Home is a place where we live with our family members. Not all buildings are homes. Many things are required to make a building a home. Like mutual love in the family, mutual cooperation, respect etc. Every person has three basic needs for running the life smoothly and those needs are food, clothing and shelter. Home is a place where even a troubled mind gets calm. Own home is important for almost everyone. It brings stability in life. Every person has different desires for home and he gets the house constructed accordingly. Like some people like to live in big houses while some like to live in normal houses.
My dream is that my house should be in the middle of a big garden. My house will be very beautiful and attractive. My house will have four rooms, a kitchen, a drawing room, a pooja ghar and a bathroom.
The walls of my house will be painted in off white colours. There will be a small terrace on the roof of my house, where I will be able to see the stars. There will be a small waterfall in front of my house, where I will sit and sip tea in the evening.
The garden of my house will have different types of flowers, plants and trees. It will be a small garden but the nectar of love will keep flowing in it. There will be the humming of birds with a hopeful morning. My house will always be filled with loved ones. God will always reside in my house and the hands of my elders will be on my head. There will never be a dearth of food grains in my house. And guests will always be respected. My companion will be with me every moment. There will always be happiness and excitement in my mind. All my dreams will come true in my house filled with divine power. My loved ones will never be angry with me. Every corner of my house will be a mirror of love. There will never be any discord in my relationships. Everyone will live with love. There will be satsang of God in the morning and evening. We will always keep dancing and singing in the waves of devotion.
The process of laughing and crying continues every day in life. Whenever we are very happy, many times tears automatically flow from our eyes while laughing which people also call tears of joy. But sometimes such situations occur which make us emotional. In such a situation, when tears of joy come out while crying, they have no value. I am telling you such an incident, after reading which, perhaps tears of joy will come in your eyes too.
One day I was sitting at the station waiting for the train. A gentleman was also waiting sitting next to me. Just then a shoe polisher came and said, Sir! Shall I polish your boots? Seeing his pitiful face, he extended his shoes forward and said, “Take them, but polish them properly.” The boy started working but he did not have the energy like the other polishers. He said, what kind of sloppy work do you do? Move your hands quickly! That boy remained silent. Meanwhile another boy came. He immediately pushed this boy aside and himself started working quickly. The first one stood aside like a mute. The second one polished the shoes. Whom should I pay? Thinking about this, he put his hand in his pocket. He thought that now there will be a fight or scuffle between these two for the money. Then he thought, “The one who did the work should get the money.” So he gave the money to the boy who came later. He took the money but kept it on the palm of the first boy. He patted his back lovingly and went away. The man kept looking at him with astonished eyes. He immediately called the boy back and asked “What is this?” The boy said, “Sir! He fell from a moving train three months back. His hands and legs were badly injured. By God’s grace the poor fellow survived, otherwise what would have happened to his old mother and sisters, he is very self-respecting… he cannot beg…!” Then pausing a bit he said, “Sir! Here we have a group of shoe polishers and in it there is a God like uncle of all of us, whom everyone calls god uncle’. He goes to satsangs and keeps telling us about God’s story’s. It was he who suggested that ‘Friends! So what if he cannot work with the same enthusiasm as before? God has given all of us an opportunity to show active interest, spirit of sacrifice, affection, sympathy and unity towards our companion. Just as the back, stomach, face, hands, feet look different but are parts of the same body, similarly we all look different from the body but are one soul! We are all one. All of us living at the station decided together that we will give him the income from polishing one pair of our shoes every day and will also help him in his work whenever needed.
This incident brought tears of joy to my eyes. Whenever I see such incidents, I cannot stop myself. And knowingly or unknowingly I have seen many such incidents when I cried a lot and after that God made me laugh.
I write blog to share my thoughts and expertise as well as to increase my online presence. I did not know anything about blogging before. I just knew that I can save all my articles on this blog. So I started transferring all my articles to the blog. But the views on the blog were very less, so I was not very happy. I think blogging has brought a lot of positivity in my life and I would like to list some benefits of writing blogs and these are also the reasons why I believe that everyone should do blogging.
Blogging gives me the opportunity to share my thoughts, experiences and knowledge with others. It is a creative outlet where I can express my feelings and thoughts.

Interview someone — a friend, another blogger, your mother, the mailman — and write a post based on their responses.
I asked my friend what he was doing these days, he told me that he had lost his job and he was very upset because of this. It was becoming difficult to manage the household expenses. I had been working at this place for 12 years. But while firing me, they did not think even once how much I had done for them. The world is very selfish, once their work is done, they do not think about others. I consoled him, it is no big deal, it is a problem for a few days. You are so intelligent, you will get a job back somewhere or the other.
