  • Is it easy to be happy?

    December 18th, 2023

In today’s times people say that it is very difficult to be happy. But if we do not think too much about this thing then it is very easy to be happy. Every person has some characteristics. Make your characteristics the beauty of your mind. Only some of our characteristics can give us strong beauty in our mind. Concentration fills the mind with energy. The coconut tree is taller than other trees because the coconut tree is more concentrated. It keeps moving in one direction, whereas other trees are ready to spread in any direction. Wherever they get an opportunity, they start moving there, whereas the coconut tree does not let its concentration get disturbed. Humility is the characteristic that enhances the beauty of the mind and protects us from ego. The poison of ego poisons the mind as well as the body.

There was a king He made a big beautiful garden. In it he planted the trees of truth, love, honesty and truthfulness, devotion, knowledge etc. The king himself took care of these plants. Would give them fertilizer and water. The plants started growing. Flowers bloomed on them. Those flowers had such a fragrance that the entire city and state were filled with fragrance. The king started being praised everywhere. He started cheering. Due to this the king started feeling arrogant. Within a few days, the king saw that a small plant had grown on its own. What could be the value of that plant among the big plants? The king did not pay attention to that. When that plant started growing rapidly, the king did not try to uproot it, thought, there is no problem. Let it lie there. A few days passed and it took the form of a tree. Flowers bloomed on it. The flowers were so beautiful that whoever saw them would keep looking at them, but they had such a terrible smell that it was difficult for people to tolerate. They would hold their nose. The king was surprised as to which tree is this whose flowers are so beautiful but whose smell is so unbearable. He asked many people, but no one could tell. One day a sage came to the king’s house. The king showed him that tree and asked what kind of tree was it? The sage looked at it, then laughed and said, ‘King, this is the poisonous tree of ego.’ There is no need to apply it. It sprouts on its own and grows rapidly. Its flowers are very attractive, but their smell is so strong that it makes other flowers mix with the soil. Whatever does not survive, its condition is similar to that of your garden. Ego is a small worm that eats even the biggest creatures.

Man keeps wandering here and there to find happiness, whereas happiness lies within him. To be happy, it is important that we remove dull colors from our life and fill it with bright colors. Success and failure are part of our life. Therefore, a person should neither be too proud when he gets success nor should he be disappointed when he gets failure. In both the situations man should remain normal. To be happy, it is most important that we should remove negative thoughts and keep positive thoughts with us. Positive thoughts give us energy and with this we can deal with our problems. When we don’t have problems we will always be happy. There is no direct relationship between our happiness and our achievements. That means it doesn’t matter what or where you are. Only through our thinking can we feel happiness. If the thinking is negative, then even a king living in the splendor of a palace will consider himself unhappy, whereas with positive thinking, even a laborer living in a hut will consider himself no less than a king. By making a little change in your behavior you can achieve many happiness.

There was a close friendship between a gardener and a goldsmith. The gardener used to work hard day and night to grow fragrant flowers in his garden and produce different types of fragrances. Was proud of his garden. It is human nature that we desire to show our venture to our relatives and friends and earn their praise and get happiness by satisfying our ego. So the gardener asked his friend the goldsmith, do you keep knocking while sitting in your shop? Come to my garden one day. If you experience different types of fragrances, your health will improve. everyone has their own qualities
The goldsmith said, “My friend, I will definitely come.” One day he reached the garden. He had a gold measuring stick in his hand. He would look at each flower carefully and then turn towards another plant with a frown. The goldsmith did not enjoy the garden. The gardener also did not like it. He wondered which madman I had invited. After this the goldsmith invited the gardener to come to his shop. The gardener accepted the feast. He reached his friend’s goldsmith’s shop. He would pick up each piece of jewelery and smell it and then put it away in disappointment. Probably he was searching for fragrance in gold also. He too was as disappointed as the goldsmith was in the garden. So try to be happy with whatever you have

Most people, despite knowing this, remain unaware of it. Our happiness is directly related to satisfaction and contentment and it is our inner attitude that makes us feel the true feeling of happiness. Some people keep thinking that if they get a particular thing, their life will be filled with happiness, but even when they get that thing, they are not happy.
In fact, such a person can never be happy, who is not satisfied with his present and always searches for his happiness in the future. At present they wish for one, in the future they wish for two-four. That’s why they are never able to feel happy. Who does not want progress or success, but only that person remains happy in his life, who is proud of his small successes. A person who finds his present success smaller than the success he has achieved in the past and wishes for greater success in the future. He is never satisfied with his work. Therefore he is always deprived of happiness.

  • Do we have to bear each other’s sins in relationships?

    December 18th, 2023

People think that suffering comes as a result of sin or because of divine anger, but this is not completely true. Sin is also a reason for suffering. This is right, but it is not right that all sorrows come due to sins. Many times it happens that a person becomes unhappy because of his destiny. Prarabdha includes all those deeds by which we have caused pain to someone in our previous birth. The second reason is action. These are the reasons whose consequences a person often has to suffer simultaneously or in this very birth. The third and most important reason for this is that when God has to take pity on any living being and take him under His shelter and take him on the path of welfare, then to free him from the bondage of life and bad tendencies, such painful opportunities are created, whose stumbling blocks are After eating, man should understand his mistake and become his true devotee.

Even bad people are unhappy; the same things happen to them that happen to good people. Good people may appear sad on the outside but are strong from within. Bear sorrows with patience. Do not panic all at once. The consequences of wrongdoing done in this world do not happen at the same time, just as by serving a cow one does not get milk immediately, but one has to wait for it to be ready to give milk. Then gradually, by surrounding the doer, his misdeeds cut off his very roots, that is, destroy his happiness. The consequences of wrongdoing are also not immediate, but gradually it stops the happiness of the wrongdoer and cuts off the roots of happiness. After this, only the unrighteous person suffers sorrow. That is, the work done by the doer never goes unfruitful. If that fruit is not obtained in him, then it is obtained in his sons, that is, in his children, or in his grandsons and their children too. But it can never happen that the work done by the doer becomes fruitless. If not completely, then at least to a small extent, sometimes the family experiences so much pain that they become ready to die together by making a suicide pact. In another way also we suffer from our children, when they are useless. In this, the child does not suffer any problem, but we suffer a lot.

