  • Why is struggle necessary for success?

    Success in life can be achieved only through hard struggle.  If we give up after seeing the struggle in work, we can never reach the goal.  Success is possible only with wise decisions in difficult situations.  When the era of struggle ends, the era of success begins.  Struggle creates within us a strong desire to achieve success.  It motivates us to work hard.  Only by accepting the struggle can one move forward on the path of success.  There are many obstacles in life, but if we have strong willpower in our mind and dedication towards our work, then we find some way to success even amidst the obstacles.  We ourselves are the authors of the story of our struggle.  It depends on us how we are accepting our struggle.  If we drown in negativity we will never be able to struggle.  Will never be able to reach your goal.  We should fight only with a positive attitude.  Only this positive vision simplifies our difficult struggle. We can make our life golden only with difficult struggles.  Difficult struggle creates shine and luster like gold in our personality.  It is only through struggle that we become what our destiny has decided for us. The bee is a living synonym of hard struggle.  That small body accepts its lifelong struggle.  We should learn from the bee the art of living life by struggling in a disciplined manner.  She collects honey by making arduous journeys all day long.  His struggle starts as soon as the day breaks.  We should also learn from bees in our lives.  Even strong challenges can be defeated.  We should welcome difficult struggles in life.  When challenges arise, the struggle begins.

    I remembered a very good story related to the struggle. A Girl said to flute, you are very lucky, you live so close to krishna. We think too much.  Thinking can create a lot of problems in our life.  We should try to understand the fact that whatever is happening to us cannot change us.  The control key of our power is with us.  Struggle is a tough course, but if we lose hope and start feeling that it has a bad effect on us then life will become difficult.  If we mediate between ourselves and the conflict, we will find that we feel inner peace after coming out of stress.

    There are two types of humans in the world.  One who likes to live a normal life and does not like to face difficulties in life to grow.  The second type of people are those who set their goal and choose the path of struggle to achieve it.  Life of such people is not easy.  They have to face various obstacles at every turn.  But such people face these obstacles.  Many times they also face failure.  But this does not dishearten them and they correct their mistakes and start fighting afresh! Nature teaches every living being to struggle since childhood.  Every person starts struggling after being born on earth.  He struggles to sit, stand, walk, eat, drink etc.  In true sense, the destiny of man is struggle.  The day a person stops fighting, he finds himself as if he is dead.  In true sense, it is the struggle which takes a person to his destination. Stumbling and falling and then managing oneself and then walking again is the struggle.  This struggle is the ultimate truth of your life. Just as God does not take shape unless a stone is hit by a hammer, in the same way no life becomes easy without struggle.

    Family are those people who stay with you all your life.  And who will always be there for you.  Often these people are blood relatives.  Family members support each other in every happiness and sorrow.  Many times, there is some squabbling and bickering among the family members regarding certain matters, but after all, family is family.  Everyone wants to give love and happiness to each other.  Of course, this feeling is there in everyone’s mind, but after some argument or because of shy nature, it seems difficult to express this love.

    Recently I lost my father a month ago.  My joint family has supported me a lot in this hour of grief. Everyone took care of me all the time. Fed me with them and recognized the value of my tears. Very soon my wound got healed. Because family shapes our life.  Plays a paramount role in giving. Therefore the importance of family cannot be underestimated.  Family is extremely important because they are the people who care about us the most.  They help us grow, learn, and feel loved.  They are the people who support us, help us socialize and teach us important things in life.  Family plays a big role in making us happy and successful.  Having a family is a special gift that not everyone gets, but sometimes people don’t fully appreciate this blessing.  Some individuals choose to spend time away from their families to achieve independence, not understanding the importance of this precious bond.  Families play a vital role in our development, molding us into well-rounded individuals with our own unique identity.  They provide us with a sense of security and a nurturing environment to grow. Individually, we consider ourselves fortunate to belong to a family that has played an important role in making us a better person.

    What is your favorite restaurant?