I asked a blogger about his condition. He said that the future of both these blogs is in danger. Earlier I used to have a lot of visitors, now there are very few visitors. I try my best to write good content. But I don’t know what is happening to me. I said don’t be sad, the same is happening to me. Maybe in a few days we will find a solution to our problem.
This morning I spoke to my mother after a long time. Mother was very worried about her health. I told mother not to worry. Consult a good doctor. You will get well. Then I told mother that if you keep thinking in your mind that I am ill, then you will not be able to get well. Then mother told me that in childhood I used to explain to you like this.
Yesterday I spoke to the mail man. He was telling that yesterday when he reached home after delivering the mail, his wife was admitted to the hospital by the relatives. She had fainted due to heat wave. He was telling that the work involves a lot of hard work.
After talking to all these people, I felt that no one is perfect in this world. No one has peace in their mind.
A human mind is never empty. The chain of thoughts does not stop even for a moment. These thoughts appear to us in the form of dreams when we sleep. This evening I read a Hindi story. In the story, a man was talking to an angel about a woman. Let me first tell you the conversation between the angel and the man.
When God was creating woman, it took him a lot of time. It was the sixth day and the creation of woman was still incomplete. So the angel asked- God, why are you taking so much time in this?God replied- Have you seen all its qualities, which are necessary for its creation. It can handle all kinds of situations. It can take care of all its children together and keep them happy. It can heal everything from knee scratches to broken hearts with its love. It can do all this with just its two hands. Its biggest quality is that it can take care of itself when it is sick and can also work for 18 hours. The angel was astonished and asked in surprise, God, is it possible to do all this with two hands? God said- This is my wonderful creation. The angel went closer and touched the woman and said- God, she is very delicate. God said- Yes, she is very delicate from outside, but she has been made very strong from inside. She has the strength to handle every situation. She is soft but not weak. The angel asked- can she even think? God said- she can even think and can also fight by being strong. The angel went close and touched the cheeks of the woman and said- God these are wet. It seems something is flowing from them. God said- these are her tears. Angel- tears for what? God said- this is also her strength. Tears are her way of pleading, expressing love and removing her loneliness. Angel- God your creation is amazing. You have created her after thinking everything. You are great. God said- this creation in the form of a woman is amazing. This is the strength of every man, which encourages him. She remains happy seeing everyone happy, keeps smiling in every situation. Whatever she wants, she can get it even by fighting. There are no conditions in her love. Her heart breaks when her own people betray her, but she also knows how to compromise with every situation. Angel- Lord your creation is perfect. God said- No, there is still one flaw in it. It forgets its importance.’
As a woman, I am feeling what God said about women, that women forget their importance even after doing everything. Women go through so many ups and downs from morning to night. A woman has to take care of her life and also the whole family. She honestly fulfills the relationships of daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother throughout her life. Even after fulfilling all these relationships, she works with full strength so that she can make the future of herself, family and country bright. Still, women are insulted and exploited at every step. Is this right? The incident that happened in Kolkata, India has shocked women all over the world. It is not that this is something new today. But I feel ashamed even thinking how low a man can stoop.
What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Quality of life refers to how well we live. Many factors determine quality of life, such as the happiness, comfort, and health that an individual or society experiences. Some consider quality of life to be about possessions and wealth, while others consider it to be physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Quality of life is influenced by a person’s physical and mental health, degree of independence, social relationships with the environment, and other factors. Quality of life can be defined as a person’s satisfaction with aspects of his or her life compared to his or her ideal life. Healthy relationships, adequate sleep, a healthy diet, and regular physical activity can all contribute to a better quality of life. A person can also improve quality of life by finding meaning in his or her work, reducing energy stress, and making time for things he or she enjoys.
Paying attention to mental health,
I pay the most attention to my mental health. Health and well-being are directly related. Well-being is a holistic approach to health. It is the presence of positive emotions, the absence of negative emotions, and the satisfaction with life felt by the patient. When a person refers to his well-being, he often means both his physical and mental state. It is said first happiness is a healthy body. This means that if we are healthy, we will be able to enjoy life to the fullest. Physical and mental fitness enhances the quality of our life. If we are healthy, our thinking will be positive and we will be able to work harder to achieve the goal. Meditation and yoga keep us healthy. I eat nutritious food for good health.
Waking up early in the morning,,
I wake up early in the morning to improve the quality of life. Waking up early is very good for our daily routine. We are able to plan our day’s activities and we get enough time for all the tasks. We do not have to rush and panic in any of our work. Many types of lifestyle diseases are becoming common among urban youth these days. However, if a little improvement is made in the diet and routine, then not only can these be avoided, but the quality of life can also be improved.