The meaning of suffering the consequences of karma in sons and grandchildren is that sometimes our children are handicapped, or mentally underdeveloped, or suffer from some weakness or sorrow. Their suffering is caused by their actions. However, their association with us makes us partakers of their sorrow. In fact, the results of our own actions are appearing before us in the form of their parts. Similarly, when they do not utilize their qualities properly, that sorrow is also the result of our bad deeds, which they are receiving. Man should not think that the story has ended here due to his unrighteous destiny. The sorrows of his family members can also engulf him, and thus he and his family can be destroyed. The fates of family members are interconnected. Even in the world we see that when a father is accused, a little dirt is also put on the son, and when a daughter is insulted, the mother is also accused. Similarly, they also share their joy and pain. So, while the action of one person is reflected back to him and not to others, yet that result also arises in the form of parts of his family members. Sometimes this form of result is even more painful.

The allure of worldly attachment, affection and lust is so tempting that it cannot be forsaken by mere desire. A faint thought comes that a thing like life should be used for some good work, but in the next moment such tempting circumstances come to the fore due to which that thought gets blurred and the person comes back to where he was. . To come out of this kind of mud, God shakes his devotee with great force to wake up the sleeping person. This shock itself seems like sorrow to us. Heart-wrenching events like serious illness, death of loved ones, insult or betrayal by trusted friends occur so that a person gets shaken by their tremendous blow and becomes alert and gives up his attachment to this world. God gives trouble to His devotees so that they can understand who are His true devotees.

Even though one does not invite sorrows, sorrows still come uninvited. Before attaining God, every living being suffers from the disorders of Maya like Panchaklesha, Tritapa etc. These sorrows come due to many reasons. In Sanskrit these sorrows are also called klesha. Devotion burns away these troubles. Devotion begins with devotion. The moment one starts doing devotion with devotion, devotion starts destroying the sufferings and this process ends with God-realization. In each of our previous human births, we had performed kriyaman karmas, the results of which were accumulated. Remain accumulated in the form of karma. Some of those accumulated karmas are destined to be enjoyed by the Lord in the present birth. This is called Prarabdha Karma. As a result of past sinful actions, the soul is born in a family where sinful actions are prevalent, hence, from childhood itself, it sees and performs those sinful actions, which leads to greater suffering in the future. Thus it becomes a vicious cycle.

Sadna was born in a butcher family, hence he did not hesitate at all in killing animals. Meat was his main diet. One day, fortunately, this divine voice of a saint came to his ears, that “To attain eternal happiness, before eating food, first offer it to Shri Krishna and only then take the prasad.” This thing touched his heart and from that very day he started offering bhog. Since he did not know any other food other than meat, he used to offer meat to Shri Krishna every day. But God does not offer food items. Their food is love and only love. He accepts only that which is filled with love in the food offered. So Shri Krishna was moved by Sadna’s sincere devotion and love. This proves that due to his destiny he was born in an environment where violence against helpless animals was a daily occurrence. But Sadna’s devotion cut him off the troubles caused by destiny and made him reach the category of a God-realized saint. Sins committed due to personal interest are sins born out of destiny. As if the living being had committed such sins in his previous birth due to which he was born in a lower caste. But due to falling into bad company in this birth, he may develop a tendency to commit sinful acts. One does not have to suffer the punishment for such sins in this life, they will have to bear the consequences in many future lives. Devotion also destroys these sins. Just as the germination power of a seed gets lost after being roasted in the fire, in the same way the ability of the mind purified by devotion to form material desires also ends. That is, devotion destroys forever the tendencies of the “lust-filled mind”, the seed of sin. Devotion to God is the only thing that frees us from all sins. Everyone has to suffer sins but if we can do devotion then maybe some work can be done.

  • Should we always keep asking from God?

    December 18th, 2023

One should not ask from God and if one has to ask, one should know how to ask. We should consider God as God. He knows what is in our hearts. We should pray only those prayers which are true and come from the heart. To achieve any goal in life, trust God that your hard work will not go waste. By the grace of God you will achieve everything that you desire and want to achieve. In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna explains to us that our value does not come from any external thing, reason or condition. We are precious to God just as we are. Therefore, we too should not value ourselves on the basis of any external object, situation or person. Think, how many times we concentrate our entire mind on a promotion at a job or on a relationship. Our desire becomes so strong that we start feeling that only when we get that thing, we will be successful. In this way, there is no difference between us and our desires or our goals. Lord Shri Krishna explains to us that this is wrong, because it is inevitable that many desires and goals come in the mind of a human being. But there is no human being whose all desires are fulfilled. Remember, even Lord Krishna could not fulfill all his desires in human life. He too had to leave Gokul and Yashoda Maiya and go to Mathura. If he does not differentiate between his desire and his existence in this spontaneous act, then he would not be able to take important decisions of life. The same thing applies equally to us humans. If the desire is not fulfilled or the goal is not achieved, it does not mean that we are unsuccessful or that we do not have the ability.

It just means that what we want may not be right for us at this time. When we lower our mind for any external thing and feel sad on not getting it, then we should understand that by doing so we are insulting God in a way, because we believe that getting that thing or achievement will We are valued. This idea itself is wrong, because God has created us all and whatever way He has created us, He must have created us after thinking something. Whatever we do has His will in it and by doing it well and with all our heart, we are fulfilling His thought. Always believe that if the wish is fulfilled then it is good and if it is not fulfilled then it is good. Also good, because there is God’s play in it somewhere. Therefore, we should not be sad leaving everything at the dignity of God’s play. He will never wish bad for you. This does not mean that you are not ambitious or do not wish to move forward in life. Not at all like that. What God has said means that we must make whatever efforts we can to move forward. But we should not blame ourselves when the results of our efforts do not turn out as we want. Whatever result comes, it is influenced by different people and circumstances. We have no control over them.