    My favorite restaurant is my mother’s kitchen, where food is prepared for me with love.  The food cooked in mother’s kitchen is fresh. In my house, food is prepared at different times for all three meals and the practice of eating stored food is not in our culture.  That’s why we all try to cook as much food as we can eat at one time. Eating freshly prepared food provides our body with more nutrients than eating stale or packed food.  When cooked food is reheated and eaten, a large number of its nutrients are lost. Preservatives are used in outside food, which are food grade chemicals.  But these are not nutritious for health.  We do not use any kind of preservatives in home cooked food.  Therefore, this food is more nutritious and does not contain excess of unnecessary chemical elements. Everyone takes full care of hygiene while preparing home-made food.  To prepare it we use oil, ghee and spices.  This makes this food completely pure.

    Whereas restaurants, hotels or street food etc. all come under business food and while making business food, profit is always considered first.  Therefore, you cannot trust this food as much in terms of purity as you can trust your home-cooked food. Problems like food poisoning usually occur due to eating outside food.  Because we know the shelf life of home cooked food and when it gets too old, we do not eat it.  Whereas the food cooked outside tries to hide its old and stale taste by making it tasty with spices and gravy. While preparing food at home, my mother takes full care of the amount of oil, fat, spices and vegetables in it.  Must be in quantity.

    Homemade food is not just food, the way it is cooked also shapes our values. Many times, there is an argument between family members over some issue.  In such circumstances, unless we talk, the conversation does not start.  Whereas if we sit together and eat food, then in some way or the other the conversation starts. Every family has a different atmosphere which cannot be understood unless we spend time together.  While eating, we talk about many topics and also try to understand what is going on in someone’s life.  Therefore, in my view, it is better to try making those dishes at home rather than spoiling your health by eating restaurant food.

    If you want to achieve heights or goals in life, then for this you will have to embrace passion. The struggle of life will give you the strength to live.  Will spread a smile on your face.  Hard work and struggle are most essential for satisfaction in life.  No matter what you do, without struggle the boat of your life will not find shore.  When the most valuable truth of life is struggle then each one of us should not try to avoid it.

    In 10 years I want to see myself there which is my dream.I want to be the smile on the faces of old people I want to serve the very poor, helpless, helpless and old people who live their old age on the roadside by keeping them in a big house. In this modernity  In the changing environment, people are forgetting the relationships. Due to the decline of morality and humanity in our society, the affinity of children towards their old parents is decreasing, as a result of which the number of old people in old age homes is increasing day by day.  A large number of parents are being neglected by their families due to lack of emotional, physical and financial support.  These elderly people are facing many problems due to lack of adequate social security.  This clearly shows that old age has become a major social challenge and there is a need to meet the economic and health needs of the elderly and to create a social environment that is sensitive to the emotional needs of the elderly. The biggest challenge for me is to ensure that they  Not only live a long life but also live a safe, dignified and creative life. My desire is to provide the basic needs of the elderly, especially food, shelter and health care, to the destitute elderly persons.

    In this world, we all keep running after wealth, honour, glory and prestige. Even if life gives you everything you wanted at one go. Money, power, friends – they will go away from you after some time.  And you will again be dissatisfied and want something more.  But service is something that can never be boring for you.  This is the inner feeling that every person is searching for.  By attaining this joy within yourself, you will attain the storehouse of everlasting and inexhaustible bliss.

    The period of study is that important time when all the values and abilities of life are formed in us.  The “knowledge” we get in this state makes us cultured, gentle and restrained.  Helps us to fight the crises of life.  Knowledge is not limited to degrees only.  Learning continues throughout life.  One who stops learning remains incomplete.  Getting a degree in itself is a big achievement in life, but to achieve success, it is very important to have the right ethics and values.

    What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?

