It is then dipped in grains, which is called Dhanyadhivas. When a sculpture is made, it is subjected to various injuries by the craftsman’s tools. The auspicious time for installing the idol of Lord Shri Ram will be 84 seconds, the time of which has been fixed from 12:29 to 12:30. But do you know why January 22 has been chosen for the consecration of Ram Lalla?

Is January 22 such a special day?

According to Hindu mythology, Lord Rama was born at the confluence of Abhijeet Muhurta, Mrigashirsha Nakshatra, Amrit Siddhi Yoga and Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga. All these auspicious events will come together again on 22 January 2024. Therefore it becomes the most ideal day for the consecration of Ram temple in Ayodhya. According to astrologers and great sages, 22 January is Karma Dwadashi and it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is believed that on the day of Karma Dwadashi, Lord Vishnu took the form of a tortoise and helped in the churning of the ocean. Lord Shri Ram is a form of Lord Vishnu. Therefore, 22 January has been considered very auspicious for the inauguration of Ram Temple.

According to religious beliefs, Lord Shri Ram was born on the day of Abhijeet Muhurta, Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga and Amrit Siddhi Yoga. Therefore, there cannot be a more auspicious time than January 22 for the establishment of Ram temple in Ayodhya. During this time Lord Ram will sit in the sanctum sanctorum. The Varaha incarnation of God also took place in the afternoon. Similarly, many incarnations of God have taken place in the afternoon. Abhijeet Muhurta is also found after 12 o’clock in the afternoon. If the idol of Ram Lala is consecrated at this time, then the Ram temple will remain permanent till eternity. This auspicious time has been determined by the astrologers of Kashi for the consecration of Ramlala’s life.

There are many misconceptions regarding the establishment of Ram Lala and the month of Pausha. It is said that auspicious work should not be done in the month of Pausha. After analyzing the scriptures, the month of Paush has been said to be very good for consecration of life. Explaining its result, it is said that if consecration is done in the month of Paush, then the state will grow and the people will benefit. According to this, the time of Aries ascendant has been calculated to be one and a quarter hour. The reputation of the statue will remain steadfast and endure for thousands of years to come. A fixed time of fifteen to twenty minutes was allotted for this.

The auspicious time is decided according to astrological calculations. The auspicious combination of day, date, moon, planets and constellations is called Muhurta. These are personal and holistic. Sometimes it is for one person and sometimes it is seen for more than one. According to many calendars, Dev Pratishtha Muhurta is on 22nd January. This is the main auspicious time due to which January 22 was chosen for the consecration of Ram temple in Ayodhya. Amrit Siddhi Yoga is also held on 22nd January, which is considered auspicious. This day is not only auspicious for the consecration of Ram temple, but also for the rituals of laying the foundation of the house, Griha Pravesh i.e. entering a new house, Upanayana Sanskar i.e. giving sacred thread. It is auspicious for marriage, for water worship after the birth of children, and also for starting a new business. Abhijit Muhurta will also be valid on this day. If this moment is so good for us common people then why not for Ramlala.

  • Why is Saryu river of holy Ayodhya Dham not capable of earning virtue?

    January 17th, 2024

Rivers have maintained their purity for many years. If we talk about rivers, Saryu river has its own history and identity and on hearing its name, the mind reaches the city of Ram. Geographically, Saryu River is actually a tributary of Sharda River. It is also known as Sarju. This river continues its flow through the land of Uttar Pradesh after separating from the Sharda River in Uttarakhand. Therefore it is a major source of water for the population of Uttar Pradesh. The Saryu River originates mainly in the Himalayan foothills and becomes a tributary of the Sharda River. Not only this, passing through the major tourist destinations of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh, this river flows for the next 350 km. The Saryu River is one of the most prominent water courses in Uttar Pradesh, originating from the Sarmul-district in the extreme north of the Bageshwar Himalayas, Uttarakhand. The Saryu River is mentioned in ancient Hindu scriptures such as the Vedas and Ramayana. It is one of the seven tributaries of the Ganges river. While holy rivers like Ganga, Yamuna, Godavari, Narmada created their own place, Saryu river witnessed the journey of Lord Shri Ram from his exile period till his return to Ayodhya. Ayodhya – Birth place of Lord Shri Ram in Treta Yuga and capital of the state Ayodhya is situated on the banks of river Saryu, thus it is of utmost importance in India.

Why did Ram take water samadhi in Saryu?

