  • What is the importance of family deity in Hindu religion?

    October 6th, 2023

It is very difficult to describe the customs and gods and goddesses of Hindu religion. Among all the gods and goddesses there is one special one. When any calamity occurs, the same god is immediately remembered. Also represent the family. They are especially worshiped in Hindu religion and the Kul Devi or Kul Devta is worshiped on any auspicious occasion like marriage, arrival of new daughter-in-law, entry into a new house, at the time of birth of a child and in many other rituals. He is considered the presiding deity of a particular dynasty or clan. The concept of Kuldevi or family deity is seen in Hindu traditions and varies between communities. One main thing that comes to the fore is why do we all have clan gods or goddesses and what is the significance of their worship. It is believed that every family or clan has a specific divine connection which is passed down through the generations. Is. Any clan deity or family deity is seen as the protector of the clan, protecting all the members of that clan.

Worshiping the family deity or family deity brings blessings and prosperity to the family. By respecting the family deities and getting their blessings, blessings remain on the entire family. His worship plays an important role in maintaining the family and traditions. This worship strengthens the sense of cultural identity among the members of a particular lineage. Worshiping him increases unity and harmony among family members. Not only this, if the newly married couple is given darshan of the clan deity and deity, then there is always harmony in their relationship. The practice of worshiping the clan deity or clan deity is different in different communities and the deities of all the clans are also different. Are. It is considered mandatory to invite him in any marriage ceremony and his blessings are taken so that the prosperity of the clan is maintained. He is considered the protector of our lineage, hence it is said that after the birth of the child, one must visit him. It should be taken so that his health always remains good and no problems arise in his life. Kuldevi is a word which is made up of ‘Kula’ i.e. family and ‘Devi’ in Hindi. Actually, Kuldevi is the goddess who is the original goddess of a particular family or clan. While worshiping that Kuldevi, her idol or Pindi is worshipped.

Whereas the clan deity is worshiped as the deity of that clan. Who is considered the original deity of that clan. Kuldevi and Kuldevata are traditionally considered ideals for worship and are given special importance in their worship. This tradition is revered as an important part of family life and cultural identity. The determination of the God or Goddess of any clan has been going on since the time of our ancestors. At that time, the purpose of his election was that through him all the people of the clan would convey their message to God. The ancestors had chosen the appropriate Kuladevata or Kuldevi or family deity and started the practice of worshiping him. The auspicious occasion is considered incomplete without the worship of the family deity or deity. The Kuldevi or Kuldevata is considered the protector of the family or clan and no auspicious occasion is considered complete without her invocation. It is believed that if the family deity or family deity gets angry due to any reason then the family starts facing troubles and even the work being done can get spoiled.

The importance of Kuldevi or deity has been mentioned in Hindu religious scriptures and their worship maintains the prosperity of the house.
In India, many communities or castes have family deities and gods. Apart from this, there are also ancestral gods. Indian people have been worshiping their family deities and deities for thousands of years. There is a deep secret behind worshiping the family deity and deity, which very few people would know. Suppose a person lives in Gujarat but his family deity and deity are at some place in Rajasthan. If that person knows that my family deities and gods are at that place, then he can go there and meet the people of his family. Thousands of people gather there on any special day. This means that those thousands of people belong to your same clan. However, some places have become so famous that people from other clans also come to visit there.

For example, when your great grandfather’s great grandfather would have migrated from somewhere due to any reason and set up a night-shelter at some other place, he would definitely have built a small temple there, where the idols of your family deity and deity would have been kept. Everyone was connected to that temple and knew what was the origin of our clan. This was a time when people had to migrate from one city to another or from one state to another to escape from the invaders. In such a situation, in order to organize and protect the people of their clan and caste, they used to build a temple at a place where the scattered people of their clan could gather.
Earlier it used to be that the person associated with the temple had a big book in which he used to record the names, addresses and gotras of the people who came and got registered. In this way, a data of people of the same clan was prepared. This work was similar to the way a pilgrim priest or priest sitting on the banks of the Ganges records the name of your clan and gotra. You may not know the name of your great grandfather’s great grandfather, but those pilgrimage priests have the names of your ancestors written on them.