If we talk about relationships, the person we love does not necessarily have the same feelings for us. What can you do in this thing? Therefore, do whatever feels right to you and have the firm belief that whatever happens, will be for the good. There is no other way, when God himself is with you. Say to God, O Lord, I ask that my desire to ask should end. O Lord, give me trouble again and again so that I remember you. O Lord, I would like ten thousand Give me your ear so that I can enjoy your sacred praises as much as possible. Often people pray to God, O God, please give me wealth or happiness or I may have a child etc. I think God will fulfill our wish or He would be laughing at this demand, saying that even after giving the best thing in the world i.e. brain and hands, feet, body, resources etc. to do things, man still did not leave his habit of inaction. It is said that whatever we ask for after going to God’s temple gets fulfilled, then why is this demand not fulfilled. By creating man, God has not made him a toy but has given a mind which if used properly, man can do many great things, can find satisfaction and can achieve everything which is available to many people. But many people do not work honestly or even if they do, they keep doing something wrong knowingly or unknowingly. There is nothing impossible if you work with discretion, keep gaining proficiency in your hobby or work, and keep working honestly. In my opinion, I should ask this from God: O Lord, if I am on the right path, if my mind starts wandering, then I should have my companions with me to help me walk on the right path. If I start lacking patience, please give me the strength to be patient. If all this is possible, then believe me, your life will be a good life and if the spirit of charity is also attached to it, then it will be blessed.

I believe that living life is very simple. Difficulty is caused by our inaction, crookedness or doing work without thinking and understanding. Therefore, first of all learn to be simple and learn to have kindness in your heart. Keep improving yourself continuously and learn to live life normally in every situation. Even if there is any problem, then learn to live comfortably in that situation because even in that situation you cannot achieve anything by being sad or crying. But by living with simplicity and normality, we can definitely find God.

  • What is the scientific reason for no auspicious work happening in Mal month?

    December 18th, 2023

There is a belief that has been going on since ancient times that in Malmas, God leaves his temple and goes somewhere else. Due to which people stop worshiping in Malmas. Sun God keeps changing his zodiac sign almost every month but Malmas is the month in which the Sun’s zodiac sign does not change. For this reason it is called Maalin month or Malmas. During this time, no auspicious activities like marriage, Upanayana Sanskar, Mundan and buying new clothes and jewelery are done. During this month, all the devotees get absorbed in the worship of Lord Vishnu. This month has great importance. In this, by worshiping God the pending work gets completed. There are more months in it, hence it is called Malmas. This month is about changing oneself. It is meant to be molded into devotion. Doing auspicious work in this month leads to untoward things. In this month, marriage, construction of a new house, repair of an old house, or any other auspicious work should not be done with the sacred thread. This can cause bad things to happen to you.

Adhik maas is a month which occurs randomly between any two months. It is not fixed. It occurs once in every three years approximately. This month is special and marked with high importance of praying Shri Vishnu. This 13th extra month is called as Adhik Maas. Adhik maas is added to the calendar when the Amavasya and Surya Chalan ( Sankranti) coincides. This month adopts the name of month which follows.

As soon as Malamas occurs, things like honey, amaranth, mustard, onion, garlic, urad, cabbage, carrot, radish, lentils and nagarmotha etc. should not be consumed. It is believed that consumption of these things is not only harmful for health. Rather, your good deeds also come to an end due to this. Stay away from bad deeds and bad thoughts in Malamas. Do not bring bad thoughts in your mind for anyone. Remember God as much as possible at this time. Malmas is considered important in Hindu religion. But this time is not favorable for auspicious works.
The month of Malmas is dedicated to the worship of Lord Vishnu and Tulsi is very dear to Lord Vishnu. Worship of Lord Vishnu is considered incomplete without Tulsi. Therefore, do not make any mistakes related to Tulsi in Malmas. Malmas is considered very special for worship and fasting. Therefore, one should avoid sensual food this month. Do not consume things like garlic, onion, meat, fish, alcohol in Malamas. The time of Malmas is not considered appropriate for auspicious work. Therefore, do not start any new work or new business at this time. This may cause harm. Also avoid making any big investment in Malamas. Do not sleep till late morning in Malamas. Rather, wake up early in the morning and do the puja first after taking bath. During Malamas, one should sleep on the ground instead of bed. Donating in Malamas is considered very auspicious. Through this one receives God’s blessings. At this time you can donate food, banana, yellow clothes, book, coconut and lamp.

In Malmas you can do puja, fast etc. But one should not start any new fast at this time nor should one observe any fast. But you can do whatever you are doing by observing fast. Malmas is the month of Lord Vishnu. During this period, worship Lord Hari and chant his mantras daily. During this time, performing Havan in the name of Lord Hari is considered very auspicious. Although no auspicious work is done in Malmas, you can worship Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi. By reciting Shrimad Bhagwat Katha during Malmas one attains salvation. This spreads positive energy in the house and brings happiness.
Along with worshiping Lord Vishnu, chanting Vishnu Sahastranam during Malmas is also considered very auspicious. Also, during this month, mix milk in water and offer Arghya to Tulsi Mata every day. By doing this all the wishes of the person are fulfilled. During this entire month, after worshiping Lord Vishnu and Mother Tulsi, apply a tilak made of Tulsi soil. Tulsi is very dear to Lord Vishnu and without Tulsi the worship of Lord Vishnu is considered incomplete. Applying Tulsi soil tilak daily opens the way to wealth. According to astrology, Malmas is considered auspicious for worship. The results of worshiping Sun God during this entire month have been described. During the entire month of Mal month, Arghya should be offered to the Sun God in a copper vessel. Surya Path and chanting mantras of Surya should be done. Do not consume tamasic food during the month of Mal. Alcohol etc. should also not be consumed. One should not drink water kept in copper vessels.

