  • What is the glory of Maa Shailputri?

    December 21st, 2023

Shailputri means the daughter of the mountains. Every day of Navratri is dedicated to the special form of Mother Goddess and worshiping each form fulfills different types of desires. On the first day of Navratri, Maa Shailputri is worshiped as the first form of Maa Durga. According to religious beliefs, on the first day of Navratri, Parvatraj welcomed her daughter i.e. Mother Shailputri to earth. In her second reincarnation, she was born as the daughter of Lord Himalaya and thus she was named Shailputri, the daughter of the mountains. Therefore, on the first day of Navratri, the Shailputri form of Durga Maa is worshipped. Shailputri, Maa Brahmacharini, Maa Chandraghanta, Maa Kushmanda, Maa Skandmata, Maa Katyayani, Maa Kalratri, Maa Mahagauri, Mother Siddhidatri) are worshipped.

According to the legend, Maa Shailputri is the daughter of mountain king Himalaya (Shail) and hence her name is Shailputri. It is said that Maa Shailputri was the daughter of King Daksha in her previous birth and her name was Sati. Mother Sati was married to Mahadev Shiji, the destroyer of the world, the god of gods. Once King Daksha organized a huge yagya, in which he invited all the gods to be invited, but deliberately did not invite Lord Shiva to attend the yagya. At the same time, Mother Sati was eager to participate in this yagya. In such a situation, he requested Shiva to walk in the yagya. But Shiva told him that King Daksha had not sent him an invitation for this event. Therefore, it will not be appropriate for us to go there and in such a situation it is not right for you to go there too. When Bholenath forbade her to take part in the yagya in her maternal home, she became sad. The sad face of Mother Sati was not seen from Bhole Baba. He allowed Mother Sati to go, but did not go himself.

On the other hand, when mother Sati reached her father’s house, she had to face contempt from her father. Not only this, King Daksh spoke ill of Lord Shiva in front of his daughter and the entire gathering and condemned him. Seeing this misbehavior towards her husband, Mother Sati’s heart became very sad. She could not tolerate the insult of her husband Parmeshwar. His father’s bitter words forced him to die. He performed Jauhar in the same yagya. Mother Sati was burnt to ashes in the fire of Yagya. Hearing this dreadful and tragic incident, which was like a thunderbolt, Lord Shankar became angry and sent his troops to completely destroy that yagya of Daksh. Sati burnt her body with the fire of Yoga and was born in the next life as the daughter of Shailraj Himalaya. In this birth too, Shailputri Devi was married to Lord Shankar. According to the Puranas, it is the Goddess who creates, sustains and destroys the universe in the form of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh.

At the behest of Lord Mahadev, Mother Parvati took innumerable forms to kill the demons Raktabeej, Shumbha-Nishumbha, Madhu-Kaitabh etc., but nine main forms of the Goddess are worshipped. Every day of Navratri is dedicated to a particular form of Mother Goddess and by worshiping each form, different types of desires are fulfilled. On the first day of Navratri, Maa Shailputri, the first form of Maa Durga, is worshipped. Maa Shailputri is the form of Goddess Parvati, who gets pleased quickly by worshiping her with ease and provides the desired results to the devotees. If the mind is disturbed and there is lack of self-confidence, then worshiping Maa Shailputri is beneficial. By worshiping him, the evils related to the Moon are eliminated. By worshiping him, all happiness is obtained. Mata Shailputri was born from rock or stone, hence worshiping her brings stability in life. Mother is also known by the names Vrisharudha and Uma. Pure cow’s ghee should be offered to Mother Shailputri. Mother Shailputri likes white color very much. This gives good health and respect.