Leaving the past behind,
what’s gone is gone. I never miss my past. Half of us keep remembering our past and keep getting sad. One should get out of the memories of the past and learn to live in the present. One of those behaviors that can really hold you back is thinking about the past. The important thing is to learn from these mistakes of the past and use them as stepping stones towards a better future. This change in focus can make you happier, more positive and more productive.
Speaking openly,
I don’t hold anything back. I say whatever hurts me. Holding on to anger and resentment drains your energy and prevents you from moving forward. But the person it hurts the most is you, so, for your own peace and happiness, let go of the grudges. You will feel a burden lifted from your shoulders and you will have a new freedom to move forward in life.
Positive Thinking,
I always try to keep my thinking positive. If you are constantly thinking negatively, you are creating a negative world around you. Negative thinking not only brings you down, but it also obstructs your path to success and happiness. Start practicing positive thinking. It may be hard in the beginning, but keep at it.
The habit of blaming others,
I never blame anyone for my sorrows, happiness, honor or insult. It is easy to point fingers and blame others whenever things go wrong but the truth is that blaming others will not solve your problems. It prevents you from learning and growing so take responsibility for your actions and mistakes. This self-awareness will help you move forward and avoid repeating the same mistakes in the future.
The habit of procrastination,
I never leave any of my work for tomorrow. Because I know that once the work is stopped, it takes time to start it again. Often we postpone many things, we do not know when the tendency of doing it tomorrow turns from tomorrow to a year. The habit of procrastination is a big obstacle in the path of success. The more you delay doing the work that needs to be done, the more difficult it will become. Divide the tasks into manageable parts and start with the first part.
Consider yourself lucky,,
I consider myself the luckiest person in this world. It is my habit to happily accept whatever God has given me. No one is perfect, and chasing perfection will only lead to frustration and disappointment. Strive for progress instead of striving for perfection. Celebrate your small victories, learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward. It is better to be a flawed human being who is trying to improve. If you want to change your life for the better, these are the behaviors you have to say goodbye to.
JiComparing to others,
I never compare myself to others. Shift your focus from what others have to what I have. Start counting your blessings no matter how small they may seem. Then you will realize that you have a lot to be grateful for and take a moment to appreciate all the good things in your life. It will make you happier and more satisfied.
Faith in God,
I have complete faith in my God. No matter how much trouble I face in my life, I do not share it with anyone but tell my God. If you ask God to always inspire you to walk on the path of truth, then surely you will see yourself on this path. So always be a believer and not an atheist.
With time, many things changed and with it the ways of entertainment also changed. The era of films lasted for a long time, many times it also changed. This era is still going on. The difference was so much that with the change of generations, the choice of the audience kept changing. In the eighties, along with films, a new medium of entertainment, television, also got added to it. The audience got the option of sitting at home and entertaining themselves. First came ‘Doordarshan’ which entertained the audience for years. Today, even though ‘Doordarshan’ has lagged behind in the race of entertainment, but the serials of Doordarshan are still fresh in the memories of the audience of that generation. Initially, the broadcast time of Doordarshan was limited. But, whenever a program started, the whole family would sit in front of the TV. The audience would not only watch entertainment programs but also programs like Krishi Darshan.
In the history of Indian television, ‘Hum Log’ was the first serial, which was telecasted on Doordarshan on 7 July 1984. This serial closely depicted the life of the middle class of the country. Its popularity was similar to that of ‘Ramayana’ and ‘Mahabharata’ later. ‘Ramayana’ is considered to be one of the most successful serials of Indian television. This serial of Ramanand Sagar had such an impact that it brought out the religious sentiments of the viewers. When this serial was telecast on Doordarshan, the roads would become empty at that time.
Shaktimaan, one of the favorite serials of children of the 90s, was ‘Shaktimaan’. All the children of that era would be familiar with this serial. Children used to be very excited to watch this show after finishing their studies. This show started on DD National in the year 1997 and ran till the year 2005. At that time, children used to think that Shaktimaan was not a serial character but a real person who had magical powers.
Sonpari,, The children of the nineties eagerly awaited the start of this serial. This show ran for four years, but was a great source of entertainment for children. In this serial, the role of children’s favorite Sonpari was played by Mrinal Kulkarni. The story of a girl named Sonpari, Altu and Fruity was very much liked by the children of the nineties.
Haatim, how can we forget the children’s favorite show Haatim. The magical story of Haatim and Jasmine was one of the favorite shows of children of that era. Even after closing, the popularity of this serial did not decrease.
