Since Ekadashi was born under the influence of Lord Vishnu’s Maya, those who observe Ekadashi fast are freed from the troubles of illusion and move towards salvation.

In Dwaparayug, Lord Shri Krishna had also told the Pandavas the importance of fasting on Ekadashi. It is said that once Yudhishthir asked Lord Krishna, O Madhav, please tell me such a path by which one can get freedom from all the sorrows and threefold heat, get the virtuous results like performing the rituals of thousands of yagyas and get freedom from this cycle of birth and death. . Then Shri Krishna advised Pandavas to observe Ekadashi fast properly. There is great importance in observing Ekadashi fast. Besides, the rules of all religions are also different. Especially according to Hindu religion, a person who wishes to observe Ekadashi fast should follow some mandatory rules from the day of Dashami. Offering food to Brahmins on this day brings virtue. People observing Ekadashi fast have to follow some important rules from the day before Dashami i.e. Ekadashi. On the day of Dwadashi, sweets and Dakshina should be given to Brahmins. One should speak sweet words without getting angry.

On the day of Ekadashi the earth is in a special state. If we keep our body light and available that day, our awareness will turn inward. There is a high possibility of the inner door opening on this day. If your stomach is full, you are lethargic and not aware, you will not be able to pay attention to it. Some people say that God is only hungry for feelings, then why this ostentation of offering food? Certainly, God is hungry for emotions, but if we keep him as a member of our house, then it is our duty to take care of him. Whether he accepts our prasad or not, we should eat food ourselves and not ask him to do so. We can never do this. Placing food in front of them at every meal and requesting them is the only way to express our feelings towards them.

By apologizing and forgiving, we actually help ourselves. Good happens. Doing this is a positive initiative. The feeling of forgiveness destroys the feeling of ego from within a person. How beautifully someone has described that ‘Forgiveness is the fragrance that a flower leaves in the hands that plucked it’. What we give to someone comes back to us. And do not take the lamp of others. So he returns and goes to them. Therefore, if we learn to apologize and forgive, it will ultimately be for our benefit.

A human being has both virtues and vices. Bad habits can be overcome through self-discipline and practice. And life can be lived with good habits. The person who develops the feeling of forgiveness becomes successful. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone has to repent later. If we make mistakes, we should also know how to apologize. And one must also have the courage to forgive the mistakes of others. To ask for forgiveness one has to muster courage and only a courageous person can forgive. When a person forgives someone, he cannot change the past. But by doing this he can improve the future. Powerful qualities like tolerance, equality, forbearance, friendliness and generosity cannot be developed in people who are effortless or patient. Forgiveness is the door to freedom from sorrow. Forgiveness loosens the knots of the mind and develops kindness, tolerance, generosity, restraint and contentment. Forgiveness is a boon for humanity.

Divinities like gross divine favors, divine grace and bliss start manifesting themselves in a humble, forgiving and generous seeker. Therefore, the practice of renouncing pride should be continued. When tolerance, forgiveness, humility and renunciation of pride begin to come into our nature, then each of our actions and thoughts becomes sacred. This brings simplicity in nature and life starts moving towards purity. Anger is the origin of uncontrolled desire, incompetence and ignorance. Therefore, self-control and introverted state can be achieved through prudence. Anger only increases anger. It is necessary to first conquer the anger that clouds the nature of forgiveness. Anger is conquered by anger, because absence of anger is forgiveness. One who does not have self-confidence cannot forgive others. Only the capable knows how to forgive. One who is weak can never forgive. One should attain the self-righteousness of forgiveness by calming anger with patience and prudence. Who is called a big person or has a big heart? Now in such a situation, the question arises that, in reality, in the world in which we are born, according to the relationships, there are many other relationships apart from blood relations, parents, brothers-sisters, uncles-aunts, etc., which cannot be denied. It is possible, but a question definitely arises that who is ours in this world? This world is changeable. No one belongs to anyone else in this world. You were, are and will always be alone in yourself. Relationships in the world keep changing and deteriorating. While living in this world, coincidences keep happening and also keep getting worse. When the coincidence happened, you were still there and when the separation happened, you were still yourself, there was no change in that. You remained there right there. Your existence is not subject to the forming or ending of a relationship with anyone. Coincidences and separations are just worldly phenomena. While living in this world, relationships with people are definitely formed, but it is beyond doubt that in reality you were alone and will always remain alone.