The process of renouncing hopes, attachments etc. by Sanatani saints and sacrificing their body in water at the end of their life is called Jal Samadhi. Shri Ram was born on earth as Maryada Purushottam, hence his death was also certain. There are different stories regarding the death of Shri Ram. According to Padma Purana, Lord Shri Ram had taken Samadhi of his own free will in the Saryu River. According to mythology, Lord Vishnu came to earth in the form of Lord Shri Ram to end the tyranny of Lankapati Ravana. When Shri Ram had abandoned Mother Sita even after proving her purity and after that, Mother Sita handed over her sons Luv and Kush to Lord Shri Ram and buried herself in the earth. It is said that Lord Shri Ram became sad due to Sita going away and with the consent of Yamraj, he took Jal Samadhi at Guptar Ghat of Saryu River.

According to another story, once Yamdev entered Ayodhya in the form of a saint. Yamdev, taking the form of a saint, told Lord Shri Ram that there would be a secret conversation between us. Yamraj put a condition before Shri Ram that if anyone comes into the room during our conversation then the gatekeeper will get death penalty. Lord Ram gave a promise to Yamraj and appointed Lakshman as the gatekeeper.
Meanwhile, sage Durvasa reaches there and insists on meeting Shri Ram but Lakshman refuses to let him inside because he is committed. Sage Durvasa gets angry at this and talks about cursing Lord Rama. In such a situation, Lakshman allowed sage Durvasa to enter the room without worrying about his life.
The talks between Lord Shri Ram and Yamraj get interrupted. Due to breaking his promise, Shri Ram expelled Lakshman from the kingdom. To fulfill the promise of his brother Ram, Lakshman took water samadhi in the Saryu river. Lord Rama became very sad when Lakshman took water samadhi and he also decided to take water samadhi. At the time when Lord Ram took Jal Samadhi, Hanuman, Jamwant, Sugriva, Bharat, Shatrughan etc. were present there.

    Why is Saryu River cursed?

The Saryu river flowing near Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram, is considered a cursed river. But do you know why this river is cursed and why the water of this river is not included in the prayer and worship. If you read the Uttara Kanda of Ramayana, it is clearly written in it that Saryu is a cursed river. One does not even get the virtue of taking a bath in it. Worship of Saryu is prohibited, Aarti is prohibited. So there is a reason for Saryu being prohibited. Shri Ram had taken Samadhi in Saryu river on his own wish.

    Why did Shiva curse Saryu?

It is well known that Lord Ramchandra ji along with his three brothers had ended their life by taking water samadhi in Saryu and along with them, every particle of that Ayodhya, even the living beings and insects, got absorbed in Saryu and that Ayodhya was destroyed. Had gone. That’s why Lord Shiva cursed Saryu, O Saryu? Now if anyone even touches your water, it will be a part of hell. Your water will not be included in any puja, no one will worship you. Because you have become the cause of the death of Lord Rama. Valmiki writes that after receiving this terrible curse, the Saryu river fell at the feet of Lord Shiva. Languages. Lord, whatever happened, happened because of the provisions of law. There is no fault of mine in this. Then Lord Shiva said to Saryu, I only give you this much freedom that if someone takes bath in your water, he will not commit sin. But you will not get any virtue either.
This curse is still applicable on Saryu river. Wherever a Yagya is performed, water from seven rivers is brought for it. Saryu is not included among the seven rivers from which water is brought. No event like Kumbh or Ardh Kumbh is held on the banks of Saryu. Saryu water is not included in the worship of any temple in Ayodhya. All rivers are worshipped, but not Saryu. Knowledgeable sages and saints do not go to Saryu and take bath.

  • Why is Pran Pratistha necessary in Sanatan Dharma?

    January 16th, 2024

In Sanatan Dharma, consecration of idols is a very old religious belief. In Sanatan Dharma, the ritual of consecration of life takes place in the form of a sacred thread that threads life into the idols. According to religion, it is believed that the idol gets consecrated, that is, the idol which is installed as per the religious rules, is considered to be a perfect idol. Prana means soul, and Pratishtha means giving place. It is believed that the idol consecrated is worshiped in a living form. Just like a living person needs food and clothes as per time. Similarly, the consecrated idol also needs proper arrangement as per the time.

What is Pran Pratistha and why is it important?

In Sanatan Dharma, the consecration of the idols of God holds paramount importance, Pran Pratistha, an integral ritual of installing the idols in the temples, is considered an important moment. Many people in India keep consecrated idols in their homes also. When life force is established in the God/Goddess idol, that makes the idol worthy of worship. In short, Prana Pratishtha involves the process of animating the idol by transforming it into a living representation of the deity. Without this ritual, no idol is considered suitable for worship in Hinduism.

    How are statues consecrated?

