In my opinion, the definition of romantic is something different. When a child is born, he only romances with his mother. Gradually as he grows up, he romances with his friends, after marriage with his wife, and in old age with God. In all these phases, he starts liking the other person. Because love is blind. In my opinion, we should be romantic in every relationship. Because without romance, every relationship is lifeless.
Romance is a mind-satisfying sentence. Romantic love is the feeling of love or strong attraction towards another person, and the romantic behavior done by a person to express those overall feelings and resulting emotions. When you are in love with someone, you find every moment spent with them beautiful. You feel very good if your partner is with you on small occasions and moments, but it feels good only when your partner truly loves you. Sometimes it also happens that some couples cherish love for a special moment, but you should keep making them feel loved. Love brings a big change in life. When you are in love, you try to know the feelings, worries, likes and dislikes of each other. In love, no single day is special, but every moment spent together is close to the heart and very special. You like to spend as much time as possible with those whom you love. Both always want to spend quality time with each other. To make any relationship strong, it is most important to have love in it. If you also love your partner then these things must be there in your relationship. This makes your relationship stronger.
As human beings, we love to be appreciated or praised. Having words like thank you, kindness, shukriya, thank you in our lives is not a mere formality like expressing gratitude at the end of a function. Saying thank you makes us a little humble. Being grateful makes us more human. Gratitude makes us a little more fluid. Saying ‘thank you’ to someone openly not only makes you a happier person, but it can make you a much healthier and more energetic person too.
When I say ‘thank you’ to someone face to face, I do so with a smile and by making eye contact with the person I am thanking. This is because these small gestures add to the sincerity of the spoken ‘thank you’. There are many situations where just saying ‘thank you’ to someone face to face is not enough, like inviting me to dinner, giving me a gift, etc. When such situations arise, a written ‘thank you’ is more effective. A blank card works well for such situations, on which I can write my feelings. Because whoever has treated me so well and extra special, deserves something extra special in return, and a written ‘thank you’ note or card is the best way to express gratitude for the good deed done by them.
There are so many characters in our life, so many people we meet in a day, whose presence in our life brings meaning, ease, happiness, but even after knowing their importance, we fall short in expressing our gratitude for their presence. Sometimes in hesitation, sometimes in the belief that we will say it later. And if unfortunately we do not get a chance to express our gratitude, then the pain of being ungrateful comes with us. The answer to considering ourselves powerful is that our mind should be filled with gratitude towards nature. For the air due to which we are able to breathe. For the water which quenches our thirst every time. For the fire which cooks our food. For the sky which is the limit of our expansion. For the earth which is the basis of our existence. We should be grateful. For everything that we have got. For everything that provides facilities in our life. For every person whose presence makes our life easier. For every moment whose presence makes our existence meaningful. We are taught from childhood to be grateful. Spirituality also shows the same path which is the formula for stress-free life management. We are repeatedly told to express gratitude while sleeping that today was a good day. Wake up the next day with gratitude that we have got another day. But we are perhaps the most miserly in expressing gratitude. We are rarely grateful to nature. Those who bow their heads while making a wish at the temple often forget to express gratitude. There are many such characters in our life who silently make our life bloom, we forget to be grateful to them.Expressing gratitude is the test of a human being. And we should live up to it

Surgery is such a painful event that after it happens, it sometimes fills us with immense happiness. I too had to undergo C section surgery twice at the time of my children’s birth. But the pain caused by it was less than the joy of seeing my children’s faces.
I had my third surgery done for a tumor which was below my right ear. This surgery was very painful for me. But by the grace of God I am completely fine now.
Sometimes the injury to the heart caused by one’s own people is no less than a surgery. And probably everyone has to undergo this surgery. I have also undergone it, and that too many times. Now I have learnt to recover from this surgery. No matter what anyone says, do not let it reach your heart, this is the art to deal with it.

My daily habits include 6 hours of sleep, walking 10000 steps, working for 8 to 10 hours, meditating for 1 hour, spending 1 hour with my God, spending 1 hour with family, and spending some time watching a movie or serial of my choice.I also have a hobby of watching the beauty of nature and gardening in our home garden. if I miss out on something in all these tasks, I don’t mind, but talking to my God is my daily habit.
Each night I take 5 minutes of evaluation to understand what I forgot today and try to do it the next day. Arranging the schedule for the next day is my habit. It helps us to use the time that is available to us. It likewise makes a person normal and reliable, it makes him more coordinated and stress-free. With the help of these things, one can get more chances to complete and finish his work on time.

I also pay attention to many things for this. A big difference can be made by making some small changes in the lifestyle. It is important to understand that there is no need to do any big or difficult work to get good health and long life. When it comes to the quality of life through mental health and physical fitness, we all start thinking about how to improve it. But if looked carefully, it is not that difficult. Or whether we will be able to be as active as them at their age. I try to include some form of physical activity in my daily life to feel healthier, more energetic, or in a better mood. Regular exercise has many benefits for both my physical and mental health. It doesn’t necessarily mean I have to go to the gym. Brisk walking, dancing, cycling, or doing household chores are all examples of my daily activities. As long as you’re moving and not sitting still, it’s good for you.
Homemade food, whole foods are foods that have not been overly processed or altered. They tend to have a lot of added chemicals or artificial ingredients to make them taste good or to help them have a longer shelf-life. So I avoid these kinds of foods. Fresh foods provide your body with more vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients than processed foods.
Social work fills my life with new energy. Helping the poor, keeping my community clean, taking care of children and the elderly, doing all these works gives me a unique happiness. And I feel my blood is increasing.
I try to keep myself away from anger, negative thinking, jealousy etc. because these things never allow us to remain healthy. Keeping control over my speech is also one of my habits.

Delicious food should be such that we can eat it everyday. Irrespective of your caste or religion, home made food is the best for you because you will keep on eating it from birth till death and still you will not get bored. And if we believe it then it is good for our health. People have invented millions of recipes in the world. Every province and every place has its own taste. I too like many dishes from different countries. But till date, the one I liked the most among the outside food is Turkish Baklaavah
I don’t know how it is made. But it is a very tasty sweet. It does not spoil for a long time. And nowadays, giving this sweet as a gift has become quite common.
If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be?
This is a very interesting question, this can only happen in some profession. Like student, doctor, nurse, pilot, army, and many places have rules to wear the same dress. But I am a housewife. No one forces me to wear what I should or should not wear. But yes, I am repeatedly forced to wear one thing and that is my kitchen apron 😂
Sometimes I get angry in wearing this kitchen apron, but that happens when I finish all my work and sit down to write a blog. And at this time my son says mummy please make something for me to eat. Although I like cooking. But sometimes I get angry at odd hours.
The true meaning of spirituality is to develop a personal relationship with God. It is that which connects our everyday life with the Brahma. Spirituality has the highest place in my life. Since childhood my parents have taught me that we are puppets made by God. Only that can happen to us which God wants. No matter how much we try, we get only what He wants. So always try to please your God, not the people of the world. My parents used to say that in this world people support you only till they have some benefit to you. Only God supports you without any benefit. That is why I never forget to thank God first in all the moments of my life be it defeat, victory, success, happiness, respect, sorrow or joy. Only God has given me the strength to fight every situation.