Mother Shailputri Sati Bhavani, Parvati or Hemavati is known as the daughter of King Himavat of the Himalayas. The embodiment of the power of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, she rides a bull and holds a trident and a lotus in both her hands. Goddess Shailputri, being the Mooladhar Shakti, teaches the lessons of personal life. In the worship of this first day, Yogis place their mind in the ‘Mooladhar’ Chakra. This is where her yoga practice begins. She does this by awakening a person’s self-consciousness and making them realize the power of Mooladhara Shakti. Muladhar Chakra is the base chakra where the entire consciousness of our body lies. Mother Shailputri, the symbol of nature, provides the highest pinnacle of success in every field of life. Due to this form of Mother liking red and white colored things, this form of Mother is worshiped on this day. Offer red and white flowers and vermilion and offer milk sweets. Worship of Maa Shailputri cures the diseases of all the members of the family and removes poverty from the house and brings prosperity. In Hindu religion, she is considered a symbol of patience, compassion, affection and willpower.

The festival of Navratri lasts for nine days, which is dedicated to the nine incarnations or forms of Goddess Durga. All these goddesses are worshiped on different days of Navratri. According to religious belief, Goddess Durga assumed these forms during the battle with the demon Mahishasura. Each form of Navadurga has special qualities, which every person should imbibe. Not only this, the nine forms of Maa Durga also educate us about ways to avoid many difficult aspects of life including financial challenges. This is the reason why these 9 forms of Goddess Durga have been called schools of financial knowledge. You can set smart financial goals by learning from the form and qualities of Goddess Shailputri. Financial experts say that the nine forms of Goddess Durga, which we call Navadurga, teach us the financial market. You should also know about this for investment and financial matters. The investment analogy that we can get from this incarnation of Maa Shailputri is to identify dedication and discipline to increase wealth. The true value of financial literacy is to wake up to your aspirations, goals, circumstances and potential for a better life.

For this, you should first evaluate your monthly expenses or try to understand your income, expenditure and savings. After this set your financial goal. You can start investing by defining your investment objective and classifying your dreams and aspirations into short-term, medium-term and long-term financial goals. Proper worship of Mata Shailputri leads to happy marital life and prosperity in the home. By worshiping them the Muladhar Chakra is awakened which is very auspicious. Also, by worshiping Mother Shailputri on the first day of Navratri, all types of defects related to the Moon are removed and good fortune is achieved. Through her nine forms, Goddess Durga symbolizes immense power to eliminate demonic powers. A fantasy that depicts the triumph of goodness inherent in the world and in the human psyche. Navratri fasting is a time of internal research and introspection in which a person practices defeating the evils within him. By controlling the mind and body during these nine days, one focuses one’s energy and becomes self-reliant from inner negativity. ‘Navratri’ literally means ‘nine nights’ in which new forms of Bhagwati are worshipped. The word ‘Night’ is considered a symbol of ‘Siddhi’ in Navratri. Since ancient times, sages have considered the night more important than the day. Therefore, festivals like Shivratri, Holika, Diwali, and Navratri are traditionally celebrated during the night. This tradition originates from the belief that night gives life to unknowable mysteries and invisible powers. If the night did not have such qualities, these festivals could have been called ‘day’. As the destroyer of evil, she blesses humanity with courage and wisdom to overcome inner and outer darkness. By celebrating their many ‘rosas’ and legends, Navratri ignites the divine spark in our hearts for the establishment of truth and dharma.

  • Do you need luck or passion for success?

    December 20th, 2023

Success plays an important role in everyone’s life, every man wants to be successful. While some people make every effort to achieve success, some people blame their fate, God and others for not being able to succeed. But in reality, some mistakes made by them and trust placed in others are responsible for their reality. It is impossible to achieve anything without efforts to be successful in life. Therefore, if you want to enjoy success, you will have to work hard for it. You cannot enjoy success just by relying on luck or God or by reciting prayers. For that, it is very important to put in your efforts and hard work. If we take the name of luck or consider luck responsible for our success, then it is definitely Luck is obviously not in our control. If we talk about faith, we cannot exercise our own will in this also. If we talk about God, then even in his matter we cannot forcefully demand anything from him.
So what is left now, only effort remains in our hands.

So to get success we have to put 100% of our efforts, whatever happens next will happen, we just have to keep trying, after trying once we should not sit disappointed if we do not get success but should try again. .We should not leave our energy and ability to fate, God and faith because if there is such a thing then it will definitely work on its own. All we have in our hands is to try, so we should just keep doing it. Our efforts should be effective, that is, it should be focused and measured. Only if you focus on success, you will be able to make possible efforts to achieve that goal. It is foolish to just keep trying. You will not achieve anything by just working hard, but right work, right time, right place, all these are important and for all these to happen, you need understanding i.e. knowledge and understanding.