According to Sanatan Dharma, the eyes of the idol which is to be consecrated are kept covered only after construction. To perform the consecration, water is collected from various holy rivers. The idol is first anointed with this holy water. The anointing ritual is done carefully. Initially, the idol is given a ceremonial bath with the sacred waters of rivers like the Ganga, symbolizing purity. The idol is then dressed in new clothes and placed at a designated place, where it is decorated with sandalwood paste. The consecration itself takes place through the chanting of the Beeja mantras, which is an invocation that fills the idol with the divine and life force.

This ritual involves the participation of priests and acharyas who touch various parts of the idol and invoke the deities by continuously chanting mantras. After this the Abhishekam process ends by opening the divine eye with scented water and flowers. When the eyes of the deity are thus opened, a mirror is placed in front of the idol to enable the deity to see his own bright personality; sometimes, due to the intense life force present in the vision, the mirror breaks. Is. Because breaking the glass or any other object placed in front of the idol during Murti Pran Pratishtha is considered an auspicious event. After this, Aarti is performed, and Prasad is distributed among the devotees. Only after this this sacred ceremony is completed.

What happens to the idols after consecration?

Pran Pratistha is considered an essential condition for idol worship. It is believed that after this Pratishtha, the God/Goddess themselves reside in the idol. This ritual acts as a medium between the worshiper and the divine. To get auspicious results of the ritual, it is mandatory to follow the auspicious time.Continuous daily worship is considered necessary to maintain the divine connection established during Pran Pratistha. In Hindu religion, ignoring the idols after Pran Pratistha is considered disrespectful. Every ritual and procedure must be followed to properly honor the idols. It is believed that if the deities are not attended to, they express displeasure and may even invoke divine retribution. For example, idols like Bhairava and Goddess Kali may incur their wrath if they fail to follow the rituals. According to Hindu scriptures, the idol in a temple or home should always face the east direction. It is believed that there is positive energy in the east direction, and the idols kept facing this direction receive divine blessings. Following Hindu traditions, the idols of the deity should be worshiped five times a day. The ritual begins during Brahma Muhurta, before sunrise, and ends just before sunset.

Should idol prestige be considered superstition?

Consecration of life is often considered a superstition, whereas consecrating a place is a science, through which the energy of that place is made subtle and intense. When we honor a place, the energy there becomes full and intense with vibrations. Just by sitting in that place, the level of energy in our system starts flowing upwards, the movement of energy in the body starts happening automatically from the lower chakras to the higher chakras. This is also the purpose of spiritual practices. To move energy from lower chakras to higher chakras. Therefore, such prestigious places are very helpful in spiritual practice and prove to be a boon for the seekers. Have you ever noticed that why our mind automatically fills with reverence as soon as we go to religious places? Why do we feel so much peace there? Because these places have been consecrated. The value of an idol is not measured by the cost of its stone or its beauty. It depends on the fact that as soon as the seeker reaches the periphery of that particular place, he starts experiencing divinity and his contact with God starts immediately. Consecration of life is an extraordinary and wonderful work. The artistic beauty of the idol is not important in the life consecration of the idols. Even if a simple stone is placed there and consecrated, it is as fruitful as a statue made by a beautiful artist.

Many times one has to give up worldly attachments for real peace of mind and real satisfaction of mind.  Omen is not something available in the market which we can buy.  Through Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, he not only solved all the doubts and problems of Arjun, but also showed the human being the right direction to live life.  The teachings given by Lord Krishna to Arjun during the Mahabharata war still serve as life management for the entire people.  In its 18 chapters you will find the solution to all your problems and the way to fulfill your wishes.  Whether the problem is mental, social or practical, in Geeta Krishna teaches Arjun that the events of birth and death are nothing more than the soul shedding its old clothes and wearing new clothes.  Since the soul is the only eternal element in the world, whatever we acquire is stored with us only due to external reasons and can also be taken away from us due to other external reasons.  Geeta tells us the causes of suffering and shows us the direction to get rid of them.

What is the cause of suffering in the world?

If we look at the Bhagavad Gita, we find that the main reason for the suffering in the world is our ignorance about the nature of the soul.  We become afraid at the thought of the death of our relatives.  Whatever we have earned or received, even the doubt of loss of it never allows our consciousness to be completely free. There is suffering in the world, this is the noble truth according to Buddhist philosophy.  The second noble truth will also be the cause of suffering.  Third, if there is a reason for sadness, it will also be resolved.  The fourth noble truth is that if there is a solution to suffering then there is definitely a way to end it.  But according to Buddhist philosophy, one’s suffering will be resolved through one’s own diligence and hard work.  But the incompatibility between suffering and divine existence appears inevitable.  The concepts of him being omnipotent, omniscient and compassionate are inherent in the concept of God itself.  If this is so then he cannot be unaware of our sufferings.  But despite having knowledge, it is impossible for him not to solve them.  When God has the solution to solve human suffering, then why is life so painful in this world?  Worldly suffering is not due to God but due to our own ignorance and ignorance.  And its solution also lies in developing virtues in ourselves through our own hard work.

