Gradually everyone started realizing that Krishna had changed, and his wife also started feeling unhappy with the change in her husband’s behavior and one day she asked, why are you so upset these days, please tell me the reason.

    Krishna felt sad and told about that day. The wife also did not understand what to do but then she noticed that a saint had come to a nearby village, and she said, Swami, I have come to know that a saint has come to the neighboring village. Let us ask him for a solution. Next day he reached the saint’s camp. Krishna narrated the entire incident and said, since that day everyone speaks ill and falsely of me, please tell me how I can regain my reputation. am ! ,
    Saint had understood Krishna’s problem.
    He said, Son, leave your wife at home and stay in my camp tonight. Krishna did the same, but when it was time to sleep at night, suddenly the sound of frogs croaking started coming. He said, why is there so much noise here? The saint said, son, there is a pond behind, at night. The frogs present in it start singing their song.

    But in such a situation no one can sleep here, yes son, but you tell me what can we do, if possible you help us, said the saint. Krishna said, hearing so much noise it seems that the number of these frogs would be in thousands. Tomorrow I will bring fifty-sixty laborers from the village and catch them and leave them in the river far away. And the next day he reached there with the laborers early in the morning, the saint was also standing there watching everything. It was not big, 8-10 laborers cast a net from all sides and started catching the frogs. Within a short time, all the frogs were caught. When Krishna saw that in total only 50-60 frogs had been caught, he Asked the saint, there were thousands of frogs in it last night, where have they all gone today? There are only a handful of frogs left here. The saint said seriously, no frog has gone anywhere, you heard the sound of these frogs yesterday, these handful of frogs were making so much noise that you thought thousands of frogs were croaking. Have been. Son, in the same way, when you heard some people speaking ill of you, you made the same mistake. You thought that everyone spoke ill of you, but the truth is that the people who spoke ill of you were only a handful of frogs. So the next time you hear someone talking bad about you, just remember that there may be only a few people who are doing this, and also understand that no matter how good you are, there will always be some people who Will speak ill of you.

    Now Krishna had realized his mistake, he had become the old Krishna again.     Understand the motive behind speaking ill of any person whether he wants to degrade you or make you better. Whenever someone speaks ill of you, you should not defend yourself. Rather, one should ask the person who does evil about his shortcomings and listen to him quietly and attentively. If the person in front of you tells you about your shortcomings and evils, then also ask him the solution to remove those evils. It is only through the way of giving this remedy that we can know whether the person in front wants to humiliate us or he really wants to make us better. If someone criticizes or speaks evil of you to humiliate you. So in such a situation, by making the person in front of you look high, you can make him look low. In this, the evil doer is punished.

    There is a scientific reason behind our fear. Because of which we feel fear. Actually, a defense system works naturally in our body. Whose purpose is to keep our physical body safe. Which immediately reaches all the parts of our body through our nervous system. Our hair stands on end due to its effect. The heart beats faster and we become defensive or aggressive to avoid potential danger. Actually, we feel afraid so that we become alert about that danger. For example, whenever we feel threatened by a person or situation, we either run away or attack. This is a natural reaction of our body.

    Death is a truth of life, but some people are so afraid of death that when they feel a little unwell or fall ill, they start having very strange and negative thoughts. Such people are more mentally ill than physically. Whereas in reality they are healthy. This happens mostly to rich people.
    Some people are not able to take any risk or do any big work in their life because they start imagining negatively and get scared in their imagination itself. This imaginary fear of theirs kills their dreams. This fear occurs mostly in the youth. Most of the youth waste their time through various means and keep imagining negatively about the future. This fear makes them believe that they cannot. Be it studies or job. If they study, they will definitely get success. It may take some time.