Human family relations, which are called very close and blood relations, which are considered very important and strong from the worldly point of view, these relations are also not permanent. This truth can be revealed only when the closest loved one whom a person loves very much, whom his tongue never gets tired of calling his own, departs from this world. Then the human mind gets a strong shock and the truth becomes clear that no one belongs to anyone else in this world. Everyone is just a passenger traveling on the road. Only then does he wake up from sleep. The hidden truth becomes fully revealed. He stops and starts thinking that hey, I had thought that we would never break our relationship with the one who has departed from this world, it was only my false illusion. People change, society changes, the world changes, man’s time and age also change, but in reality you remain yourself. You are the embodiment of complete truth. This form of yours will never change. When you experience this truth deeply, you do not feel sad at any kind of separation.

Sometimes the mind is sad and it seems that we are standing in a desolate deep valley and big mountains of troubles are falling from all sides, and in that solitude we feel darkness all around, we feel that whether our world is If there is someone in me and then who is ours? First of all we think of the Mother who brought us into this material world and then we think of that power which has innumerable names and we have never even seen her with our eyes, yet we think of her. Comes. Parents are also a human form of God. But when we talk about human relationships, we think of those friends who have ever helped us without any selfishness. If we think about this very terrible Kaliyuga, then worldly relationships.
Those whom we consider our own, we support only to some extent. As long as we are living a life full of material pleasures, the world seems ours because everyone meets us with so much love or at least makes a pretense of friendship. We start understanding that look how many friends I have, how many loving relationships I have, how many loving and respectful people I have. Many times our close relatives and close friends, whom we considered “ours”, turn a blind eye when some crisis occurs. Adversity is going to come at every turn in every life. But who are those people who will always support us? After experience, we come to know that those whom we considered our own, showed their affinity not to us but because of our property or their personal interest. It is not that there are only such people in the world, many times, with whom we do not have any family relation and whom we do not even like or even revile at times, those “knowers from a distance” prove to be our well-wishers in times of sorrow. And many times, unknown strangers whom we have never met are ready to do everything for us while our own relatives make excuses and shy away from it. The one who does not support us in changing circumstances, when we are moneyless, who face hindrances in business and leaves us alone, cannot be our own. Those who do not stay together when circumstances change cannot be ours.

We should not forget that we were born for work, that is why we work day and night for our loved ones and serve others. There is no selfishness behind service. Where there is selfishness, it is not service but pretense which some people probably do for their work. Many times, people get trapped in the illusion of their own people and commit lies, deceit, dishonesty and even a little fraud, which sometimes makes them sad when they come to their senses. Those who are detached, who understand this changing world like the clouds and the weather, do not find it difficult to be free while leaving the world, but most of the people feel the separation from their relatives, relationships and those whom we ‘consider’ as our relatives or friends. I feel sad.
But the truth is that when the body is left, all the relationships automatically get severed. We remember the parents of this birth because they blessed us by giving us birth in this world. But in every birth, the parents will be someone else, who will be related to some of our previous births. Hence, all these worldly relations are based only on our beliefs.

Be it day, night, waking or sleeping mind, the one entity that always remains with us is ourselves and this form of self is also called the living soul. Whatever be the calamity, trouble or time of crisis, our spiritual power will always support us. This is our best, unbreakable and forever friend, so you should selflessly spend some time with this best friend of yours.

99% of the inhabitants of this world are not in touch with their soul. And this best friend is directly related to the divine powers who are our well-wishers and protectors. There is no such security, affection and love anywhere in this world as these powers have and who understand the purpose of our coming into this world.
Our soul and its conscience are not unaware of this unbreakable relationship. He knows the false relationships of our foolish beliefs which we remain attached to like a machine. And he also feels a little sad that how we forget him and get involved in the world. But during sleep, our relationship gets reconnected but we do not remember the messages sent by it, and forget everything as soon as we wake up. God has made everything in this world changeable. What is there today will not be there tomorrow and what is there tomorrow will not be there the day after tomorrow, therefore we should know and recognize the truth in the form of God and remember Him because it is He who creates, sustains and destroys us.