    It is not just the big happiness that matters in life, there are so many small happiness which bring energy to us every day.Life  is so hectic that we don’t get a chance to do anything.  Even in these difficult moments, if we want, we can find some moments of happiness.  There is something in my life that gives me happiness.  Like, the first happiness for me is to meditate on my God early in the morning.  By doing this I absolutely feel the impact in my mind.  I plan my entire day before my God.  In a way, I want my personal request.  And then before sleeping at night, describing my entire day, this is also my daily habit.  The second happiness is by preparing breakfast for your family.  I enjoy making some new dishes every day.  The third happiness is in reading books.  Which I read with all my work in it.  The fourth happiness I get is when I go somewhere with my family.  And the fifth happiness is in meeting and talking to your friends.  Meeting with friends feels as if childhood has come back.

    Happiness is a positive and pleasant emotion, ranging from satisfaction to intense joy.  Moments of happiness can arise from positive life experiences or thoughts, but sometimes it can arise for no apparent reason. One of the greatest joys in life is being able to express one’s feelings to someone.  The thing is that it satisfies the human soul as much as it can.

    There is no need for position, money or any other special reason to be happy.  If the mind is good and the thinking is positive, then one can become happy even without any reason.  But being happy is not just having a good mood.  Being happy and being happy is the biggest positive event that can happen in your life and there are many other consequences associated with this event.  If you remain happy, it creates new reasons for happiness.  Remember that sadness never creates happiness.  A mango tree produces only one mango tree.  A lion produces a lion and a fox produces a fox.  Similarly, if happiness is to be created, it can be created only through happiness.

    Describe something you learned in high school.

    After coming to high school, I started feeling a little more burden of studies.  Sometimes I used to get irritated with my studies.  Gradually, due to the burden of studies, my nature started changing.  Meanwhile one day my uncle came.  He told me that apart from studies, you can concentrate on something else for a few hours.  I liked his idea.  Since childhood, I was very fond of gardening.

    There is so much to learn and know about plants that you could never learn just by reading or watching.  For this you have to experiment yourself. Most of my childhood was spent in the village.  Since my maternal uncle and maternal grandfather were farmers, I used to visit there often.  I enjoyed playing in the fields there, planting trees and taking care of them.  Since my mother is a farmer’s daughter, she has good knowledge of gardening.  However, due to lack of space, she too was not able to grow much.  For this reason, I thought of doing gardening on the terrace. I started with plants like roses and money plants.  Later started growing vegetables.  Often, I started planting the seeds of whatever vegetables came to the house, be it bitter gourd or lady’s finger, in the pot.  I used to feel very happy when plants would grow from them. After asking around and getting seeds, I started planting vegetables and fruits.  Due to growing in pots, the quantity of fruits was less, but the taste was very good.  There were many vegetables which I never used to eat, but when the same vegetables grew at home, I started eating them with great enthusiasm.  You don’t truly learn until you try out all the things you’ve learned yourself.  I got the knowledge about the nature of each plant only through my own experience.

    Even today I love my plants very much.  When there is too much sunlight, I feel that my plants are also feeling very hot.  Whenever it gets very cold, I take measures to protect my plants from the cold just like me.  My plants feel like my children to me.  Whenever I go and sit in my small garden, I forget the sorrows of the world. Everyone loves the plants planted in the garden and their children very much.  Seeing children laughing, talking, stammering and being stubborn, we forget all our sorrows and pains.  Unafraid of every sorrow in the world, their ear-pleasing sounds take you away from stress and immerse you in the ocean of joy.  Similarly, when plants grow slowly, tender buds burst, delicate buds are eager to bloom, unaware of the difficulties to come, then one feels immense happiness while looking at them.

    The word Gangaur is made up of two words, the word Gan is the symbol of Mahadev Shiva and Gaur is the symbol of Mother Parvati. Gangaur Mata is worshiped on the third day of Navratri i.e. on the Teej of Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month.  Gangaur Mata is worshiped as the incarnation of Parvati and Ishtar ji is worshiped as the incarnation of Lord Shankar.  Gangaur festival is a major festival of Rajasthan.  This festival is celebrated as a celebration of the marriage and love of Gauri and Shiva.  On Gangaur, married women worship Goddess Parvati and Shiva for the long life of their husbands and unmarried girls to get a good husband. Gangaur or Gauri Tritiya is a vibrant religious festival that celebrates the divine love of Goddess Parvati and Lord Shiva.  .  Gangaur Teej is also known as Saubhagya Tritiya.