How should a man’s actions be?

It is mentioned in Geeta that according to Shri Krishna, love is the basis of human life.  Only the person who has love in his life can find peace in life because peace lies in love only.  It is said that if there is no love in life, even if a person achieves everything, he still does not get satisfaction. According to Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, the main reason for the problems in any person’s life is wrong thinking.  It has been described in Geeta that wrong thinking is considered to be the single biggest problem in life.  And correct knowledge is considered to be the only solution to all the difficulties of every person.  In this context, Shri Krishna says that a person should not always trust his mind because it deceives man again and again.  Therefore, apart from the mind, a person should always remain focused on his work.  This is the ultimate duty of everyone.  The downfall of a person whose mind harbors too much ego, jealousy and hatred is certain.  It is said in Geeta that all these instincts stick to the human being like termites and gradually make the human being hollow from within. It is said that the intellect is beyond the senses, the mind is beyond the intellect and consciousness is superior to the mind i.e.  There is soul.  According to Geeta, no work can be done without soul.  Therefore the soul is considered a participant in every action.  Therefore the deeds should be kept high.

    Do desires cause suffering?

Shri Krishna has said in Geeta that human body is the field where war takes place.  There are two armies in it, one Pandava i.e. virtuous and one Kaurava i.e. sinful.  Therefore, man always remains entangled between the two and is never able to achieve peace in life.  The greatest sorrow of human life occurs when he has no desire to live.  Desire leads to sorrow and truth leads to happiness.  No one understands or follows this.  This is the biggest sorrow.  Desire and ignorance are the roots of suffering.  Desire refers to the longing for pleasure, material goods, and immortality, all of which are desires that can never be satisfied. As a result, desiring them can only bring suffering.  If a person wants peace in life then it is not something that can be bought.  A person can achieve peace in his life by reducing his cravings.  Excess of anything destroys our peace.  Like the desire to earn a lot of money, like the desire to get a lot of respect and prestige, like the desire to desire all the material resources of the world, all this becomes the cause of our sorrow.  And if all these are not fulfilled by ourselves, we become deeply disappointed.  This disappointment is the cause of our sorrows.  Therefore, a person should be satisfied with whatever he gets.  No matter how hard a person tries, he can never achieve more than luck.  So stay satisfied and be happy.

  • Is it in your hands to change destiny?

    January 14th, 2024

The scriptures say that fate is very powerful, but fate can be changed through effort. That means there is a need to maintain coordination between medicine and prayer. If both the inner light and the outer light work, then the matter is resolved. Eyes work when there is light in the eyes and light outside. Even if the sun is out outside, but there is no light in the eyes, there is darkness. Still, it was said that leave no stone unturned from your side. Whenever a person contacts an astrologer and gets his horoscope analyzed, the astrologer tells him different remedies according to each planet, which needs to be done for every person. Impossible. Every second person among us wants the answer to this question, how to change destiny?

What to do to change luck?

It is said in Bhagwat Mahapuran that, if you want your luck to flourish, luck to become good fortune then adopt six things. This message of this holy book is very amazing, adopt it in your life. The first thing is effort. Make continuous efforts and do not shy away from work. It is not enough just by joining hands, effort is also necessary. Hands should remain folded, head should remain bowed, but hands should keep moving towards effort. The second thing is courage. One should never lose courage, one should always maintain courage. There are problems in life at every step, do not sit disappointed, face the problems with courage. Only the one who overcomes the problem will be able to move forward and face every challenge. Lord Shri Krishna said that one has to be awake in life, not run away. Transform sadness into happiness, cowardice into bravery. A brave man attains martyrdom by dying once, a coward dies a thousand times a day. If you have courage within you, no matter how powerful it is, it cannot suppress you. For the person who is sleeping in laziness, it is Kaliyuga, for the one who started taking part, it is Dwapar Yuga, for the one who got up and stood up, it is Tretayuga, and for the one who got engaged in work, Satyuga has started. And his luck changed to good fortune.
    And he achieved his goal.

    Who writes our destiny?

Many people say that fate is written by God, while some people say that fate is decided by the planets and constellations. But man writes his own destiny, he can change his destiny through his hard work and honesty and can do things. There are many beliefs and beliefs about planets, constellations and destiny. Some people believe that destiny is created by God, some people believe that the planets and stars decide our destiny, while some say that destiny is created on the basis of the deeds done by us. Man does auspicious and auspicious deeds, God gives man results according to his deeds and planets and stars are the medium to give information about the results of his deeds. Man writes his own destiny and achieves his destination.