Similarly, family deities and gods not only connect you with your ancestors, but they also become a means of meeting thousands of unknown people of your family who are alive at present. That is why there is importance of worshiping the family deity and family deity. This keeps you connected to your family tree and if it is true that there is a soul and ancestors, then they too are watching you from somewhere. They feel good seeing this and give you lots of blessings. Every Hindu family is related to the lineage of some goddess, god or sage. His Gotra tells us which lineage he belongs to. Suppose a person’s gotra is Bhardwaj, then he is the child of sage Bhardwaj. Later on, someone from Bhardwaj’s clan came forward and he ran the clan in his own name, then people started knowing that clan by that name. In this way, we will find people of Bhardwaj Gotra in all castes and societies. Every caste and class are the children of some Rishi and for the children born from that original Rishi, they are worshiped as Rishi or Rishi’s wife, Kuldeva and Kuldevi. Apart from this, the elders of the ancestors of a clan chose a suitable clan deity or clan goddess for themselves and started worshiping them and built a temple for him at a certain place so that their clan remains connected to a spiritual and supernatural power and from there its May there be protection.

Kuldevi or deities are the protector deities of the clan or lineage. These are the first worshiped and original official deities of the family or lineage. They are counted like the elderly members of our house. Therefore, it is important to remember them in every work. Their influence is so important that if they become angry then no other god or goddess other than Hanumanji can reduce or stop their ill effects or harm. Understand it this way, if the head of the house, father or mother, is angry with you, then no one from the neighborhood or outside can enter your house for your welfare, because they are ‘outsiders’. There is a detailed mention in Geeta regarding how the family gets destroyed.

There are many families who do not know anything about their family deity or deity. This is because they have not only stopped visiting the places of family deities or gods but have also stopped worshiping them. But their ancestors and their gods are watching them equally. If anyone does not know about their family deities and deities, then they should get information about it by asking their elders, relatives or pundits. It is said that over time, due to families shifting from one place to another, changing religion, etc. Due to displacement due to the fear of invaders, untimely death of a knowledgeable person, loss of values, growth of foreignness, growth of western mentality and getting entangled in the illusion of knowledge in the company of saints of new ideas, people forget the deities and deities of their family and their descendants. The history of has also been forgotten. Especially this trend is seen more in cities.

It has also been observed that after giving up the worship of the family deities, no significant change takes place for a few years, but when the circle of protection of the deities is removed, a series of incidents and accidents begin in the family, and progress starts to stop. Yes, civil strife, riots and unrest etc. start. The dynasty is unable to continue further. By being unfaithful to one’s father, a person destroys his lineage. That’s why they have a huge role in Hindu religion.

  • How to eliminate the ego inside you?

    October 4th, 2023

If you feel that my ego is growing further, then let it grow. Look around to see how many people are doing better service than you. Increase your ego further by looking at him. Your ego should grow so much that the entire universe gets absorbed in it. We suffer from our ego when we limit it or want something for ourselves. When you say that I belong to God. Whatever he wants, he gets it done however he wants. As soon as such a feeling comes or becomes spontaneity, you will find that ego does not exist at all. We will live as if we don’t exist. Everything is happening. You will feel a lightness. If we want to get away from ego i.e. pain and suffering, there is only one way, simplicity. Become a boy or a girl. Your intellect is always a slave to your identity. It works around whatever you identify with. People identify with things they have never seen, and their emotions become attached to these things. These things decide the direction of their life.

How does the intellect protect the ego?

For example, we all are associated with some country or the other. There was a time a hundred years ago when there were a lot of people who did not belong to any country, if you identify emotionally with something it either makes you or breaks you. It gives you tremendous power, but even the slightest mistake is over and it’s all over. It is necessary to give up ego. No matter how popular or recognized you are on the basis of your talent. But if there is ego then there will definitely be unrest somewhere. People can achieve heights by renouncing their ego. If Ravana had accepted Mandodari’s words in Ramayana and returned Mother Sita to Lord Rama with respect, perhaps there would not have been a war.