    According to the legend, once Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati came to visit the earth.  That day was the third day of Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month.  As soon as the news of Shiva Parvati’s arrival was heard, some poor women of the village reached to serve her with water, flowers and fruits. Goddess Parvati and Lord Shankar were pleased with the service and devotion of those poor women.  At that time, Goddess Parvati took water in her hands and sprinkled the nectar of marriage on those poor women and said that the marriage of all of you will remain eternal.  After that, women from some affluent and rich families came with a group full of dishes to serve Shiva-Shakti.  Lord Shiva said to the mother, you have distributed all the nectar among the poor women, now what will you give to them? Goddess Parvati said that I will bless them with the same good fortune as me.  After this, Goddess Parvati cut one of her fingers and sprinkled a few drops of her blood on the rich women.  Under this, Mother Parvati had distributed Suhaag among rich and poor women.  After this, Goddess Parvati prepared a Shivlinga from a pile of sand on the river bank and worshiped it. Mahadev appeared from the Shivlinga and told Mother Parvati that on the day of Chaitra Shukla Tritiya, whichever married woman worships Shiva and Gauri, she will get eternal marriage.  .  Their husbands will have a long life and virgin women will get a suitable life partner.  Since then Gangaur puja started being performed.

    Married women keep the fast of Gangaur Mata for the long life of their husband, while unmarried girls observe this fast in the desire of getting a husband like Lord Shiva. It is believed that in old times, Mother Parvati had fasted to get Lord Shiva as her husband.  Had to do a lot of penance and fasting for this.  According to this, Mother Parvati had won the love of Lord Shiva with her devotion and love and after that Mother Parvati came to her house during Gangaur to bless the marital bliss of her devotees and worshiped Gangaur here for 18 days. After this  There was a big celebration on the day of farewell and Lord Shiva took him back with himself.

    Actually, I have made many positive changes in my life.  But now with age I have learned to remain calm.  Let me tell you how I learned to do this. It is very easy to say that learn to control anger.  Remain calm.  Don’t pay attention to what others say.  Keep doing your work.  It is very difficult to implement all these things in your life and follow this line.  Because when we feel insulted or disappointed by someone’s words, we get very angry.  Then the anger inside suddenly comes out like a broken dam.  This is called overreacting.  Most of us don’t know how to react.  We don’t know how to calm ourselves down in moments of anger.  When most of us experience a negative emotional response, our first response is often extremely reactive.  Our brain interprets negative emotions as a threat.  That’s why we feel that what the other person is saying is hurting our self-respect.  That’s why we react wrongly.  In reality, we achieve success only when we stop overreacting.  Learn to calm yourself.  Therefore, we have to learn to keep ourselves calm and composed. You notice that when you get angry, you are not able to stop it.  Instead of letting yourself get lost in your thoughts, do something that will immediately take your mind away from negative emotions.  When the person in front of you is saying something wrong, take a breath.  Drink a sip of water.  If it is possible to move away from that place, move away.  Take a walk for some time.  By the time you come to that place again, that thing will have gone from your mind.

    You can keep yourself calm and composed by giving words to your feelings. Just as you remember the birthdays and marriage anniversaries of your friends and family members, in the same way remember this lesson that you have to keep yourself calm and composed.  One should not lose one’s temper by unnecessarily replying to someone’s words. Only peace of mind and self-confidence can get a person out of big problems.  Therefore, trust yourself and work with a calm mind.  Only then can happiness and success be achieved.