So all you have to do in your life is to constantly look for ways to enhance and enhance your awareness and intelligence, the rest will happen anyway. You just focus your attention on your goal and keep trying. Your efforts will take you to your destination and make you successful. Most of the people who rely only on faith, God and luck are usually among the most unhappy people in the world. This is because they have active intelligence but they are not able to see life properly. They do not know what to do to improve their life and achieve success, they just rely on faith, God and fate and curse them. But they are afraid to try and improve their understanding. People are just trying to expand their mind, even though it doesn’t matter that much. Expansion of mind will only make you socially successful but to be truly successful you will have to make efforts. Expansion of mind means just keeping thinking in mind that if we do this we will be successful, if we do this we will get success, if we do that we will get success.

While this is not the case, if you truly want to be successful then you have to see everything as it is but without any distortion. That means no matter what the situation in life, one should never panic. Neither should you curse fate, you just need to keep trying continuously. If you learn to see everything in its true form, then life will become a game for you and you will be able to play it with full joy and well. If you play it well then people will consider you successful. If you learn to handle every situation of life well without getting nervous then you will definitely be successful in your life. Concentrate your entire attention on making yourself an intelligent and striving person and not on cursing or holding anyone responsible for your failure. You should never think that I have to be successful, just think about how you can make yourself a well-rounded person. Humans can make. The day you make yourself a fully developed person and increase your knowledge in every field, then one day people will definitely say that you are a successful person. Just as there is a technique for creating comforts and facilities in the outside world. Similarly, there is a science and technique to create happiness and joy within ourselves. That technique is to expand your intelligence and just try, without worrying about success. Because if your efforts are in the right direction and true then no one can stop you from being successful.

The first principle of success is honesty. If you are not honest towards your work, you can never be serious towards your work. In such a situation you can never succeed. Even if such people earn money in wrong ways, it does not stay with them for long. Therefore, do your work with full dedication and honesty. Your destiny can also be changed with hard work. Therefore a person should not be afraid of hard work. People who are lazy always blame their failure on luck. But hardworking people have the passion to create their own destiny. No one can stop such people from being successful. If you have money, then you must invest it in noble causes. help people. Money invested in good work always grows faster. The luck of such people also shines. If hard work is also supported by luck, then a person progresses rapidly. It is said that listen to everyone, but do as per your heart. A person should take any decision with his discretion. One should not take it with any preconceived notion in mind or by getting influenced by someone’s words. “A person who knows how to take decisions wisely, often takes the right decisions in life and climbs the ladder of success quickly. Luck definitely belongs to the one who struggles continuously.” The strength you got from your courage and bravery. If you have it, attack your luck with it, then what is the point if you have to face failure in life. Therefore, let us embrace hard work rather than luck in our life. Undoubtedly, through this, success will kiss our feet.

  • Is money a hindrance to happiness?

    December 20th, 2023

What resources does a person have? Time is a resource, intelligence is a resource, strength is a resource, knowledge is a resource, and similarly money is also a resource. So the one who is in chains and under arrest will have to use all his resources. He will say, “Whatever I have, I will use it for freedom, for liberation.” If knowledge is needed for liberation, then you need knowledge. If time is needed for liberation, then you need time; If strength, power is needed for liberation, then you will have to earn strength; And if you need money for salvation, then you also need money.