If Duryodhana had given 5 villages to Pandavas in Mahabharata, the situation of Mahabharata war would have been averted. Ego brings down a person. People under the influence of ego are unable to discern between good and bad. They do not consider right and wrong, the consequences of which are very fatal. Pride has destroyed even the angels. The man who is arrogant will surely fall one day. The one in whose hands power comes, becomes blind, dishonest, of bad character and with bad intentions. A man can swell with pride, but cannot prosper. Due to pride, man moves away from God and the people.

Everything becomes possible with our determination. Arrogance is such a feeling in which a person does not even realize when he gets trapped, hence one should always observe his life, put himself in the dock and advocate for himself. You should judge your spoken words impartially, and if you find yourself guilty, admit your mistake and apologize for that mistake in time. If you understand in time that ego has come inside you, then it will be easy to remove it.

Do not be proud of your power under any circumstances. Ego is the root cause of all big mistakes. One should not boast about wealth. Fireflies think that we are the ones giving light to this world. But as soon as the stars rise, the pride of the fireflies subsides. Then the stars feel proud that they are the ones giving light to the world, but when the moon rises, the stars also become dirty. When the sun rises, the moon also becomes dark. If the rich think about this, they will no longer be proud.

Prayer can help in reducing ego to zero. Prayer is not a mechanical thing, it is an action of the heart. In praying to God, one gets the practice of forgetting all the secrets. Do not be arrogant under any circumstances. God is the embodiment of love and can be attained only through love. God cannot be attained if there are evils like hatred, malice, anger and ego in the heart. Thinking about one’s bad qualities and remembering God’s blessings is the true prayer. Whatever we do, others can also do it, believe that. If we don’t agree, we will be considered arrogant. There is no need for religious books, temples and prayers for you, if you have given up ego. Giving up an egoistic life is renunciation and that is beauty.

It is better if life is lived without pride. The person who does not boast at all will be the happiest person in this world. Ego does not let you rise and self-respect does not let you fall. It is best not to be proud of anything. The biggest advantage of not being egoistic or arrogant is that you remain connected with people and society. People also remain connected to you. Nobody likes arrogant people. Everyone wants to maintain distance from the arrogant.

  • What are the common customs of Hindu weddings?

    October 4th, 2023

There is a deep significance hidden behind the rituals followed in a Hindu wedding. In India, wedding is a big festival in itself. The sacred relationship of marriage has great importance in Hindu religion. As we all know India is a country of diversity, there are many religions which have their own distinct customs. Every ceremony in a Hindu wedding is something unique and there is a very deep meaning hidden behind every ritual. Hindu weddings have so many variations that they have attracted the attention of people all over the world. Hindu weddings attract a large number of guests and have grand feasts. But weddings are not limited to just these things. In a Hindu wedding you get a chance to know many rituals, so let us tell you today about the rituals taking place in a Hindu marriage.

    Roka,,

The first ceremony of every Hindu wedding is Roka or Rokha, symbolizing that both the bride and groom have decided to become partners for life, and now it is time for the families to stop and start searching further. Wedding Preparations On the Roka ceremony, a Tilak ceremony takes place during which a paste of roli and chawal is applied on the forehead of the girl and boy. The girl is decorated with red chunni. Gifts are also exchanged. After the Roka, comes the engagement, which marks the beginning of the marriage agreement. Some people plan the engagement so lavishly that they hire wedding planners to theme various other arrangements. Known as matchmaking in North India and Nishyathartham in South India, they become one.

    Haldi,,

So the next ceremony is Haldi. The Haldi ceremony is very important in a Hindu wedding, this ceremony has both traditional and traditional reasons. In this ritual, family members apply a mixture of turmeric, oil and water on the skin and clothes of the bride and groom. Let us tell you that wedding functions begin with the Haldi ceremony. It is believed that applying turmeric before marriage improves the skin of the bride and groom.