    I learned that the brain of people who talk less works faster than the brain of people who talk a lot because people who talk a lot waste all their energy in talking unnecessarily and on the other hand, people who remain quiet work for a long time mentally and physically.  Feel fresher till now and are more successful in taking right decisions immediately amidst all the situations.  In comparison to those people who keep wasting their time by talking. Because when you start being quiet then you start listening and by listening you learn and from learning starts intelligence and wisdom.  So talk less and start listening.

    Positive change means such a change which is meaningful for the present and future of living beings, nature and environment and is capable of establishing harmonious harmony among all three.  Change is inevitable.  Mere change is not enough, but along with the change, our humanity, morality and materialism should move forward as a whole.

    We have been hearing from elders – peace is important in life and living peacefully is in our hands.  Peace can be found only when life is simple.  And really life is very simple but we are intent on making it complicated.  Anyway, in Indian culture, importance has always been given to simple life and high thoughts.  Anyway, no one wants to be disorganized, confused, confused and under pressure.  Crowding, whether of people or things, desires or expectations, breaks a person’s concentration and makes him indifferent to the more important tasks of life.  Effort to save yourself from getting lost in the crowd is the key to a simple life. It is very important to have simplicity in life because if we always remain artificial then we will never be able to take the right decision and by having patience, we can survive in any situation.  Are able to maintain the courage to succeed.  Simplicity is the beauty of life and restraint helps us in achieving success in any situation.

    Simplicity is to live comfortably, to balance between one’s needs and desires, to be happy with limited resources and to be natural.  Why not learn this way of living?  Simplicity avoids waste, teaches thrift, avoids complex value conflicts caused by greed, fear, peer pressure and a false sense of identity.  Simplicity leads to generosity and sharing.  Simplicity is putting others first, without expectations and conditions, with kindness, openness, and pure intentions. Simplicity is not sacrifice, nor is it a display of poverty.  This is a simple path, which can save you from many difficulties and stress.  If happiness was derived from money or accumulation, there would not have been stress, depression or heart problems in the rich countries of the world.  This can be understood with a small example.

    Women’s wardrobe is full of clothes, yet they think every day about what to wear today.  The reason for this is that there are too many options, which affects their ability to choose, that is, they find themselves unable to take decisions.  As bad as not having options is, having too many options is worse.  If there are limited options then it does not take time to think and the choice becomes easier.  This saves time and energy and does not put unnecessary pressure on the mind, whereas due to too many options, the person’s mind does not become stable and remains fickle.  The biggest benefit of simplicity is that it brings quality to a person’s work.  As soon as he becomes aware of what and why is important in life, he starts managing his desires properly.  This reduces dilemmas and brings clarity in outlook.  It is important to assess your needs and desires from time to time.  Many times it happens that the thing which feels convenient today, becomes the cause of inconvenience in future.  It may be someone’s desire to own a big house today, but with increasing age the same house may become inconvenient because he is unable to maintain it properly. As a person develops the habit of living in simplicity, the tendency to accumulate less.  It starts happening.  Due to this, the layers of stress and pressure which were increasing the burden begin to open.  Instead of thinking about what things can bring happiness, a person starts thinking about what things can be happy without.  Instead of getting trapped in the mirage of desires and accumulating resources throughout life, efforts should be made to change one’s thinking. Simplicity is a great virtue that one can follow in life.  We are rightly advised by the wise to believe in simple living and high thinking.  We should follow simplicity in our food habits.  We should have simple but nutritious food. We should have a simple life-style.  We should follow simplicity in our speech and manners.  We should be sweet, polite and courteous in our words.

    Today’s world is living a life of pretense.  Many very rich people only show off on the outside and are hollow on the inside.  By doing this, he is putting not only his own but also his family’s life and respect in danger.  If you stop pretending then no one will ask you why you don’t have this thing.  And if someone assesses your situation then so be it.  Don’t put your situation in jeopardy because of people.  Every person should know his age.  No matter how beautiful women, adorned with material resources, feel about themselves, a woman without makeup and dressed neatly is more attractive in her place.  So accept simplicity as you age.