Money is not unnecessary in spirituality, spirituality is not opposed to money. Spirituality says that money is neither good nor bad, freedom is good. So definitely earn as much money as you need for liberation, but do not earn even one rupee more than what is needed for liberation because if you earn even one rupee more than that, then the extra money you are earning will become your bondage. Money is a burden. Shouldn’t happen. If there is a burden on the mind, then money should be used to remove that burden. The unfortunate thing is that the one who is poor is burdened by the fact that he does not have money, and the one who becomes rich is burdened by the fact that he has more wealth, he has to protect it, it has to be increased, it has to be given to him. Have to give it to him. Both of these situations are wrong. If lack of money becomes the cause of restlessness, then it is also wrong, and if abundance of money becomes the cause of restlessness, then it is even more wrong. To the extent that money helps in cutting your bonds, is useful, money It is very necessary. And when money itself becomes a bondage, then money is not only unnecessary but dangerous. A man who is in bondage will use all his resources, all his strength to break his bonds. There can be such occasions in life when earning money and earning a lot of money can be a religion. And there are many such occasions and instances in life when earning money is a great crime. So money is neither good nor bad, it depends on what your mind is going to use the money for. A happy, joyful, free life is the most precious. If any thing helps in the direction of happiness, then definitely bring that thing, and if any thing hinders in the direction of happiness, then pick up that thing and throw it away. The main thing is not the thing, the main thing is life. And the meaning of life is not eating-drinking, sleeping-waking, breathing, life means being able to experience life in joy, in flight, openly.

Well, money is not everything but money is a lot. Money is like salt, everyone needs it, but if it is in excess, it spoils the taste. We all make a goal in life and this goal is somehow related to money. We cannot buy everything with money, but there are many things in life which we cannot buy without money. This is a necessity of our life, for which it takes years of hard work. But it is wrong to lose the comfort and happiness of our life to earn money. It is very important to have money to live a happy life. Money is the only thing with which we can fulfill the needs of our life, there is a saying that love cannot be bought with money, it is also true that love and parents cannot be bought with money, but money and love can not be bought. Cannot be compared. Because we get love and have to earn money. We all know that to earn money we have to sacrifice something in life, but this does not mean that we have to sacrifice our share of happiness. Why do we earn? To find happiness and be happy. So should we remove this from our lives?

Many things are necessary to be happy and prosperous in life, like health, relationships and money are also one of them, not everything. It is absolutely true that it is necessary to have money to be happy, but with this -Peace of mind is also equally important. Of course, we can buy the means to be happy with money, but along with that there should also be peace of mind. Life is made successful only when there is peace in the mind and peace in the mind happens only when there is money, but greed. This should not happen, because greed makes life unsuccessful. Greed destroys all happiness and peace in life, and what is the use of greed’s money in which there is no happiness and peace. One who needs money to win should try to earn as much money as he needs. If we want to do something big in life, then the need for money is also huge, our human body has been given to us as a means to attain God, this facility is not available in any other form. This opportunity is not available even to the gods. Then why misuse this body to earn money? When a person cannot buy even a moment of life by giving all the wealth in the world, then to what extent is it justified to spend his entire life for that wealth? Remember, three types of happiness have been described in the basic texts and scriptures of our way of life. First sensual pleasure: In this pleasure, physical and bodily pleasure which due to ignorance we consider to be the greatest pleasure. Second Brahmanand: When the living being begins to experience God, and third ecstasy: When the living being encounters God himself. The human body given to us is a means to attain God, the living being who does not make good use of this means sometimes blames time, sometimes his own actions or God in vain.

Money is very important for a human being but as much as petrol in a car, neither less nor more. Just like air is necessary for us, water is necessary, similarly money is also very important but there are many things in front of which money has no value. No matter how much money a person has, he can never buy happiness with that money. No matter how much a person earns in his life, he cannot bring back his past with that money. If a person has a lot of money but does not have good health, then that money is of no use to him because what can you do without health. If there is no happiness in someone’s life then even if No matter how much money he has, it is of no use because there is nothing more important than happiness in this world.

The relationship between money and happiness cannot be denied, but happiness cannot be bought with money alone. They believe that it is not possible to achieve complete satisfaction through money alone. Sources of joy and happiness may be different from money. This is something that separates you from materialistic pleasures and you live in constant joy. By helping others, being calm, and caring about others, you increase your happiness. This kind of happiness cannot be bought with money.

  • What is the scientific reason for celebrating makar Sankranti?