Guru Dev Jupiter is the lord of Sagittarius. The entry of Jupiter in its own zodiac sign is not good for humans. When this happens, the Sun becomes weak in the horoscope of people. Due to Sun being weak in this zodiac sign, it is called Malmas. According to the mythology, Lord Suryadev revolves around the universe riding on his chariot of seven horses. Suryadev is not allowed to stop anywhere, but the horses attached to the chariot get tired due to continuous running and no rest. Seeing such condition of the horses, Sun God’s heart was moved, after which he took the horses to the bank of the pond. They realized that if the chariot stopped, disaster would happen. Then Suryadev left the horses there to drink water and rest. He added donkeys to the chariot. The donkeys had to work hard to pull the chariot of the Sun God. During this time the speed of the chariot slows down. Sun God completes the cycle in one month. Meanwhile the horses also took rest. After this the Sun’s chariot again returns to its speed. In this way this sequence continues every year.

  • What is the correct way to observe Ekadashi fast?

    December 18th, 2023

Ekadashi fast has great importance in Sanatan Dharma, how did Ekadashi fast start? Regarding who is Bhagwati Ekadashi, there is a story in Padma Purana that once the sacred verse was given to Dharamraj Yudhishthir by Leela Purushottam Lord Shri Krishna, who gives freedom from all the sorrows, triple heat, who compares the rituals of thousands of Yagyas, who easily gives all the four Purusharthas. Instructed to observe Ekadashi fast. There is a popular story regarding the origin of Ekadashi fast. According to the story, Lord Vishnu had a long war with a demon named Mur. When Lord Vishnu got tired while fighting, he went to the cave in Badrikashram and started resting. While searching for Narayan, Mur also reached that cave and tried to kill the sleeping Lord. At the same time, a goddess was born from the body of Lord Vishnu and that goddess killed Mur.
Pleased with this, Lord Vishnu said that today you were born on the Ekadashi day of Margashirsha month, hence from today you will be known by the name of Ekadashi. This date will be dedicated to you and whoever worships me by observing a fast on this day will be freed from all kinds of sins. He will attain salvation even after death. Since Ekadashi was born under the influence of Lord Vishnu’s Maya, those who observe Ekadashi fast are freed from the troubles of illusion and move towards salvation.

In Dwaparayug, Lord Shri Krishna had also told the Pandavas the importance of fasting on Ekadashi. It is said that once Yudhishthir asked Lord Krishna, O Madhav, please tell me such a path by which one can get freedom from all the sorrows and threefold heat, get the virtuous results like performing the rituals of thousands of yagyas and get freedom from this cycle of birth and death. . Then Shri Krishna advised Pandavas to observe Ekadashi fast properly. There is great importance in observing Ekadashi fast. Besides, the rules of all religions are also different. Especially according to Hindu religion, a person who wishes to observe Ekadashi fast should follow some mandatory rules from the day of Dashami. Offering food to Brahmins on this day brings virtue. Ekadashi comes twice in a month, Krishna Paksha and Shukla Paksha. In this way there are 24 Ekadashis in a year.

People observing Ekadashi fast have to follow some important rules from the day before Dashami i.e. Ekadashi. From the day of Dashami, devotees should not consume food items like meat, fish, onion, lentils and honey. On both Dashami and Ekadashi days, people should follow complete celibacy, away from pleasures and luxuries. Get up early in the morning and take bath etc. Light a lamp in the temple of the house. Anoint Lord Vishnu with Ganga water. Lord Vishnu Offer flowers and basil leaves.
Perform Aarti of God and offer food to God. On this auspicious day, worship Goddess Lakshmi along with Lord Vishnu. One should observe complete celibacy at night and stay away from pleasures. Remember Lord Vishnu and pray. And say – O Trilokinath! My shame is in your hands, hence give me the strength to fulfill this vow. Even if by mistake I talk to any critic, then I should visit Lord Suryanarayan and worship Shri Hari with incense sticks and seek forgiveness. On the day of Ekadashi One should not sweep the house because there is a fear of death of micro-organisms like ants etc. Hair should not be cut on this day. No, no, more should be said. By speaking too much, even the words that cannot be uttered come out of the mouth. On this day, one should donate as per one’s capacity. But never accept food etc. given by someone. On the day of Ekadashi, a fasting person should not consume carrots, turnips, cabbage, spinach, etc. Consume nectar fruits like banana, mango, grapes, almonds, pistachios etc. Every thing should be accepted by offering it to the Lord and leaving Tulsi leaves behind. On the day of Dwadashi, sweets and Dakshina should be given to Brahmins. One should speak sweet words without getting angry.

On the day of Ekadashi the earth is in a special state. If we keep our body light and available that day, our awareness will turn inward. There is a high possibility of the inner door opening on this day. If your stomach is full, you are lethargic and not aware, you will not be able to pay attention to it. So, to remain alert, alert and also to keep the body pure, you remain without eating on that day. That is, you had eaten food the previous night and now you will eat only on the night of Ekadashi. If someone has to eat for a particular time If one has to observe Ekadashi fast, then it should always be supported by right kind of spiritual activities and sadhana. If you fast forcibly without adequately preparing your body and mind, you will only harm your body. But if your body is properly prepared, you are in a certain state mentally, and you are also ready at the energy level, then fasting can be very beneficial for you.

The person observing this fast gets divine results and all the troubles of his life end. Fasting on Ekadashi is considered very auspicious. It is said that this fast can liberate you from the cycle of birth and death. A total of 24 Ekadashi fasts are observed in a year. Every month, one Ekadashi fast is observed in Shukla Paksha and one in Krishna Paksha. The names and importance of all Ekadashis are also different. Usually, when someone has to observe Ekadashi fast, he starts this fast from Ekadashi of any Shukla Paksha. But in reality Ekadashi fast should be started from Utpanna Ekadashi. This Ekadashi falls in the month of Margashirsha and is considered the first Ekadashi. The person observing this fast gets divine results and all the troubles of his life end.