    Heena or mehandi,,

Then Mehndi is applied on the hands and feet of the bride. In which mehndi is decorated on the hands of both the bride and groom. The color of mehendi reflects the essence of love to strengthen the bond of love between the couple. Only the family and close friends of the bride are invited to the Mehndi ceremony. This ceremony takes place a day before the wedding. During the Mehndi ceremony, henna paste is applied on the hands and feet of the bride. According to beliefs, the darker the color of the henna, the more the mother-in-law loves her daughter-in-law. At the same time, some people also associate the color of mehendi with love for their husband.

    Sangeet,,

After Mehndi comes the turn of music. In this, people from both the families along with their relatives make the atmosphere musical. All the family members dance, sing and celebrate. Nowadays, the music program in weddings has started becoming very grand. People organize it according to their capacity. In many castes, on the day of Sangeet, the groom also gets tilak applied. After this, the bride’s father and all his relatives worship Lord Ganesha. There is a big reason behind this, after Ganesh Puja, all the rituals are started in the bride’s house and after this ritual, the groom’s side meets and is given gifts. In Hindu religion, every auspicious work starts with the worship of Ganesha.

    Big day,,

In a Hindu wedding, traditionally the bride wears a red saree or a modern fashionable red lehenga. However, many modern brides are now choosing a variety of colors from pastel floral prints to bright yellows and bold blues. Which shine with brilliant embroidery. Red color is given so much importance in marriage because it is a symbol of good luck. The bride is decorated with jewelery according to her caste.

    Baaraat,,

On the wedding day, the groom sits on a mare after leaving the house for the wedding procession. There is a big reason behind this also. Actually, mare is considered to be the most playful and sensual among all the animals. Therefore the groom is made to sit on the back of the mare. Which means that the groom has controlled both these things. When the groom and the wedding procession reach the wedding venue, the people from the bride’s side welcome the wedding procession at the door. In the Jaimala ritual, the bride and groom garland each other. According to beliefs, the bride and groom garland each other and adopt each other with mutual consent. According to Vishnu Purana, when Goddess Lakshmi emerged from the churning of the ocean, she accepted Lord Vishnu as her husband by garlanding him.

    Saat phere,,

In the wedding rituals, the bride and groom tie the knot and take seven rounds with Agni as the witness. In the first three rounds, the bride is ahead and in the next four rounds, the groom is ahead. The bride and groom give seven promises to each other. Which is a symbol of completely adopting each other and supporting each other for seven births. After seven rounds, the groom applies red vermillion on his bride’s forehead so that she remains married forever and is considered as his wife in the society. Be known in. The scientific reason behind the tradition of applying vermillion is that where vermillion is applied, there is a center point of the brain which helps in controlling the mind by applying vermilion.

    Vidaayi,,

The most tender moment of a wedding is the farewell. The farewell ceremony marks the time when the bride officially leaves her home to start a new life with her husband. During the farewell ceremony, the bride leaves for her in-laws’ house spreading happiness and prosperity by throwing rice and coins over her head. Throwing rice and coins means that there will always be rain of wealth in my father’s house.

  • Is any consequence bigger than your life?

    October 4th, 2023

In today’s world every person is confused. Some people get confused about their education, some about their poverty, some about their health, some about their relationships, and some get confused without any reason. Man desires to get what he thinks immediately. But every work is done according to its own time. This instability makes a man restless. Today’s youth put their lives at stake due to this stress. But those who are patient in life also achieve success. There is no work in life that is bigger than your life. The greatest thing of a human being is his life, which he has got after experiencing 84000 births.

We get frustrated after seeing successful people around us. But do we know that these successful people did not come after toiling in a separate furnace. God did not create him with any other machine. It is their karma which is giving them a good life. But seeing them you don’t need to beat yourself up. Small people have a hand in making big people successful. If the soldiers fighting on the country’s border retreat, will this country be able to remain a country? If farmers do not grow food, will anyone be able to survive? If laborers do not carry the burden, will these big buildings be able to be built? In all the factories, workers are sweating, only then something is produced.

That’s why don’t blame yourself under any circumstances. Never underestimate yourself. If you ever fail in any field, do not think that it was your last chance. If you lose the battle of life so soon, people will get a chance to point fingers at you. If you keep trying with patience, then one day your name will be on people’s lips.