    December 20th, 2023

The importance of Makar Sankranti is important from all three points of view, astrological, religious and scientific. On Makar Sankranti, Sun enters Capricorn. For religious reasons, worshiping the Sun on Makar Sankranti is considered to have special significance. At the same time, with the rise of the sun, the cold in the atmosphere starts reducing. For all these reasons the festival of Makar Sankranti is considered very important.

The scientific reason for Makar Sankranti is that from this day, changes in nature begin as the Sun becomes Uttarayan. People who are shrinking due to cold start getting relief from winter due to the Uttarayan of the Sun. India is an agricultural country where festivals and festivals largely depend on agriculture. This day is considered to be the beginning of good days on earth because from this day the Sun starts moving from the South to the Northern Hemisphere. . This begins the day of the gods. According to religious beliefs, the doors of heaven open on the day of Makar Sankranti. Therefore, charity done on this day is more fruitful than charity done on other days.

When the Sun enters from one zodiac sign to another, this event is called Sankranti in astrology. On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, the Sun enters Capricorn. The time between one Sankranti and another is called solar month. In the month of Paush, when the Sun turns Uttarayan and enters Capricorn, this occasion is celebrated as a different festival in different provinces of the country. The festival of Makar Sankranti is celebrated every year on 14 January in North India. During the Mahabharata period, Bhishma Pitamah had chosen Makar Sankranti to leave his body. It is said in Geeta that the person who sacrifices his body in Shukla Paksha of Uttarayan gets salvation. With Makar Sankranti, the Sun becomes Uttarayan, hence people celebrate this auspicious day with great enthusiasm. At the time of Makar Sankranti, evaporation takes place in the rivers. All types of diseases can be cured by this. Therefore, bathing in rivers on this day has special significance.

At the time of Makar Sankranti, there is cold weather in North India. Medical science also says that consumption of sesame and jaggery in this season is beneficial for health. This provides energy to the body. This energy protects the body in winter. There is also a scientific reason for consuming Khichdi on this day. Khichdi keeps digestion healthy. When Khichdi is prepared by mixing ginger and peas, it increases the body’s immunity and helps in fighting bacteria. The Uttarayan position of the Sun has greater importance in both Puranas and science. When the Sun goes north, the day becomes longer and this increases the working capacity of a person. Human beings move towards progress. Due to increase in light, human power increases. From this day the nights become shorter and the days become longer. As the day becomes longer, there will be more sunlight and as the night becomes shorter, there will be less darkness. Therefore, the change in the Sun’s zodiac sign on Makar Sankranti is considered to be a movement from darkness to light.

Generally, all the dates of the Indian calendar system are determined by considering the movement of the Moon as the basis, but Makar Sankranti is determined by the movement of the Sun. Makar Sankranti is the main festival of Hindus and it is celebrated all over India and in all the provinces of Nepal. It is not celebrated in any form. In North India, this festival is called ‘Makar Sakranti, in Punjab Lohri, in Garhwal as Khichdi Sankranti, in Gujarat as Uttarayan, in Tamil Nadu as Pongal, while in Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh it is called only Sankranti. Generally, Sun affects all the zodiac signs, but the entry of Sun in Cancer and Capricorn is very important. This entry or transition process occurs at an interval of six months. It is well known that due to the Earth’s axis being tilted 23.5 degrees, the Sun is near the Northern Hemisphere of the Earth for six months and is near the Southern Hemisphere for the remaining six months. Before Makar Sankranti, the Sun is near the Southern Hemisphere, that is, relatively closer to the Northern Hemisphere. It is farther away due to which in the Northern Hemisphere the nights are longer and the days are shorter and there is winter season. But from Makar Sankranti the Sun starts moving towards the Northern Hemisphere. Therefore, from this day the nights start getting shorter and days longer in the Northern Hemisphere and the chill of winter starts reducing. Hence Makar Sankranti is the beginning of reduction of darkness and increase of light.