Self-knowledge is the basic backbone of life. It is difficult to understand the meaning of enlightenment. Self-knowledge is the ultimate goal of man. There is no other simple and meaningful solution in life for the salvation of man than Shrimad Bhagwat. By merely listening to the story a man becomes free from birth and death. Not every person is enlightened. There can never be equality among all human beings. Life is created only by action. Diversity in self-knowledge comes only through action. Which gives introduction to human identity and self-knowledge. It is said that it is very difficult to become enlightened. In today’s era, very few men are self-knowledgeable. The first step to self-knowledge is silence of the senses. What are the senses, we are not even able to keep silence of speech. Then how will self-knowledge be achieved? Thinking and meditation also helps in self-knowledge. The voice of the soul is heard by everyone, but if we listen to it, it is of the mind, brain and senses. Then how will there be self-knowledge? Controlling the senses is true self-knowledge.

Only through self-realization, a person achieves happiness, peace and prosperity by establishing balance in practical and spiritual life. The experience of self-knowledge is the destination of divine bliss. This is the nectar which after getting it, there is nothing left to get. To understand the importance of life’s wealth and make it meaningful, it is necessary to have self-realization. Self-realization literally means understanding of oneself. In other words, clear knowledge of one’s emotions, feelings, responsibilities, abilities and weaknesses etc. Man is the only creature who can realize Narayan from man through self-knowledge. By experiencing self-knowledge one experiences happiness and peace even in difficult situations of life. The enlightened one always remains free from attachment and hatred. Remains satisfied everywhere. Remains complete in himself. Man becomes fearless through self-knowledge. It is also said that knowledge is best, but self-knowledge is even better. Only after knowing oneself can the other knowledge gained be put to good use. Otherwise, all the knowledge that comes through the hands of ignorance often proves to be suicidal.

It is necessary to have a true Guru to enlighten the enlightenment within man. It is the Guru who inspires enlightenment and shows the path towards it. It is the primary responsibility of the Guru to impart self-realization. A true Guru is one who awakens self-knowledge in a person. Gives ability, strength and direction to follow the right path. Apart from this, Yoga is a simple and easy path to the journey of self-realization. Yoga is capable of attaining enlightenment by enhancing the infinite potential of the human mind and soul. Our ancestors and descendants were earlier educated under the supervision of Acharyas or sages. At that time it was said that God exists only in the service of parents. Knowledge of God and soul was given in its true form. He gave enlightenment on how to use his five senses. But in present education we are taught knowledge and science but we do not get self-knowledge. Therefore, those lacking self-knowledge are unable to control their senses.

Due to being under the control of our five senses – lust, anger, attachment, greed and ego, our mind gets lost and we become directionless. The one who succeeds in removing the veil of ignorance is enlightened. But if any person is determined then he can achieve it.

By self-knowledge, we mean to enter a new dimension of life which is beyond materialism. According to Hindu religious scriptures, a self-knowledgeable person is one who is free from all vices. As long as these vices reside within a person, self-knowledge can never be attained. It is also said in the teachings of Gita that only the person who gives up all desires and works without desires attains peace and thus Only people with seeker tendencies are called enlightened. A person trapped in the maze of worldly life is neither able to attain enlightenment nor move towards the original goal of human birth. It is not that self-knowledge is attained only by living a family life or by leaving the family life. Guru Nanak Dev was a householder but he was a Brahmagyani, a self-aware person. According to this meaning, God can also do injustice, give the result of any action if he wants, or not give it if he doesn’t want, etc. That means he can go against his qualities, actions and nature. God is called almighty because He does not take the help of anyone else in creating, sustaining, destroying such a vast universe, vast worlds and universes and in providing life, death etc. to the living beings as per the system of karma. He is doing these works with his own strength and power. According to this meaning, God cannot go against His form, hence this meaning of Almighty is appropriate. All living beings, except humans, receive the body to experience the fruits of the deeds done by the soul in the human body. The deeds done by the soul in all other forms except human beings do not receive the results of their deeds.