Once upon a time, a big stone was gifted to a king by the king of another country. The king thought why not make a statue from it. The king called his minister and said, take this stone and get a very beautiful statue made which can become the beauty of our palace. That stone looked exactly like iron. The minister took his soldiers to a blacksmith’s shop. He announced the king’s order to make a statue out of stone. The blacksmith thought that I do this work every day, it will be done. The minister said that if the statue is built then you will be given a gold medal. The blacksmith became happy, and he started trying to hit the stone. For many days he was trying to break the stone by hitting it, but the stone did not budge. At last the blacksmith accepted defeat. When the king’s servants came, he gave the stone back. The employee and the minister took the stone to another blacksmith. The second blacksmith broke the stone in just two blows. The minister started thinking that if the first blacksmith had not given up, he would have got these Ashrafis today. Perhaps with one or two more blows, this stone would have broken. Because that stone had already been hit many times.

Life’s exams are also similar. We lose our courage for a little patience. And keep on reaching the destination.

Our first duty is to become good citizens of our country. Become a good worker of your society. Be a good head of your family. Be a good father or mother to your children. If you are weak in all these fields then there is no purpose for you to be successful. No matter how big an obstacle comes in life, do not take it to heart. Always remember that God also tests those who are capable of testing. And this is the time when God is giving you the opportunity to achieve your goal. God tries to awaken us by putting us in trouble.

  • importance of the gem that came out of the churning of the ocean?

    October 4th, 2023

There is a description of the churning of the ocean in mythological stories. The churning of the ocean took place between the gods and demons. Whatever things came out of this churning of the ocean were divided between the two. According to religious texts, once due to the curse of Maharishi Durvasa, heaven became devoid of glory (richness, wealth, splendor etc.). Then all the gods went to Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu told him the solution to churn the ocean along with the demons and also told that by churning the ocean, nectar will emerge, by consuming which you will become immortal. When the gods told this to Bali, the king of demons, he also got ready to churn the ocean. Vasuki Naag’s neti was made and the ocean was churned with the help of Mandarachal mountain.

    (1)Vish, poison

Poison was the first thing to come out in the churning. This means that God in the form of nectar is present in the mind of every human being. If we desire nectar then first of all we have to churn our mind. When we churn our mind, only bad thoughts will come out first. These bad thoughts are poison. We should surrender these bad thoughts to God and become free from them. When it came to be divided, both demons and demons refused to take it. At last Lord Shiva swallowed this poison in his throat. Due to which his throat turned blue and his name became Neelkanth.

(2)Kamdhenu cow, Kamdhenu emerged second in the churning of the ocean. This cow was full of amazing powers. Later this cow was given to the sages. She was the one who produced the ingredients for Agnihotra. Hence the Brahminist sages accepted her. Kamdhenu is the symbol of purity of mind. Because after the poison is removed the mind becomes pure. In such a situation it becomes even easier to reach God.

    (3)Uchchaishrava horse

During the churning of the ocean, the horse Uchchaishrava emerged at third place. Its color was white. Bali, the king of demons, kept it with himself. From the point of view of life management, the Uchchaishrava horse is a symbol of the speed of the mind. The speed of the mind is considered the most. If you have to pause. Only then is union with God possible.

    (4)Airavat the elephant

Airavat the elephant came fourth in the churning of the ocean, it had four big tusks. His brightness was more than that of Kailash. Airavat the elephant was kept by Devraj Indra. Airavata elephant is a symbol of intelligence and its four tusks are greed, attachment, lust and anger. Only with pure and pure intelligence can we control these vices. Indra got this elephant which later became his ride. This white elephant is the vehicle of Indra.

