our bitter words can upset someone and we too have to be his friends. Lying is also a sin.  No one respects the person who keeps telling lies in every conversation.  Nor does anyone believe in them. A person who criticizes also earns sin.  The person who always wastes his time in criticizing others never develops.  Such a person has no respect in the society.  There are many people who keep speaking without any reason.  Who knows what many things he says while speaking like this.  Such persons commit sins through their words. Theft is a great sin.  If a person steals someone else’s money, he has to repay the debt for many births. Having a relationship with another man or woman is the biggest sin.  The person who breaks his limits in the society is never worthy of being respected.  According to the scriptures, such a person has to suffer hell. Whenever you save your own sins and put them on others, then you become surrounded by sins.

What are the consequences of sin?,,

The consequences of sin can be seen in our own lives.  If there is physical and mental pain in our body.  So this is the result of sin.  If there is unrest and discord in our family, this is also the result of sin.  Honor and respect in society is also the result of sin.  If we have never found any Guru in life and our mind is not focused on God then this is the reason for your sin.

To put it in simple words, sin is nothing but missing one’s purpose.  Man was created by God with a purpose.  We did not come here in this world just like that, but God has given a purpose to all of our lives.  And that primary objective was that humans should always live with each other in complete happiness.  But this world is mean and selfish.  No one thinks about anyone here.  Forget about others, people of the same family become bloodthirsty.  We all know that sinning is not a good thing.  Yet it is the nature of mankind to adopt whatever gives us immediate happiness.  Like we know that if we are itching then if we itch more then it will peel off.  But still we are unable to stop ourselves because this thing gives us instant happiness.

However, different people have different concepts of sin, for example, in some places sacrificing an animal is normal and in some places it is a heinous crime.  But since beliefs and customs keep changing. No person does any work so that his mind becomes unhappy, hence it is appropriate for us to stay away from any work which gives us unrest and any work which brings peace of mind.  Only if we go towards the truth i.e. the mind gets satisfied, only that work is right for us. The work which takes you towards peace is the only one worth doing. Knowing that the work I am doing will not satisfy me, I  Despite this, doing that deed is a sin.  In other words, committing a wrong action knowingly is a sin.

Knowing that I will not be able to get peace of mind even by getting attracted to some person or getting something, but still going near that person or thing is called a sin. There is a special difference between mistake and sin, did you not know that any karma  Whether your mind will be satisfied after doing it or not, but you still did it, it is a mistake.
But you have experienced this before and know that the mind is not completely satisfied with this thing, but still you put effort, energy and time in doing that work, then it has become a sinful act. And the mistake is forgiven, but it is a sin.  Gets punishment.  You know what is most important for you to do at this time, but in the name of your fear, greed or responsibility, you are avoiding doing that action, then understand.  This is sin.

And the punishment for this sin will be that you will have to suffer the consequences of spending your time in wrong work instead of right work.
You knew very well that if you give the exam today, the result will also come, but if you did not go for the exam, then what was the punishment?  The hard work you had done throughout the year has been wasted and you will have to practice again. You have committed unwise acts in the past without being conscious and you realize your mistake. This is the atonement for your sin, and the special thing is that you  You can get rid of your sinful deeds by considering yourself a sinner. But for those people who consider themselves to be sinless, smart, doing good deeds, their chances of changing their life or doing something better in their life end there.  .And the only way to get rid of sin is to not allow yourself to be the way you were before, let’s say you were an alcoholic who used to abuse people after drinking alcohol and used to commit acts like assault.  But one day you came to your senses and decided to give up alcohol. Now after two years, if you meet an old friend or person and he calls you an alcoholic or a madman, it will not matter to you because you are not the same as before.

Rather you will say, no problem, let him say, he doesn’t even know that now I have left unconsciousness and have adopted the path of consciousness. Just like you were very greedy for money earlier, you were a greedy type of person, and due to money, many  You also did wrong things. Now one day you come to your senses and decide to give up your greed, then after some time such a situation arises. When someone tempts you with the lure of money, you will ignore it and move ahead because  Now the greed for money has gone from your mind.  Suppose you have always had the habit of gossiping.  But one day you give up this habit.  Your friends who used to enjoy gossiping with you start doing it again, and you tell them that I have given up all this.  So you become free from your sins.

