We become what we think or think about life. Thinking that we are good and healthy keeps our body and mind healthy. On the contrary, if we start thinking that we are sick and weak, then we will really start feeling sick and weak. Similarly, thinking that we are poor, we do not have money, wealth and grandeur increases poverty in our life. We really become poor.
Undoubtedly, both happiness and sorrow come in every person’s life, but if a person wants, he can spend the time of sorrow with ease with a positive attitude. Never get frustrated seeing the happiness and prosperity of others, but understand the reasons for that person’s progress. Adopt his virtues and develop yourself. There is a lack of something or the other in every person’s life, so do not be sad or disappointed by it. This has a negative effect on both body and mind. Think with a positive attitude that what we have got, many other people in the world are deprived of that much. There are many people in this world who are more sad and troubled than us. The biggest difference between us humans and animals is our ability to think or in other words, the power of thinking for humans is like a boon or gift given by God, for which all of us human beings have always been grateful to God and will remain so in the future too.
Positive thinking increases the necessary energy in the body and negative thinking destroys energy. We should never forget that we are the best creation of the almighty, kind and benevolent God. God has created us to display his excellence in the world. He has blessed us with supernatural and unique qualities like ability, talent, knowledge, intelligence, wisdom, thinking power and insight. We should be oriented towards improving our lives by imbibing these invaluable qualities. How successful we are in life or whether we are able to achieve our goals or not, depends entirely on our thinking. Actually, our thinking is our real personality and behavior which comes out in physical form and appears in front of people and in the same way we get respect in the society. What we say, what we do and what is the reaction of the other person on them, depends on our thinking. Actually, our thinking is the reflection of our personality.
Our positive thinking is the belief that we can solve even the most difficult situations in life. Maintaining courage even in the most difficult times is the power of our positive thinking. We get the courage to do any difficult task only from our positive thinking. The more positively we do any work, the more accurate and successful the work will be. Due to lack of positive thinking in the adverse circumstances of life, many people lose their mental balance and cause great harm to themselves. The secret of success of all successful people till date is their positive thinking. Positivity is not only the key to our success but also to our good health. Thinking “I can’t do it” before doing any difficult task is called negative thinking. The work of people with negative thinking starts getting spoiled and negative thinking also has a very bad effect on our health. Negative thinking pushes us into the abyss of failure and makes us an example of a loser in the society. Sitting idle without facing the difficulties of life and running away from situations is a symbol of negative thinking. Guessing the bad result of any work without seeing its result is also an example of negative thinking. In any society, the position of people with positive thinking is always higher than the person with negative thinking. A person with positive thinking is free from fear and despair. He is always ready to do the most difficult task without worrying about its result and the effect of his positive thoughts is clearly visible in his life. How we will be seen in the society, how much respect we will get in the society, all these things depend on our own thinking and ideas. When we express our views in the society, what will be the reaction of the people and how much the people of the society agree with our words, all these things depend on our thinking.
We choose our happiness and sorrows much before we experience them. According to the principle of karma, we reap the fruits of our actions. The tree that grows from the seed we sow is the fruit we get. Some seeds are such that after being sown, they grow and bear fruits very soon. Whereas some seeds germinate slowly and grow slowly. Just as we definitely get the fruits of the seeds we sow, similarly, we have to bear the fruits of the seeds of our actions sooner or later. Any thought first takes shape in the mind. Only after this, it transforms into reality. Thus, the origin of karma is merely the result of our thoughts, our contemplation, our resolutions. It depends on the intensity of our thoughts or resolutions and the extent of our faith as to when our thoughts appear before us in the form of karma. Thoughts can be good or bad, i.e. positive or negative. Choosing this thought depends on the person, his environment and education . Actions generated from positive thinking help us in our material as well as spiritual progress, whereas actions generated from negativity lead us backwards in every aspect. This is how our thoughts take the form of reality.