Shaka laka bum bum, who can forget the story of the magic pencil and Sanju. It was a special wish of the children of the 90’s that they too should have a magic pencil like Sanju. That is why many children had pencils with Shaka laka boom boom in their stationery at that time. Even today these pencils can be seen in the market, seeing which the memories of childhood are refreshed. This show ran from the year 2000 to 2004.
Mogli, ‘Jungle, jungle baat chali hai pata chala hai aise…’ These are the lines that Gulzar had written for the ‘Jungle Book’ serial. From children to adults, everyone used to wait for it. This Japanese animated English series used to come on Doordarshan which was adapted in Hindi.
In the eighties and nineties, ‘Hum Log’ and ‘Buniyaad’ were milestones in popularity. Apart from this, there are many serials which may seem light in terms of production today, but were popular because of the story. ‘Malgudi Days’ based on RK Narayan’s stories was also a favourite serial of children in 1987.Remembering my childhood TV shows brought me back to my childhood.
Time waits for no one. Minutes turn into hours, hours into days, days into months and months into years. Every human being has his/her own favourite time. Some people like morning time, some like afternoon time. Some like evening time, some like night time. We all use our time according to our convenience.
If we talk about time, then I like morning time very much. Waking up early in the morning and watching the rising sun gives me immense peace. And in the morning at the time of sunrise all the divine powers awaken. The way flowers bloom with the first ray of the sun, similarly the rays of the early morning sun are also very beneficial for our body. When the rays of the morning sun spread in all the four directions and darkness disappears with their spreading, then the delighted bumble bee coming out of the lotus petals leaves its laziness and starts humming, because it too gets convinced of this natural beauty and it seems as if it is expressing its happiness in its voice. The voice of the birds seems as if telling us that it is morning now get up.
Waking up at this time is considered good for improving mental health. Waking up at 5 am also gives time to do yoga and exercise, which keeps the body fit. Exercising in the morning not only reduces increasing weight, but it also keeps the body fit. Waking up early helps the mind to remain calm and focused, which keeps the mind focused on work. This also develops self-confidence.
At this time, there is peace all around, the air is clean. This is the best time for meditation, reading spiritual books and exercising. The chirping of birds as soon as you wake up in the morning, fresh cold air, the sound of bells ringing in temples, the fragrance of incense sticks coming from the puja room of the house, the delicious smell of food coming from the kitchen, Papa reading the newspaper in his hand are everyday things but we have become used to seeing all this.
There are thousands of benefits of waking up early in the morning, one of them is to be able to take out time for yourself. When you wake up early in the morning, you have a few hours before your daily routine begins. You can give these hours to yourself. The benefits of waking up early in the morning have been explained in detail in Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda, there are three main elements present in the human body. Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The quantity of these elements keeps on increasing and decreasing with time. Vata is related to muscles, breathing, blinking and activities of tissues and cells. Pitta is related to the processes of digestion, excretion, metabolism and body temperature. Kapha is related to the structure of the body i.e. bones and muscles. Any kind of problem in these three can cause many types of diseases in the body. According to Ayurveda, the balance of these three remains better in people who wake up early in the morning.
I like to pray to my God early in the morning. As the day passes, laziness fills our body. And a peaceful environment like the morning is not found throughout the day. That is why I like the morning time very much.
Actually, I am very fond of cooking. I keep trying something new all the time. Sometimes I make even simple food interesting by giving it a very good twist. When my children were small, they did not like to eat lentils at all. We are pure vegetarians, so the sources of protein are very less for us. One day I made split chickpea lentils in a new way, which my children liked very much. After that this recipe became my favorite recipe.let me share my recipe with you today.
Soak split chickpea lentils in water for four to six hours. Drain its water and add 1 cup water and grind it finely with the help of mixer grinder. Add one spoon garlic cumin, black pepper and turmeric chilli paste and 1 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon whole cumin, mix 1 glass of water and put it in a pan, turn on gas and sauté it for 10 minutes. Make it a thick paste, touch it with your hand, if the paste does not stick to your hand then it means it is ready. Now apply oil on a flat plate and spread it and let it cool down. Grind all the spices and prepare it. Now heat the oil in a pan and Cut the cooled groundnut mixture into squares with the help of a knife and put it in oil and deep fry it. Add whole red chillies in the remaining oil and add all the spices and fry it. Now add 2 glasses of water, chopped tomatoes in it, then cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame. Add raw mango powder and put all the fried pieces in the gravy and heat it for 5 minutes. Garnish with green coriander leaves, serve and eat. Enjoy with rice.
