What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
Everyone performs different activities in their daily routine like bathing, eating, cooking, grooming, cleaning etc. Such activities help us to function effectively in life. But apart from these we should also do something that can make our daily life organized.
I believe in keeping a clean mindset to increase comfort in my day to day life. For this I wake up early in the morning and do exercise and meditation. Meditation makes me aware of both my weaknesses and strengths. By doing this, I feel a simple attitude and satisfaction throughout the day which helps me in carrying out my responsibilities both at home and outside.Meditation can give you a sense of peace, relaxation and balance that can benefit your emotional health and your overall well-being. You can also use it to relax and deal with stress by focusing on something that calms you.
We meet so many people throughout the day, some of them make us happy and some make us sad. By meditating, I am able to balance myself with all these things very quickly. And exercise helps me to work harder. It also helps me to spend a pain-free day.
Apart from this, I also like to spend some time with friends. Friends are such balm, which sometimes heals your wounds easily. But for this, true friendship is necessary.