  • How to overcome the troubles in life?

    December 17th, 2023

Our lives are not always the same. Nor are all the people we come in contact with the same. Nowadays, even love between people does not last long. Sometimes the fights increase so much that there is a rift in the relationship. Then there seems to be no other option than separation. Mother Lakshmi does not stay in those houses where there are frequent fights. Planetary defects and Vaastu defects are also the reasons behind all this. It is told in Garuda Purana that husband or wife should not stay away from each other for a long time. This can have a bad effect on your married life. Besides, it also creates many problems in the family and reduces social prestige. Husband and wife should live together lovingly to live a safe and respectable life in society and family.

Junk things should not be stored at home. Some people also keep such unnecessary things stored at home, which have no use. Actually, these people do this because it is part of their habit. Such people do not want to throw anything away. But these useless and unnecessary junk items present at home become the cause of problems. Due to this, relations between family members deteriorate and there is a rift in relationships. Besides, junk things also cause poverty at home. Therefore, throw out useless and junk items from the house. Never leave dirty utensils at night. Keep the utensils clean as much as possible. The kitchen should never be kept dirty. Especially one should not leave dirty and dirty utensils at night. This causes mutual discord among the family members. Leaving empty utensils at night increases negative energy.

If the environment of the house is not right then it will affect the people living there. Therefore, keep the air at home pure. Also keep the house clean and organized. This will also keep negative energy away and the family members will live together. Many times these small disputes become the cause of big fights, which is called domestic conflict in astrology. This planetary affliction not only brings bitterness in relationships but also takes away all the happiness from a person’s life. The north-east corner of the house is considered the most auspicious. Actually, there should always be a temple in the north-east corner. But if you have built a toilet in this angle or have collected dirt, then negative energy flows into the house and causes domestic troubles.

Many people do not keep the roof of their house clean and keep heavy items on it. Heavy stuff in the ceiling makes your head heavy too. Due to this, you always remain full of anger. Apart from this, while doing interior decoration of the house, people do not pay attention to the fact that they should use black color less. Black color absorbs positivity and emotions. In such a situation also, fights happen. If there are two mirrors facing each other in your house, then you should remove one mirror or cover the other mirror. Along with this, you should also keep the North-East corner of your house clean. You should sprinkle Ganga water in your house regularly. This will bring positive energy into your home.
You should regularly light a ghee lamp in the east direction of the house. This will also maintain an atmosphere of peace in the house. Dip camphor in ghee and burn it regularly in the house. The remedy of camphor destroys the negative energy present in the house. While mopping the house, you must add salt in the water. Salt also destroys negative energy in the house. But do not do these remedies on Thursday and Friday. For domestic troubles, dipping a piece of camphor in cow’s ghee and burning it in a brass vessel before sleeping at night is beneficial. You can also smoke camphor at home once a week. This gives peace to the mind.

If there is no family peace in the house, relations between the people in the house are not good, there are always disagreements among the family members, people are at odds with each other, there is dispute in every matter, then all this is the result of domestic discord. There is a reason. When there are quarrels while talking to each other, it becomes a habit to oppose what each other says. When among the family members, especially the one who is the head of the house, he must get planetary analysis done. Domestic peace is very important. Along with happiness and prosperity, love and understanding are also very important in relationships. If all this does not happen then we start looking for belongingness in others. Due to this, family relationships become further weak. It is important to maintain peace and brotherhood in the family. There are many rules to be said, but all these things do not suit everyone. To keep your house away from troubles, first of all improve your behavior. Have true faith in God. All the people of the house should come together and worship God for at least half an hour. Have positive thoughts towards each other. Take out the first bread for the cow. Always keep an urn filled with water in the puja room. Recite Durga Saptashati for all kinds of happiness and prosperity. Keep fast for Vaibhav Lakshmi. Offer gram and jaggery and feed it to the cow.

We come into this world only to perform actions, but due to our foolish attachment to their results, we get trapped in this world. Its result is very dangerous. Our freedom is taken away, we become slaves. We want to get all the things from nature, but in the end nature snatches all the things from us and rejects us. Therefore, the biggest reason for our sorrows and sufferings is attachment. That is why Lord Krishna has said to work without attachment. But do not fall into the temptation of its fruit. Keep within yourself the ability to separate from that karmic cycle whenever you want. Whoever it is, you have to separate yourself from him. The very name of life is struggle. This world of life or field of work is not made for the disabled, handicapped and weak. All kinds of problems, whether physical or mental, arise from weakness. Weakness is death, strength is prosperity, life is immortality. We get worldly pleasures only through attachment. We become attached to our relatives, to our good deeds and to the world and then in the end this happiness, this joy Sorrow transforms into compassion. To enjoy happiness it is essential to be free from attachment. If someone is detached, he will never be sad nor will he have any distress.

  • What is the importance of offering food to God?

    December 14th, 2023

Worship has special importance in Hindu religion. It is said that the results of any puja are achieved only when the puja is performed with complete rituals. Just worshiping God and doing Aarti is not enough. In Sanatan Dharma, offerings are also made to God. Do you know why we offer food to God? There is a provision in religious scriptures that before eating anything, one should offer it to God. It is believed that during any auspicious work or auspicious work, Prasad is offered to God. Similarly, there is a tradition of offering food to God during worship and fasting. It is said that only pure and proper food is always offered to God. Do not consume any kind of impure thing during puja and fast, hence there is a tradition of offering food to God. So that we consume only pure and sacred food. Not only this, it is also said in Atharvaveda that food should always be offered to God and only then should one consume it. Often, after offering Prasad or Bhog, people wonder what to do with this Prasad? Leave it aside or eat it. We tell you what to do with the Prasad after offering it. It is said that Naivedya should be offered in a metal vessel like gold, silver or copper, stone, sacrificial wood or clay vessel. It is said that the offered Naivedya becomes absolutely pure. Therefore, it should be taken away from there immediately after offering it. According to astrologers, Prasad should be distributed as much as possible and a little of it should also be eaten by oneself.

