why balance is important in life

Balance in life is very important, but most people’s lives remain unbalanced. We have created such a mental state that we jump with joy when we are happy and wither away in sadness. Whereas we should remain the same in every situation. Ego is associated with happiness and inferiority complex is associated with sadness, which is the root of our sorrows. An unhappy person suffers from inferiority complex and is so much so that he starts living a life of despair. He thinks that this world is not worth living. I have no existence in life. The whole life is useless. The ego complex dissolves with happiness and now the man lives considering himself an emperor. This egoistic feeling creates many frustrations in him. There is criticism, the man gets nervous, becomes sad. He hears a few words of praise, he swells with happiness, then he does not have the complete discretion to speak. He gets afflicted with ego. In this way, there are many conflicts, which every human being revolves around. All these conflicts are making the state of mind unequal.  This inequality of the mind is called the world. Our inner consciousness always suggests equality, but the gravity of behavior is so strong that it pulls us towards inequality. Creating balance in life means that when work pressure increases on you, then your responsibilities also start increasing. When this happens, you work for long hours. It is important for you to increase responsibilities at home and also focus on your career. To maintain balance in life, you have to plan in advance, only then you are able to do so.

Often, work has a negative impact on everything else in our lives. It is important to maintain balance in your life so that you can keep yourself healthy. In today’s fast-paced life, we get so entangled that we do not even take care of our health. It is important for our body to be healthy so that we can fulfill our needs and also give a good direction to our career. In today’s time, the increasing work pressure on people creates stress in them and when someone is stressed, it spoils their mental health. You cannot consider only one reason behind stress, there are many reasons behind it. When you work continuously, your body also needs long periods of rest. Going to a new place gives you a feeling of relaxation. When you do this, it helps you know yourself better and also gives you time to think about what is the most important thing in your life. Most of us spend 40% of our lives working. We should like our workplace because it is also our home.  But do we really consider our workplace as our home where we can be stress-free? We work best when we are stress-free. When we compare our behavior and attitude at home and workplace, we realize that we have to change some things to make life balanced and balanced.

As the old saying goes, a healthy body is a healthy mind. Therefore, maintaining your mental health and keeping yourself healthy is a great way to do it. For this, you need to exercise regularly and eat healthy food. Only then you maintain balance in your lifestyle. It is very important to maintain balance in your life. Only then you can keep yourself healthy and you also have the responsibility of keeping others happy along with yourself. In such a situation, you have to take care of yourself as well as the whole family. People who live with equality are considered great ideals. This life is not meant to be wasted by going crazy after comforts and luxuries. The goal of life is very high. Always remember that far-reaching and high goal of your life and keep your sharp eyes fixed on it. If these small facilities are considered the essence of life, then you will lose your immense wealth for a pittance. Recognize this immense treasure of yours, which is inherited from nature.  The real and correct use of the great divine powers that you have received in this human body will be possible only when you set such a lofty goal that achieving it will make this human life worthwhile. Remember, the meaning of life cannot be achieved through material things or substances.

We think that work is separate from the rest of our lives and we create a distance between ourselves and our work. In reality, our work is not separate from us. The question is why do we do a particular job? Of course, nothing is impossible for humans but we still sometimes do things that we do not like. We do it to earn a living or because of our parents or friends or because of social pressure. Work-life balance is ultimately a product of our own choices. When we take on more work than we can handle or when we are unable to delegate our work to someone else, we create stress for ourselves. Improving our work-life balance also improves our mental health as it helps us to be organized. We are able to categorize better, our closets are more neatly arranged, our homes are cleaner, etc. Being balanced means better physical, mental, emotional, occupational and intellectual health. Health is connected to every aspect of our lives.  When we work on any one aspect, it affects the other aspects of life as well. Every work is done with balance, is completed with balance. Just as excess is forbidden, similarly too little is also not considered good. The universe does not like too little. Who likes slow speed, slow mind? That is, only proper capability balances the universe. If the balance is not right, then a person cannot even stand properly, let alone walk and run. Therefore, balance in ambitions is very important.

Those who do not have the ability to maintain this balance may earn a lot of money in a short time, but they also lose it very quickly. Many stories, many such examples are scattered in our life, around us, but it seems as if no one wants to learn a lesson from them. Sometimes watch a trader weighing something on a scale. The scale’s rod should be absolutely straight, neither slightly tilted to this side, nor slightly tilted to that side, only then the correct weight is formed. The true measure of balance is the scale’s rod itself. The rod of life should also be like that scale, neither slightly tilted to this side, nor slightly tilted to that side, only then can one experience the proper feeling of happiness and joy.
