What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
Exercising is an integral activity for our body. But there are some exercises that we enjoy doing. My favorite exercise is Surya Namaskar. Since the sun represents energy, strength, and vitality, Surya Namaskar asanas are beneficial for both our body and mind.