It is not a simple thing to keep track of every physical and mental action performed by innumerable souls at every moment in the human life and to create appropriate conditions at the right time as a result of those actions; to determine the time of the soul in the human life and other lives is not an ordinary thing. Mainly according to the deeds of every living soul, natural things are received by it or separated from it. Similarly, the meeting and separation of living beings from each other also happens according to their deeds. On the basis of the deeds of the living souls, they further get human life, enjoyment life or species and salvation. Because, God gives the result of every action in appropriate quantity at appropriate time in a just manner, hence, He is also called just. God is extremely knowledgeable i.e. omniscient, extremely powerful i.e. omnipotent and extremely selfless. Because of creating the entire universe for the enjoyment and welfare of living beings, God is considered extremely selfless. It would be extremely foolish to believe that there is injustice and partiality in giving the fruits of the deeds of living beings.

Due to His form of justice, when God sends a being to a particular birth according to his deeds, no power in the world can change his birth. His life changes only after death and that change also happens according to his deeds. The owner of this just system is God the Supreme Father. ‘Mercy’ is hidden in every work of God. Since the basic purpose of punishment is improvement, the reason behind God sending the creatures to different births as punishment is ‘contemplation of the welfare of the souls’ i.e. ‘mercy’. For this it is necessary that God should be present in every particle of the creation. Being omnipresent, he does not have to assume a body to kill the wicked. God is present in every place of creation like the sky. In this way God is both extremely subtle and extremely vast. That God is quick and almighty. He is gross, subtle and devoid of causal body. He never incarnates. He is free from the bondage of pulse etc. and is free from the defects of birth, death, joy, sorrow, hunger, thirst etc. He is eternal, that is, he has no destruction by separation, origin by chance, parents, conception, growth and decay.

There is a harmony visible in this variable and immovable world created by God. Carbon dioxide is released in the respiration process of animals and the same carbon dioxide is used by plants to make their food, the excreta and urine of humans and other animals is the food of some special species etc. All these harmonious arrangements point towards a Creator of this variable and unchangeable world.

The most powerful reason for considering God as unborn is that there are many such things associated with birth which are contrary to God’s qualities, actions and nature. For example, whatever is born is bound to die and along with birth, One has to endure the sufferings occurring in the body etc. due to which God cannot be considered as an embodiment of happiness and the one who thus falls into the cycle of birth and death can neither be called omnipresent nor omnipotent. God is an eternal being. God existed at all times, exists at all times and will exist in the future also. Only souls unite with nature according to God’s law, which is called birth. Souls continue to be born until they become entitled to salvation. On attaining salvation, the souls wander in God and taste divine bliss. Even after attaining salvation, their separate existence remains. There is also a belief that in the state of salvation the soul becomes one with God. In the state of rhythm, the soul should be considered to have ceased to exist and the magnitude of God should also increase, whereas God is constant, He neither decreases nor increases.

The belief about the soul that it has a separate eternal existence, that is, its existence never ends, is logical. God is free by nature, therefore, it is extremely inconsistent to believe that He is born. Because of not taking birth, He is also called unborn. God has no beginning, hence He is eternal because along with the beginning, there is also an end, that is, whatever is born must also die and whatever has a origin, must be destroyed. It also definitely happens. In this matter, it is also necessary to think about what is the beginning and the end? In fact, the appearance of an element is called origin, that is, its non-appearance is called end, that is, when a special combination of atoms creates something. When a specific object appears, that object is considered to have originated and the disintegration of atoms is considered to be the destruction of that object. Those who believe in the birth of God also believe that God is present everywhere. To know the truth or falsity of God’s birth, consider that where God was not, that He had to come to a particular place after being born. Eternal, immortal, immortal, fearless, eternal and unique – He never attains destruction. It does not happen, that is why it is called eternal, immortal and immortal. Fear always appears from someone more powerful than yourself. Because God is the greatest and there is no one else with greater or equal power than Him, hence He is fearless. Because, He is eternal, hence, He is called Nitya. Because God is such a truth which never changes, hence He is also called changeless. There is no one else like him. He is the only one who possesses the above mentioned qualities. That is why that God is also called unique.