Actually, all living beings (animals, birds and plants too) want light. The world moves from slumber to awakening. Due to more light, the consciousness and working power of living beings increases. Light is a symbol of knowledge and darkness is a symbol of ignorance. People of India express their gratitude towards Sun God by worshiping him on this day. It is worth noting that 90% of the world’s population resides in the Northern Hemisphere of the Earth, hence the festival of Makar Sankranti is important not only for India but also for almost all the countries. It is a day of joy for the entire human race. Among all the festivals in the entire world, Makar Sankranti is probably the only festival which is not related to any local tradition, belief, faith or any particular local event, but is an astronomical event, global geography and world It is based on the feeling of well-being and is going to give happiness to the entire humanity and 90% of the population of the Northern Hemisphere. It is said that in ancient India, above the equator i.e. the Northern Hemisphere was called the earth and below the equator i.e. the Southern Hemisphere was the underworld. was considered. Therefore, Makar Sankranti is such an astronomical event which brings new energy and joy to the entire earth. Makar Sankranti is a celebration not only of the nation of India but of the entire humanity. Although Makar Sankranti is a festival of joy for the entire humanity, it is celebrated only by the Hindu society because the sublime feeling of world brotherhood, world welfare and Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah is the specialty of Indian culture only.

  • How to offer Laddu Gopal during menstruation?

    December 19th, 2023

Many people in Hindu families keep Laddu Gopal at home and take care of him like a child and also worship him. Like all the members of the house, Laddu Gopal is a special member and like all the other members, he is also taken care of in everything. With every ritual, offerings are made to him and he is served and he is not left alone at any moment of the day. Most of the other things, including the care of Laddu Gopal, are done by women, but women do not go to the temple during their periods, whereas the question is how women serve Laddu Gopal during their periods. Although it is forbidden to do puja during periods, there must be many women among you who cannot give up Krishna puja or cannot live without worshiping Laddu Gopal.

According to the information, women can chant mantra for Bal Gopal during their period. If you do not use rosary, then chant Bal Gopal 108 times with the help of fingers. Along with this, instead of food cooked in the kitchen, any prepared item from the market, like biscuits, bread or any other clean food item, should be offered to Bal-Gopal three times a day by any other member of the house. Bal-Gopal is the child of the house, you can neither leave him alone nor keep him without feeding him, hence if you have taken the service of Bal-Gopal in your house, then you can take care of him in these ways. You can serve them also during those days of the month. Therefore, after bathing, this woman can sit and worship at a short distance from the temple. Whereas to offer Laddu Gopal, take some soil and water in a plate and give it the shape of a child and then while chanting Krishna mantras, consider that shape as the form of Laddu Gopal. Then offer milk, flowers and fruits on the Laddu Gopal made of clay. Also offer butter to Gopal or Naval Krishna made of clay laddus and perform aarti. The posture used during menstruation should be different from the posture of worship. After that, dissolve the soil of the idol of Laddu Gopal in milk. Just take out the fruit from the plate or plate as Prasad.
Mix the remaining soil, flowers, butter and milk.
Then put that material in a flower plant. Finally, lift the asan, pay obeisance to Shri Krishna or Laddu Gopal. Keep the asan somewhere separate and use it again the next day.
Women or girls can adopt this method every time during menstruation.

With this, you will be able to worship Krishna happily while maintaining purity.
Also, Laddu Gopal will be pleased with your devotion and you will also receive his blessings. Many women consider Laddu Gopal like their son. Such women cannot live without Laddu Gopal even during periods. So he should keep Laddu Gopal with him in his bed for four days. One should offer one’s food there. And when it becomes pure after 5 days, then bathe Laddu Gopal and make him sit in the temple. Doing this will bring peace to the minds of those women.

  • What is loneliness really?

    December 19th, 2023

Loneliness is a human emotion. Even if there are many people around you, being alone can make you feel lonely. Whether you’re with family or friends, you can feel completely alone if you don’t feel a connection with these people or if no one understands you. Despite being surrounded by people, they feel completely alone. This usually happens when you do not feel connected to people. Events like shifting to a new place, losing someone close or ending a relationship, lead to loneliness in life, which leads to social isolation. There is also a reason. In some cases, there is a relationship between depression and loneliness. People with poor self-esteem may also have a tendency to feel lonely if they have trouble forming social relationships.