According to Vastu, Naivedya kept near the deity releases negative energy. After offering it to the deity, the prasad should be immediately removed from there. Special care should be taken regarding the time of offering. Bhog should be offered at the time of puja. For this, all the people of the house should be together. After offering Bhog, keep it in front of God for some time and then after the puja, it should be distributed among all the people. Utensil for offering Bhog – The utensil for offering offering to God can be made of gold, silver, copper, brass, clay or even wood. Should be. One should avoid keeping Nevaidya before God in steel or plastic vessels because these are not considered pure vessels. Not only this, one should not offer bhog in a broken vessel. Tamasic substances should not be included in the bhog. You may eat garlic, onion etc., but if you are offering food to God then there should not be onion, garlic etc. in this food. Only clean, fresh and pure food should be offered to God. .Take special care that the food offered to God should be clean and pure. While preparing the food to be offered to God, clean the kitchen thoroughly. Also, it is very important to take care of your own cleanliness. Always prepare Prasad to God after taking bath, wearing clean clothes. After offering Bhog, distribute it among the family members. And chanting this mantra while offering food is beneficial. Meaning- Oh God, whatever I have is given by you only. I dedicate my lamp to you. Please accept it and be happy with me.

Some people say that God is only hungry for feelings, then why this ostentation of offering food? Certainly, God is hungry for emotions, but if we keep him as a member of our house, then it is our duty to take care of him. Whether he accepts our prasad or not, we should eat food ourselves and not ask him to do so. We can never do this. Placing food in front of them at every meal and requesting them is the only way to express our feelings towards them.

  • What is the importance of forgiveness in our life?

    December 14th, 2023

Forgiveness has great importance in human life. If a person commits a mistake and immediately apologizes for it, the other person’s anger goes away to a great extent. Asking for forgiveness is a good personality trait. Similarly, forgiving someone is also a sign of a good personality. Many times such situations arise in life when we have to apologize to others for our mistakes or forgive the mistakes of others. Many times such situations arise when we have to apologize to others even though we are not wrong. It has a lot of power. In true sense this is a divine quality which is found within very few people. Every religion teaches us to forgive others, because both the giver and the receiver enjoy it. Forgiveness always proves beneficial for a person, whereas on the contrary, by getting angry, a person often causes great loss to himself.

The person in life who asks for forgiveness first from anyone is truly the bravest and the one who forgives first is the most powerful. Whoever has done you a favor in the past, even if he commits a big crime, remember his kindness. Forgive him by doing so. Forgiveness is religion, forgiveness is yagya, forgiveness is Veda and forgiveness is scripture. One who knows the truth related to life becomes capable of forgiving everything. Forgiveness is the brilliance of brilliant men, forgiveness is the Brahma of ascetics, forgiveness is the truth of truthful men. Forgiveness is a sacrifice and forgiveness is a mental separation.

Asking for forgiveness from someone never proves that we are wrong and they are right, the real meaning of asking for forgiveness is that our ability to maintain relationships is more than that of the next person. By apologizing and forgiving, we actually help ourselves. Good happens. Doing this is a positive initiative. The feeling of forgiveness destroys the feeling of ego from within a person. How beautifully someone has described that ‘Forgiveness is the fragrance that a flower leaves in the hands that plucked it’. What we give to someone comes back to us. And do not take the lamp of others. So he returns and goes to them. Therefore, if we learn to apologize and forgive, it will ultimately be for our benefit.

A human being has both virtues and vices. Bad habits can be overcome through self-discipline and practice. And life can be lived with good habits. The person who develops the feeling of forgiveness becomes successful. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone has to repent later. If we make mistakes, we should also know how to apologize. And one must also have the courage to forgive the mistakes of others. To ask for forgiveness one has to muster courage and only a courageous person can forgive. When a person forgives someone, he cannot change the past. But by doing this he can improve the future. Now the question is that even if someone violates the limits of mistakes, should he still be forgiven? If someone considers your sense of forgiveness as weakness and makes mistakes again and again. So it becomes necessary to punish him. Especially when not only you but the society also has to suffer the consequences of his mistakes.

The conclusion is that first of all we should learn to apologize to ourselves and others instead of covering up our mistakes. And minor mistakes of others should be ignored. You should develop your stamina. Unless it is a big deal, it may be wrong to protest. It is always worth remembering that forgiveness is the virtue of the weak and the adornment of the brave. Forgiveness is something that is not easy for every person to say. But when it is not easy to ask for forgiveness, then without thinking, go to that person and say sorry. By doing this the burden on your mind will become much lighter. Forgiveness is the basis of all religions. Forgiveness is the solution to hatred. Forgiveness and apology both are signs of greatness. Like the one who gives forgiveness, the one who asks for forgiveness is also great. The feeling of humility that arises in his heart by apologizing for his mistake increases his stature even more than before. Forgiveness has a very high place in policy. Forgiveness is a part of policy. This is an indicator of renunciation of ego. On the surface of forgiveness, two personalities emerge: you and the other person.

When we do not accept our mistakes due to ego, we hesitate about forgiveness. It is also possible that from time to time there may be a feeling of guilt in the heart, but the ego prevents it from being exposed. Every human being feels this pain. Similarly, the other person may also think that we should ask for forgiveness and he will forgive. This conflict continues and is resolved through forgiveness. There is not even an iota of cowardice in forgiveness. Powerful qualities like tolerance, equality, forbearance, friendliness and generosity cannot be developed in people who are effortless or patient. Forgiveness is the door to freedom from sorrow. Forgiveness loosens the knots of the mind and develops kindness, tolerance, generosity, restraint and contentment. Forgiveness is a boon for humanity.