But often people realize their mistakes and sinful deeds, but they still remain the same as they were at the time of committing the mistake. Neither they are able to change their thoughts nor their actions, due to which they again One has to suffer the consequences of one’s sinful deeds. All those deeds which are not considered appropriate by the social system and law, but if such deeds are performed by a person, then they come under the category of crime.
Punishment for criminal actions is definitely given by the society and legal administration, this punishment may include imprisonment, payment of fine etc. All the sorrows we have to suffer in life are the result of our sins. Therefore, man should always stay away from such misdeeds. So that he can become a great personality in the eyes of everyone in the society and in his family.

  • Should we get angry?

    November 10th, 2023

Man himself is an embodiment of desires. There is no human being born on earth who does not have any desire. A person who is unable to express or fulfill his desires feels irritated. The main reason for anger is personal or social contempt. People who are ignored, despised and considered contemptible get more angry. Because they want to show the society that they also exist through negative activities like anger. The purpose of anger is also to expect love from a particular person or society. Anger is an emotion. At the physical level, when there is anger, the heart rate increases; Blood pressure increases. The psychology of anger is that you wanted something and someone stopped you from getting it. Something has become an obstacle in the way, an obstacle. All your energy was going to achieve something and someone stopped the energy. You couldn’t get what you wanted. Now this frustrated energy becomes anger.

Anger against the person who has destroyed the possibility of your desire being fulfilled. The main reason for anger is personal or social contempt. People who are considered neglected and despised get more angry. Because they want to show the society that they also exist through negative activities like anger. The aim of anger is also to expect love from a particular person or society. Being alone in a new place is a reason for anger. Psychologists say that people who have less friends generally get angry easily. Children who are born in a nuclear family and one of their parents suffers from mental illness. They become angry due to mental irregularities. They start abusing, hitting siblings and breaking things. Psychiatrists say that if your child gets angry a lot, it means he is frustrated somewhere.

At the time of anger, one’s fierce form is expressed or uncultured words are used, which hurts the self-respect of the other person. This creates a new problem. The other person gets angry and starts thinking of taking revenge and humiliating the other person. No one sees the reason for the anger.

Nine types of emotions arise in the mind of all of us at one time or the other due to circumstances, of which anger is also one. Anger in its refined form becomes bravery which fills with extraordinary energy and also ensures victory in difficult situations. To understand the psychology of anger, we have to understand the mathematics of expectations. First of all anger should be accepted. A balanced amount of anger is essential and necessary which gives strength to fight against oppression. There is an incident in the Ram-Ravana war that Shri Ram was asking for a way from the sea to cross Lanka. Three days passed but the sea remained motionless. In such a situation, Ram also had to get angry. It is out of anger that Shiva performs Tandav and Kali kills the wicked. It is worth understanding that anger is also energy. There is a subtle difference between whether this energy will be used for constructive work or for destruction. It is said in Geeta that at the root of anger is attachment, so the way to go beyond it is also suggested in Geeta. Karma without attachment is called that, when you understand that Karma itself is in your hands. This helps in reducing anxiety. Doing selfless work is neither difficult nor complicated. This is the name of flowing in the flow of life, because the owner of this world is God and our period here is limited.

A bone broken once in life can be healed, but the wound caused by a single word from the mouth of an angry person never heals, it remains forever. The person who often expresses his anger in life And the one who gets angry loudly is actually ignorant, but on the contrary, the one who controls his anger by remaining calm is called wise. Just as you cannot see your reflection in boiling water, in the same way You can never know or understand the truth in a state of anger.
Anger is the cause of many major troubles in human life. Due to this, a person gets tied in the bondage of the world and due to this his religion is destroyed, hence a person should always avoid getting angry.