    (5)Kaustubh Mani,,
Kaustubh Mani emerged fifth in the churning of the ocean. Lord Vishnu wore this gem in his crown. Kaustubh Mani is a symbol of devotion. When all the vices are gone from your mind, then only devotion will remain. Only this devotion will be accepted by God.(6)Kalpataru Vriksha:
The wish-fulfilling Kalpavriksha emerged in the sixth order in the churning of the ocean. The gods established it in heaven. Kalpavriksha is a symbol of your desires. The life management formula associated with Kalpavriksha is that if you are trying to attain Amrit (God) then give up all your desires. If there are desires in the mind then attaining God is not possible. Parijat flower grows on this tree. Indra established it in Surkanan. In Skandpuran and Vishnu Puran, Parijat itself has been called Kalpavaksh.

    (7)Apsara Rammbha

An Apsara named Rambha emerged seventh in the churning of the ocean. She was wearing beautiful clothes and jewellery. His gait was captivating. She also went to the gods. Apsara is a symbol of the lust hidden in the mind. When you are engaged in a particular purpose, desires try to distract your mind. In that situation it is very important to have control over the mind. She was a skilled dancer. To whom Indra gave a place in his Indraloka.

    (8)Mother Lakshmi:

Goddess Lakshmi came eighth in the churning of the ocean. Demons, gods, sages etc. all wanted Lakshmi to meet them, but Lakshmi chose Lord Vishnu. From the point of view of life management, Lakshmi is the symbol of wealth, glory, majesty and other worldly pleasures. When we want to attain nectar, then worldly pleasures also attract us, but we should not pay attention towards them and concentrate only on devotion to God.

    (9)Varuni Devi:

Varuni Devi emerged ninth from the churning of the ocean, with the permission of God she was taken away by the demons. Varuni means liquor i.e. intoxication. This is also an evil. Whatever the form of intoxication, it is bad for the body and society. If you want to find God, first of all you have to give up intoxication, only then encounter with God is possible. This goddess appeared during churning with Sura. Which was given to the demons.

    (10) Moon:

Lord Shiva wore the moon which emerged in the tenth order in the churning of the ocean, on his head. Moon is a symbol of coolness. When your mind is free from bad thoughts, greed, lust, intoxication etc., at that time it will become cool like the moon. Such a mind is required to attain God. Only a devotee with such a mind attains God. In astrology, Moon is considered to be the factor of water and mind.(11)Parijat Flower:

This flower is considered to be the most beautiful among all the flowers. This flower has special importance in worship. All its parts are used in different ways in worship. The gods kept it with themselves. Many medicines are prepared from this flower.

When Dhanvantari Dev appeared from the churning, he also had the nectar pot in his hand. A battle broke out to get it. Later, to get the nectar from the demons, Lord Vishnu took the form of Mohini and gave the nectar to the gods due to which they became immortal.

    (12)Panchjanya conch:

Panchjanya conch emerged in the twelfth order from the churning of the ocean. Lord Vishnu took it. Conch is considered a symbol of victory and its sound is also considered very auspicious. When you become one with Amrit (God)When you step away, there is emptiness in your mind. That means it is filled with sound. It is in this situation that you encounter God. The conch was obtained by churning. Which was dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

    (13)Lord Dhanvantari:

He is called the father of Ayurveda. It is believed that Dhanvantari is a part of Lord Vishnu. For public welfare, he imparted his knowledge to sages and physicians. According to belief, Lord Dhanvantari appeared from the churning of the ocean on the day of Dhanteras. Therefore, special worship of Lord Dhanvantari is done on this day. At the end of the churning, Lord Dhanvantari emerged with the nectar pot in his hands. Lord Dhanvantari is the symbol of a healthy body and pure mind. When your body is healthy and mind is pure, only then you will attain God within it.

    (14)Amrit Kalash,

Lord Dhanvantari appeared from the churning of the ocean with a pot of golden nectar. But all the gods and demons wanted to become immortal through nectar. They all started running after him. Meanwhile, nectar spilled from the nectar pot fell at 16 places. Out of which four fell on holy places on earth and the remaining 12 fell on heaven.
The four places on earth where Amrit fell were Allahabad, Nashik, Ujjain and Haridwar. Mahakumbh Snan is organized at these places every 12th year.

It is said that if the forms of these gems are brought home and kept, then like heaven, there is no dearth of wealth, opulence and splendor in the house. If Samudra Manthan is seen from the perspective of a way of life, we will find that directly -No one gets nectar (God) directly. For that, first the mind has to remove its disorders and control its senses.