Divinities like gross divine favors, divine grace and bliss start manifesting themselves in a humble, forgiving and generous seeker. Therefore, the practice of renouncing pride should be continued. When tolerance, forgiveness, humility and renunciation of pride begin to come into our nature, then each of our actions and thoughts becomes sacred. This brings simplicity in nature and life starts moving towards purity. Anger is the origin of uncontrolled desire, incompetence and ignorance. Therefore, self-control and introverted state can be achieved through prudence. Anger only increases anger. It is necessary to first conquer the anger that clouds the nature of forgiveness. Anger is conquered by anger, because absence of anger is forgiveness. One who does not have self-confidence cannot forgive others. Only the capable knows how to forgive. One who is weak can never forgive. One should attain the self-righteousness of forgiveness by calming anger with patience and prudence. Who is called a big person or has a big heart? Forgiveness is the ornament of the soul, a natural quality of the soul. This is the nature of the soul. Cultivating forgiveness is the royal path to success,

  • Who is our own in this world?

    December 13th, 2023

When a human being is born in this world, he is said to be ignorant i.e. one who has no worldly knowledge, gradually his childhood is spent looking at the worldly scenario, and now in his mind the feeling of own-stranger, yours-mine also develops. It starts sprouting, there is no one else to create it but you and I.
Now in such a situation, the question arises that, in reality, in the world in which we are born, according to the relationships, there are many other relationships apart from blood relations, parents, brothers-sisters, uncles-aunts, etc., which cannot be denied. It is possible, but a question definitely arises that who is ours in this world? This world is changeable. No one belongs to anyone else in this world. You were, are and will always be alone in yourself. Relationships in the world keep changing and deteriorating. While living in this world, coincidences keep happening and also keep getting worse. When the coincidence happened, you were still there and when the separation happened, you were still yourself, there was no change in that. You remained there right there. Your existence is not subject to the forming or ending of a relationship with anyone. Coincidences and separations are just worldly phenomena. While living in this world, relationships with people are definitely formed, but it is beyond doubt that in reality you were alone and will always remain alone.

Human family relations, which are called very close and blood relations, which are considered very important and strong from the worldly point of view, these relations are also not permanent. This truth can be revealed only when the closest loved one whom a person loves very much, whom his tongue never gets tired of calling his own, departs from this world. Then the human mind gets a strong shock and the truth becomes clear that no one belongs to anyone else in this world. Everyone is just a passenger traveling on the road. Only then does he wake up from sleep. The hidden truth becomes fully revealed. He stops and starts thinking that hey, I had thought that we would never break our relationship with the one who has departed from this world, it was only my false illusion. People change, society changes, the world changes, man’s time and age also change, but in reality you remain yourself. You are the embodiment of complete truth. This form of yours will never change. When you experience this truth deeply, you do not feel sad at any kind of separation.

Sometimes the mind is sad and it seems that we are standing in a desolate deep valley and big mountains of troubles are falling from all sides, and in that solitude we feel darkness all around, we feel that whether our world is If there is someone in me and then who is ours? First of all we think of the Mother who brought us into this material world and then we think of that power which has innumerable names and we have never even seen her with our eyes, yet we think of her. Comes. Parents are also a human form of God. But when we talk about human relationships, we think of those friends who have ever helped us without any selfishness. If we think about this very terrible Kaliyuga, then worldly relationships.
Those whom we consider our own, we support only to some extent. As long as we are living a life full of material pleasures, the world seems ours because everyone meets us with so much love or at least makes a pretense of friendship. We start understanding that look how many friends I have, how many loving relationships I have, how many loving and respectful people I have. Many times our close relatives and close friends, whom we considered “ours”, turn a blind eye when some crisis occurs. Adversity is going to come at every turn in every life. But who are those people who will always support us? After experience, we come to know that those whom we considered our own, showed their affinity not to us but because of our property or their personal interest. It is not that there are only such people in the world, many times, with whom we do not have any family relation and whom we do not even like or even revile at times, those “knowers from a distance” prove to be our well-wishers in times of sorrow. And many times, unknown strangers whom we have never met are ready to do everything for us while our own relatives make excuses and shy away from it. The one who does not support us in changing circumstances, when we are moneyless, who face hindrances in business and leaves us alone, cannot be our own. Those who do not stay together when circumstances change cannot be ours.

We should not forget that we were born for work, that is why we work day and night for our loved ones and serve others. There is no selfishness behind service. Where there is selfishness, it is not service but pretense which some people probably do for their work. Many times, people get trapped in the illusion of their own people and commit lies, deceit, dishonesty and even a little fraud, which sometimes makes them sad when they come to their senses. Those who are detached, who understand this changing world like the clouds and the weather, do not find it difficult to be free while leaving the world, but most of the people feel the separation from their relatives, relationships and those whom we ‘consider’ as our relatives or friends. I feel sad.
But the truth is that when the body is left, all the relationships automatically get severed. We remember the parents of this birth because they blessed us by giving us birth in this world. But in every birth, the parents will be someone else, who will be related to some of our previous births. Hence, all these worldly relations are based only on our beliefs.

Be it day, night, waking or sleeping mind, the one entity that always remains with us is ourselves and this form of self is also called the living soul. Whatever be the calamity, trouble or time of crisis, our spiritual power will always support us. This is our best, unbreakable and forever friend, so you should selflessly spend some time with this best friend of yours.

99% of the inhabitants of this world are not in touch with their soul. And this best friend is directly related to the divine powers who are our well-wishers and protectors. There is no such security, affection and love anywhere in this world as these powers have and who understand the purpose of our coming into this world.
Our soul and its conscience are not unaware of this unbreakable relationship. He knows the false relationships of our foolish beliefs which we remain attached to like a machine. And he also feels a little sad that how we forget him and get involved in the world. But during sleep, our relationship gets reconnected but we do not remember the messages sent by it, and forget everything as soon as we wake up. God has made everything in this world changeable. What is there today will not be there tomorrow and what is there tomorrow will not be there the day after tomorrow, therefore we should know and recognize the truth in the form of God and remember Him because it is He who creates, sustains and destroys us.