An angry person moves away from everyone in the society because of his anger. No one wants to have a relationship with such a person because everyone feels that he gets angry at every conversation. Being angry produces such hormones in a person’s body which are very harmful for the person himself. An angry person makes his soul so sad that he himself feels guilty due to this. Therefore, instead of getting angry, if we think about it peacefully for 2 minutes, then perhaps the anger may reduce a little.

  • How to make old age happy?

    November 7th, 2023

The human body does not always remain the same. After childhood, youth, middle age and then old age. Nobody wants us to go to this stage. But this is a routine and one has to bear it. Blurred vision, wrinkles all over the body and face, unclear speech, helpless steps, inability to digest food, all these symptoms are not liked by anyone. On top of that, the old age of the daughter and daughter-in-law makes life haram. But by paying attention to some things, old age can be made pleasant.

    (1) To be physically independent,,

With time, our body parts also start becoming loose. But if we are strong in our mind then we do not let them reach this situation. This condition of our body does not develop in a day. If we remain active while we are young, then even in old age we will have the strength to do our own work. We will be able to cook our own food, make our own bed, do our own body work like bathing etc. We will be able to clean our own clothes. If we put these small tasks on others, we become a burden. If while we are young we develop the habit of doing all this work ourselves, then this habit develops in us. Then in old age we do not have to face anyone.

    (2) Take care of your diet,,

Food and drink are important for our body at every stage. But if we improve our eating habits in our youth, we will not have to suffer from physical diseases in old age. Always make a habit of eating simple food. If you feel like eating something spicy, eat it occasionally. Wrong eating habits cause diseases in our body, which trouble us even at a young age. In old age, one feels more like eating something spicy. In such a situation, fulfill your hobbies sometimes.

    (3) Remembrance of the Lord,,

This habit of not remembering God in old age is inculcated from youth itself. Always try to make yourself a believer to some extent. You may not believe in God, but develop the habit of enjoying God’s hymns. If you develop this habit from your youth, then in old age you will not be able to stop yourself from remembering God. And there is no doubt that this will make your old age better.

    (4) Attachment to one’s family,,

Always love your daughter-in-law, son, grandchildren. If you love your daughter a little less, it will not make any difference to you. Because the daughter understands every reaction of the parents. But it takes time to accept the daughter-in-law who is someone else’s daughter. And the stick of your old age is your daughter-in-law. Therefore, love your daughter-in-law more than your son. Take care of children. Bring a small gift for them from time to time. The more you take care of them, the more they will take care of you. Never speak bitter words to them.

    (5) maintain kinship,,

When the web of relationships surrounds us, we do not realize when and how we forget our sorrows. Friendship is also a kinship, which adds color to our life. Choose good friends while you are young. Always maintain good relations with your relatives. Visit their house from time to time and invite them to your place too. If this continues till old age, your old age will never let you feel lonely.

    (6) Mind your own business,,

Most of the people do not have any work after reaching a certain age, so they keep wandering here and there the whole day. This thing is not good. This habit does not allow us to live anywhere. This spreads discord. And when the matter reaches the ears of the family members, their respect is also at stake. We should mind our own business right from our youth. One should give up the habit of interfering in anything done by others. When two people are talking, the habit of interrupting, the habit of giving advice without asking for it, the habit of abusing while talking, the habit of gossiping, should be given up from youth itself. Otherwise these bad habits continue with us till old age.

    (7) To be content in mind,,

Contentment is the ultimate wealth, contentment is the ocean of happiness. Many people remain dissatisfied despite having everything in life. Man’s desires can never be fulfilled. Even the king and the king could never fulfill his wish. Even God succumbed to desires. We should always be satisfied with whatever we have got. If we have this habit since childhood, then half of our sorrow will go away in old age. All suffering in old age is due to desires. The desire to eat more, the desire to travel more, the desire for more money, and the desire to get more respect. These are the desires whose non-fulfillment makes a person unhappy. The more we fulfill our desires, the more they keep increasing.

If we learn to do these small experiments from childhood itself, then perhaps we will not have to cry in old age. Just as we enjoyed all the stages of the body, we will also learn to enjoy old age. And when we leave this world, people will remember us for our goodness.