  • INDIAN CUSTOMS

    October 4th, 2023

What is the scientific reason for celebrating Indian customs?

The culture and civilization of India is one of the richest and most civilized cultures in the world. We can see its glimpse in Indian texts and Puranas. People living here of different cultures and traditions are independent of social forms and that is why strong ties of unity in diversity of religions exist here. Customs and traditions are a matter of everyone’s personal belief. But there are many customs in Hindu religion which have scientific basis.

    Salutation to the earth,,

as soon as you wake up in the morning. In Hindu religion, the first thing to do is to salute the earth as soon as you wake up in the morning. In Hindu religion, Earth has been called mother. Just as we touch our mother’s feet while going out, in the same way, by paying obeisance to Mother Earth as soon as we wake up in the morning, no calamity can befall us.

    greeting with folded hands,,

Greeting with folded hands is an ancient tradition and civilization of Hindu religion. By doing Namaskar with folded hands, you not only give respect to the person in front of you but also get physical benefits due to the scientific importance of this action. When we join both hands together, there is pressure on those points of our palms and fingers which have direct connection with body parts like eyes, nose, ears, heart etc. This type of pressure is also called aqua pressure therapy. By saying namaskar in this way, we do not come in contact with the other person, due to which there is no risk of any kind of infection.

    Throwing copper coins in rivers,

In ancient times, there used to be copper coins, which have now been replaced by stainless steel coins. Copper purifies water. Therefore, in ancient times, copper coins were thrown into rivers because most of the rivers were the source of drinking water.

To put a bell in the temple,

There is also a scientific reason for having bells in the temple. As soon as the sound of the bell reaches the ears, there is a spiritual experience. This increases concentration and the mind becomes calm. It is said in the scriptures that the sound of Dhante keeps evil spirits away from the temple. The sound of the bell is dear to God. When we ring the bell in the temple, its echo echoes in our ears for about seven seconds. It is believed that during this time, the sound of the bell activates the seven soothing points present in our body and the negative energy goes out of the body.

    serving sweets in food,

In Indian thali, spicy dishes and sweets are served together but sweets are always consumed at the end of the meal. It is said that eating spicy food first activates the digestive juices and acids necessary for the digestive system of the body. Then the digestive process gets controlled by the consumption of sweets.

    idol worship

There is a scientific reason given for the practice of idol worship in India. It is said that when we pray after looking at someone’s picture or idol, our entire attention becomes on that adorable deity. The mind becomes completely concentrated and controlled. Therefore, in India, idol worship is considered an important part of human life for spiritual progress.

eating while sitting on the ground,,

When you eat food while sitting on the ground, it has a positive effect on digestion.
This activates the stomach muscles and increases the secretion of stomach acid. Through this it becomes easier to digest food.
On the contrary, if you eat food while standing, it can cause problems like bloating, cramps and gas in the stomach.
Therefore, it is always better to eat while sitting on the floor.

    cooking in clay pots,,

  • What is the importance of patience in our life?

    September 30th, 2023

Due to being entangled in the confusion of problems, sometimes our mind fails to think properly. This is the reason why we have to answer our inner courage that I can’t do it anymore. Courage to boost your morale. Is required. Courage and courage are very important in making progress in our life. There is an answer to every problem, but instead of solving our problems, they create more problems, due to which our weaknesses lead us to curse ourselves. It becomes compulsive. Whenever a problem arises while doing any work, the same problem becomes the cause of troubles for you. One should not deliberately get entangled in the problems, but keep trying to find the solution to those problems as per your own. Needed.

