Some people are very good people in life. He always does good for everyone. He thinks more about others than himself. He always takes care of the needy. Even in the life of such a good person, sometimes it happens that they get the happiness of having children, but their children always keep giving them sorrow. His children do not respect him. There are many people who crave for food. Do you know why this happens? Why are such children born in the homes of people who do so many good deeds?
To make a child well-mannered, it is important to first have good values in oneself. If we just say with our tongue, son, lying is a sin and if we keep telling lies in front of him, then he will lie more than us. And on top of that, you will also start understanding that there is no sin etc. Children are the biggest asset for any parent. We should impart good values in our children. The wealth will remain here but only the good values imparted in children will make our life easier to live. Good values will continue to inspire our future. There are three types of children through whom parents have to suffer the punishment of their deeds. The law of nature is that what we give comes back to us.
Loan Agreement:
If you have taken a loan from someone in your previous life and are not able to repay it, then in this life that person will come into your life as your child and your money will be useless until it is fully accounted for. If you have selfishly reared a cow and thrown it out of the house after it stops giving milk, then it will be born as a son or daughter in debt.
Enemy’s Son:
If someone was your enemy in your previous birth and he was not able to take revenge from you, then in this birth he becomes an important part of you in the form of your child. After which, because of that, you have to remain troubled throughout your life. If you have tortured any innocent creature, then he will come into your life as an enemy, so never do bad to anyone in your life.
Servant Son:
If in your previous birth you have served someone a lot without any selfishness, then that person comes as a son in your present birth to repay your debt. And such sons serve their parents whole-heartedly.
Neglect of parents in the family can spoil the future of children. Good values are more important for children than comforts and facilities. We can learn from Mahabharata what things should be kept in mind in the family. Provide comforts and facilities to the children in the family, but special attention should be paid to their values. Only then can their future be happy and successful. The future of their parents is also linked to their future. Therefore, it will be beneficial for you to give them good values.
Every person loves his children very much. Just how you raise them is important. Especially in today’s time when there are many things to distract them. If you remain busy in accumulating wealth for the children and fail to impart values to them, then it is possible that in the future, they may hesitate in giving a room to their parents in their big palace and they may have to go to an old age home. Therefore, while giving time to children, also give them life useful values. Such children will never throw their parents out of their home. They will serve their parents with the feeling that their parents are direct gods, they are Gods.
Today we need to pay special attention to children. Pay attention to children from the time they are small. It is a tender plant. The direction we want to give to him is possible only in childhood. At that time they also agree with you but do not force the children to do anything. If you do this, children will develop disinterest towards that thing. It is such a nature of a child that he imitates whatever his elders do. This verse of Geeta applies to adults as well as children – Yadyadacharati shresthastattadevetaaro janah. That is, the way great men behave, other men also behave in the same way. All this is possible only through the values given to children. Not only inculcate the habit of worship in children, but also teach them to love nature. Take the children along and get the trees and plants watered. Teach children to have love and affection for the environment and nature. If you keep your house clean, your children will also keep it clean. That will become their lifestyle. When you salute your parents, elders, sages and saints, this quality naturally develops in the children too. This is how values are formed. Practical qualities develop in children. Make the environment of your home such that children learn and get good values. When they grow up, they should be treated in a friendly manner. Discuss with them with an open mind. If they ask why this should be done, then you should have the answer and you will have the answer only when you do satsang and self-study.
If you want your children to respect you, then first of all you should respect your parents. Because children learn what they see. And if the elders of your house bless you, then it will definitely be fruitful.