  • Is enlightenment difficult?

    December 12th, 2023

Self-knowledge is the basic backbone of life. It is difficult to understand the meaning of enlightenment. Self-knowledge is the ultimate goal of man. There is no other simple and meaningful solution in life for the salvation of man than Shrimad Bhagwat. By merely listening to the story a man becomes free from birth and death. Not every person is enlightened. There can never be equality among all human beings. Life is created only by action. Diversity in self-knowledge comes only through action. Which gives introduction to human identity and self-knowledge. It is said that it is very difficult to become enlightened. In today’s era, very few men are self-knowledgeable. The first step to self-knowledge is silence of the senses. What are the senses, we are not even able to keep silence of speech. Then how will self-knowledge be achieved? Thinking and meditation also helps in self-knowledge. The voice of the soul is heard by everyone, but if we listen to it, it is of the mind, brain and senses. Then how will there be self-knowledge? Controlling the senses is true self-knowledge.

Only through self-realization, a person achieves happiness, peace and prosperity by establishing balance in practical and spiritual life. The experience of self-knowledge is the destination of divine bliss. This is the nectar which after getting it, there is nothing left to get. To understand the importance of life’s wealth and make it meaningful, it is necessary to have self-realization. Self-realization literally means understanding of oneself. In other words, clear knowledge of one’s emotions, feelings, responsibilities, abilities and weaknesses etc. Man is the only creature who can realize Narayan from man through self-knowledge. By experiencing self-knowledge one experiences happiness and peace even in difficult situations of life. The enlightened one always remains free from attachment and hatred. Remains satisfied everywhere. Remains complete in himself. Man becomes fearless through self-knowledge. It is also said that knowledge is best, but self-knowledge is even better. Only after knowing oneself can the other knowledge gained be put to good use. Otherwise, all the knowledge that comes through the hands of ignorance often proves to be suicidal.

It is necessary to have a true Guru to enlighten the enlightenment within man. It is the Guru who inspires enlightenment and shows the path towards it. It is the primary responsibility of the Guru to impart self-realization. A true Guru is one who awakens self-knowledge in a person. Gives ability, strength and direction to follow the right path. Apart from this, Yoga is a simple and easy path to the journey of self-realization. Yoga is capable of attaining enlightenment by enhancing the infinite potential of the human mind and soul. Our ancestors and descendants were earlier educated under the supervision of Acharyas or sages. At that time it was said that God exists only in the service of parents. Knowledge of God and soul was given in its true form. He gave enlightenment on how to use his five senses. But in present education we are taught knowledge and science but we do not get self-knowledge. Therefore, those lacking self-knowledge are unable to control their senses.

Due to being under the control of our five senses – lust, anger, attachment, greed and ego, our mind gets lost and we become directionless. It is true that the soul is God but we should do good deeds with our body. One should give up the ego of ‘I’ and devote one’s existence to God. Rishis used to attain God through their self-knowledge and yoga. The soul itself is God. God is in every particle. To survive, the human system has to become self-aware. Through which one has to move forward to bring all types of work to fruition. Many people move forward without confidence, who achieve success in completing all the tasks with the help of their mind and brain. Not every human being is enlightened, but unless we protect ourselves from rising higher, we are not able to move towards our goal. Some gradually move towards their goal, others slowly. Enlightenment means entering a new dimension of life. This is a dimension beyond physicality. In fact, enlightenment is the realization of the truth which already exists. There is neither pain nor pleasure in enlightenment. This is something beyond happiness and sorrow. In reality, self-knowledge is present in everyone, but it is covered with the veil of ignorance, hence its effect is not visible in all human beings. The one who succeeds in removing the veil of ignorance is enlightened. But if any person is determined then he can achieve it.

It goes on to say that a person does not become wise when he starts talking big things, rather he becomes wise when he understands small things. Self-knowledge gives us a chance to understand ourselves and others properly. Understanding and enlightenment are two things. In this we get the strength to always have positive thinking. Every person can become self-aware only if he takes a pledge that he will not give any education to others until I myself follow it in my life, have faith. Your education is no less than enlightenment,
Not only this, just as one needs to be silent to hear the beat of one’s heart, in the same way one needs to silence all the senses to hear the voice of one’s soul, the day a person has done all this, consider that he has attained enlightenment. Every person can become enlightened only by doing, otherwise becoming like this is not in everyone’s mind.

It is true that cream always curdles in cold milk but for that the milk has to be boiled once properly.
Similarly, man can attain self-knowledge only with a calm mind, but for that he has to go through deep disturbance once. Great sages and great men do not become enlightened in a day. From their childhood, they are given family education of spirituality, renunciation and non-violence, only then the person becomes enlightened. These ascetics benefit the society, country and the world with their knowledge. The seed of enlightenment is present in every living being but every person realizes it in a different way. By self-knowledge, we mean to enter a new dimension of life which is beyond materialism. According to Hindu religious scriptures, a self-knowledgeable person is one who is free from all vices. As long as these vices reside within a person, self-knowledge can never be attained. It is also said in the teachings of Gita that only the person who gives up all desires and works without desires attains peace and thus Only people with seeker tendencies are called enlightened. A person trapped in the maze of worldly life is neither able to attain enlightenment nor move towards the original goal of human birth. It is not that self-knowledge is attained only by living a family life or by leaving the family life. Guru Nanak Dev was a householder but he was a Brahmagyani, a self-aware person. For enlightenment, both God’s grace and effort are necessary. Only by true devotion towards God, the disorders of the mind go away and self-knowledge arises.