Whatever the reason behind your feeling of loneliness, any kind of feeling can bother you for a long time. Therefore, it is important to understand it and it is also important to improve or change it. Look for a club or group near your house in which you are interested. By becoming a part of this place, you will know how many opportunities there are to interact with other people. You can be a part of groups like book club, community service, hiking club.
If you put your heart into reading a book, you will get lost in it. It can make you feel more connected and help you understand how other people think. Books can broaden your horizons and make you feel a little less alone. There comes a time in everyone’s life when they feel alone.

If you live alone somewhere away from your family and are busy with work, it is possible that you may not be able to talk to anyone for several days. It is natural to feel depressed while fighting life’s problems alone. But there is a very deep difference between sadness and loneliness. You may feel alone on many occasions. It is possible that you were not invited to a special party or your best friend forgot to invite you for lunch. In such a situation, it is normal to feel alone from time to time. However, for some people the feeling of loneliness bothers them a lot. When this loneliness continues for a few days, weeks or months, it can cause serious harm to your mental health. When the feeling of being alone and isolated from others persists for a long time, despite you In fact, you are surrounded by a lot of people around you, neither are you able to spend quality time nor are you able to find any way out of this situation. Every person can be happy in a particular relationship only when his feelings are respected. However, this does not happen in reality. Then there comes a time when a person starts feeling despair and extreme loneliness. As a result, the relationship not only becomes a burden but the person breaks down from within. Life becomes boring.

Many times a person becomes so overwhelmed with loneliness and despair that he goes into depression. If these are not rectified at the right time, things get worse. Man’s loneliness begins to dominate. Which affects mental and physical health. There can be many reasons for loneliness and disappointment in a relationship. Being single and being alone are two different situations. Many times, despite being in a relationship with someone, you start feeling very lonely. These are alarming signs in any relationship. You have a problem of loneliness if you stay alone for a long time. But this problem is not so big that it cannot be dealt with. Believe me, it is very easy to solve this problem. The world can be changed just by changing perspective. Building confidence in yourself is the first step towards overcoming this problem. Man is a social creature. Living in society is both a need and a strength of man. But despite this, loneliness is not unusual. This can be easily overcome by increasing interaction with friends and people.

We have often heard from our elders or experienced people that expecting too much from someone is a reason for unhappiness. This thing also fits in relationships. If you expect too much from someone, sometimes circumstances or situations are not there for him to fulfill them. It is true that everyone has high expectations from their partner. There is nothing wrong in this. But sometimes your partner is not able to complete it due to work commitments. Because of this people become victims of loneliness. Many times you can feel extremely happy and relieved by spending time alone. Certainly loneliness is a bad thing. But sometimes it also gives us a chance to connect with new people and make new friends.

In loneliness we see old relationships in a new light. We try to improve them and fill them with new enthusiasm. This is a matter of thirst. Just like when you are thirsty, you look for water. In the same way, when you feel lonely, you look for friends, companions and acquaintances with whom you can spend quality time. Who can understand you. This means that sometimes loneliness gives us an opportunity to create new relationships and improve the old ones. Humans have been living like this for thousands of years as a society by building relationships with each other. This is humanity’s way of dealing with difficulties. Used to be. It also helps us deal with loneliness. So whenever you are alone, do not consider yourself less than anyone. Always think that God has given you a chance to understand yourself and also understand others. In the race of life, you have accepted so many false relationships as your own. This is the chance when you can take decisions about them. And I say that this opportunity should come in the life of every person. So just like we throw away old clothes while cleaning the wardrobe, similarly our mind should also be cleaned.

  • Why should we be content?

    December 18th, 2023

People who are not satisfied with their life, their mind always remains disturbed. In such a situation, mental stress increases and the person is unable to take right decisions. The result is that the problems increase further. If we want happiness and peace in life, we first have to bring a feeling of satisfaction.