When you try to find solutions, you will gradually find the solutions and in the end you can get rid of your problems. Whenever a common man faces such a distressful situation, his mind gets nervous, from inside It breaks, what should I do now? Saint says- ‘Circumstance is situation’. This is the law of the nature Adversity and adversity come in the life of every human being. We have no role in this. It is not our role to make it permanently favorable to us. There are happiness and sorrow in life, there are coincidences and separation, there is life and death, there are profits and losses. This is a coincidence, not under our control. Whenever we look at our situation, we get scared that this is happening, that is why I became like this. So by this we further weaken our abilities. We should learn something from them and practice equality even in the face of inequality. One should learn the art of maintaining harmony even in discord; adversity has come in life, our policy says that patience is tested in adversity. Man’s patience is tested in times of adversity,

There is no greatness if you remain patient when the situation in front of you is favorable to you. Greatness comes when there are adverse positions, unfavorable situations and at that time you do not lose your patience. You should search your mind and see that there are many places in life when unfavorable situations arise, circumstances are unfavorable and at that time you have great patience and behave with great restraint, keeping your mind and brain balanced. This haste and haste within a man makes him weak from within and if he learns the art of working with a little patience and restraint, starts adopting a little patience, then he can convert his weakness into his strength. Impatience is the weakness of the strong and patience is the strength of the weak. If you have patience in your mind then you can turn your weakness into your strength and if you lack patience then no matter how strong you are, you can prove to be weak.

First of all let us examine the impatience within us. When does our mind lose patience? When we face any calamity. Some adverse situation arises. We lose our patience. It is only through the power of patience that we transform from incompetent to capable. Patience is the panacea. With the help of which we can overcome even the most difficult adversities. For example, if we do not succeed with our first hard work, then we take refuge in patience and try to succeed again and keep trying until we achieve complete success. Therefore, history is witness to the fact that hard workers and brave men have made the impossible possible on the basis of patience.

any work behavior greater than patience
Due to our patience not being within the limits, it goes out of control and makes our work behavior unsuccessful. Our work is successful only by remaining within the limits of patience. Patience has to be acquired not for the problem but for the solution. Due to lack of patience we get trapped in problems, hence there is a limit to patience. By staying within this limit we find the solution to any problem. If we do not exercise patience then we get disappointed and are not able to achieve our goal. We need patience and tolerance to achieve our goal. Which is within a limited area. Lack of patience and tolerance and excess of it spoils our system. Along with patience, we also need to give systematically in our life. Moving ahead, it can be said that there is a limit to patience. Patience is not for the negative but for the positive. Patience is not cowardice, the one who has patience achieves greatness. A person with patience can move forward in life with tolerance. His identity is different from the common man of the society, which is good for everyone, people who do not have patience are always impulsive. Doing any work in a hurry is bound to lead to errors or obstacles. Which later leads to a feeling of sadness. Whereas man does not want to live in sorrow, hence to get rid of this sorrow, every man should be patient and should also have tolerance.

Only through patience and tolerance is a person able to see himself as an important person. This is its fragrance. Just as there is no limit to depth, similarly there is no limit to patience. It depends on the tolerance of an optimistic person to what extent he can be tolerant. Mostly this quality is present in women because they have got the habit of tolerating since childhood. Nature also tolerates a lot. When patience is too much, natural disasters occur. When humans play with them, nature continues to show its fierce form. We can assume that patience has an indefinite limit. This limit depends on the tolerance of the person. Every person’s tolerance power is different. A person’s own tolerance depends on his mental state at that time. Therefore, we can say that the limit of patience of the same person is different in different situations. If a person says that his patience has now reached its limit, it would be his mental state at that time.

Patience is an essential element of talent. Stay calm and be patient. You can rule over everyone. One who has patience can achieve what he desires. Be a good listener. Listen patiently. But do what your conscience tells you. One should be patient in making friendship, if you make friendship then maintain it steadfastly and firmly. Patience is the reason why an elephant eats to its heart’s content. But the dog wanders from house to house looking for a piece because it lacks patience. Patience is the root of all happiness and strength. Patience men do not return after starting a work in failure. Patience is an essential part of talent. One who can be patient, can remain hungry, can keep his thinking power stable even in excitement, never fails in life. The steps of the patient definitely reach the destination. Success always remains its maid. Patience and contented life are the rudder of the boat which takes the boat to its destination. Through patience and hard work one can achieve what is never achieved through power and haste. One who does not have any disturbance in his mind despite the presence of thoughts, is patient.