A folk story is also popular in this regard. The essence of the story is that we should remain content and happy in every situation. In a village, a poor man used to worship God all day long, but he was not satisfied with his life. He was sad for the things he did not have. One day a learned saint arrived in his village. That poor man also came to meet the saint and told him all his problems. The saint told a mantra to that poor man and asked him to chant this mantra daily. The poor man started chanting the mantra as per the method suggested by the saint. After a few days, God became pleased with his devotion and appeared before him. God told the devotee that we are pleased with your devotion, ask for a boon, all your wishes will be fulfilled. The poor man was surprised to see God. He could not understand what to ask for in a groom. He told God that right now I am not able to understand anything, please appear again tomorrow. God said ok and he disappeared.

Now the poor man became very worried. He thought that I don’t have a house to live in, I will ask for a house. After some time he thought that he should ask for a lot of land and property. After some time I thought that I should ask for a boon to become the king of some state. He could not sleep the whole night because of such thoughts. Morning came, but the poor man could not decide what he should ask for as a bride. God appeared before him again. The devotee said that God should give me only this boon that my mind remains engaged in your devotion. I want to be satisfied in every situation. God said that you can also ask for wealth from yourself. The poor man said, Lord, I don’t have anything right now, but the mere sign of money coming made me lose my sleep. Mental tension started increasing. I do not want such money, which will destroy my happiness and peace. God was pleased and said, it will be as you wish. The moral of this story is that those who want happiness and peace should always remain satisfied. If there is dissatisfaction then there will be unrest and we can never be happy. The increasing speed of the brain has slowed down the speed of the mind due to which the speed of the body is also getting blocked.

We are baking the bread of resentment on the pan of lies and eating it impatiently on the plate of competition.
We are eating ignorance, drinking fear, wearing injustice, wearing dissatisfaction, so it is important to give new, fresh, energetic food to our mind. Come, let us keep prudence in the cup of truth, mix faith and trust in it. Heat the enthusiasm in the cauldron of respect, add all the things and stir with the spoon of thoughts. Cool it in a cup of patience, garnish it with satisfaction and serve it with gratitude. The mind needs fresh food. We are eating ignorance, drinking fear, wearing injustice, wearing dissatisfaction. Every moment is in search of something more, just something more.

bring out good qualities in yourself
It is said that human nature consists of three qualities – Satya, Raja and Tama. Devotion, respect, truthfulness are reflected in Satva Guna, anger, hatred, excessive ambition are signs of Raja and laziness, frustration refer to Tama. Satva guna means happiness, Raja guna means sorrow, Tama guna means attachment. By working according to one’s nature, there is no hesitation or turmoil in the mind and body. By going against our nature, our mind gets extinguished and our health gets affected knowingly or unknowingly.

Man thinks that birds fly in the air, so why shouldn’t I also fly? Fish swim in water, so why shouldn’t I make a submarine and go into the water? He wants to become human and compete with birds and even fish. Every moment one is busy searching for something else, something else. Satisfaction gives us happiness, gives us strength to live, gives us courage to accept circumstances. We do not compromise but remain satisfied. The disciples of a Sufi fakir had planted a big garden near his hut. He put a board on the garden saying, ‘I want to gift this garden to anyone who is completely satisfied.’ His disciple spread this news all around. Many people came, but returned empty handed. This news also reached the emperor. He thought, ‘You have returned others, okay what will you return to me? What do I lack, I am satisfied, I have everything I need.’ He went to the fakir and said, ‘I am completely satisfied. Give me this garden.’ The fakir laughed and said, ‘If you were completely satisfied, why would you come here? This garden is for the one who will not come here, I will go to him myself.

People who are dissatisfied are always restless, we should be satisfied with the amount of money and comforts we have, this is the formula for a happy life. People who are satisfied with their things are always happy. If a person is attracted towards the things of others and does not give importance to his own comforts and is always dissatisfied, then he can never be happy. No matter how much money we acquire, no matter how much knowledge we acquire. Even if we conquer the whole world, some desires of the mind still remain. Our mind is not made to be filled with these things.
Unless the feeling of devotion comes to our mind, it remains empty. That is why one should not run towards these worldly things. Our desires are infinite, they will never be fulfilled. That is why we should be happy in the situation we are in. This is the formula for a happy life. Be content and concentrate on God.