How is a person’s destiny formed?

Man is the creator of his own destiny, the calculations of astrology provide information about a person’s destiny and happiness and sorrow. If seen, whatever actions a person has done in the past, sooner or later he gets the result in the form of fate, that is, the fate of any person can be said to be the result of the deeds done by him earlier. Every human being You are helpless in the hands of your destiny, and the pen of destiny is in the hands of the creator. This pen of God which determines man’s fate is determined by man’s own actions. Change in destiny can be brought only through karma, the combined result of both the karma of the previous birth and the karma of this birth is called destiny. If it is written that suffering is a result of the deeds of the previous birth, then suffering can be reduced in this birth by doing charity, charity, remedy, worshiping God and other auspicious deeds. Inauspicious results cannot be completely eliminated, but their direction can be changed by taking certain measures. By doing right action in right direction, destiny starts changing, we just need to know the way, right way, right method, right time to do right action. Will power and determination can transform a person from a pauper to a king, and an ignorant person can become a great person. Therefore, if you want to change your destiny, then first of all strengthen your will power and determination and work in the right direction under the guidance of a qualified Guru, you will definitely get success. Life can definitely be changed through strong will power and determination. Future events are created by collecting the fruits of past good and bad deeds, every person writes his own destiny through his own deeds. According to Karma theory and beliefs, the cycle of karma and destiny is not limited to one birth, rebirth is a part of it,

The sure shot way to change your destiny?

The surest way to change destiny is devotion to God. Devotion does not just mean chanting the name and going to the temple. Devotion also means stimulating one’s emotions for one’s own sake. All the comforts, resources and relationships of the outside world do not always stay with us. But our own feelings always remain with us. For example, when you awaken within yourself the desire to get something, then your will power becomes so strong that you snatch that thing from the entire universe. Similarly, if you want your destiny to change, then the entire universe will follow your will power. All that is needed is determination and prayer. Prayer has so much power that it has the ability to change everything.

  • Why do only women have periods?

    January 12th, 2024

Menstruation is a basic process in women. This natural action gives her the status of a woman in the society. It would not be wrong to say that the responsibility of human existence depends on this. There is no doubt that this universe was created by a woman. That is why God has made woman different from man. Men consider themselves capable in every field. But in today’s era, women are also keeping pace with men. The qualities that women possess, such as tolerance, kindness, sympathy, affection and the ability to lead in every field. A man can never have all these qualities. In ancient times, women used to be very worried and stressed about periods. But nowadays women are considering this as a physical change and are moving forward in every field.

According to Purana, why do women have periods?

According to the Purana, once ‘Jupiter’, who was the guru of the gods, once became very angry with the king of gods, Indra. Meanwhile, demons attacked Devlok and Indra had to leave Indralok. Then Indra reached Brahmaji and asked for his help. Then Brahma ji said, Indra Dev, you should serve a Brahma-knowledgeable person, in such a situation your sorrow will be solved. Then Indra started serving a Brahma-knowledgeable person. But he was unaware that the mother of that Brahma-gyani was a demon. Mother had a special attachment towards demons. In such a situation, all the havan material offered by Lord Indra to the gods was offered to the Brahma-knowledgeable demons. Due to this, Indra’s service was disrupted. When Indra came to know about this, he became very angry. He murdered that Brahma-gyani. Before committing the murder, Indra considered that Brahma-gyani as his Guru and killing a Guru is a grave sin. For this reason, he also became guilty of Brahmahatya. This sin started following him in the form of a terrible demon. Somehow Indra hid himself in a flower and continued doing penance to Lord Vishnu in it for many years. Lord Vishnu was pleased and saved Indra from the crime of killing Brahma. He gave a suggestion for salvation from this sin. As per the suggestion, Indra convinced the tree, water, land and woman to give up a little portion of his sin. After listening to Indra, he agreed. Indra asked to give each of them a boon.

First of all, the tree took one-fourth of the sin of Brahmahatya, in return for which Indra gave the tree a boon of coming alive on its own. After this, water took one-fourth share and Indra gave a boon to water that it would have the power to purify other things. In the third stage, the land took the blame of Brahma’s murder from Indra. In return, Indra gave a boon to the land that the water would have the power to purify other things. Any subsequent injuries will not affect her and she will be fine again. At last only the woman was left. The woman took the blame for Indra killing Brahma. In return, Indra gave a boon to the woman that women would menstruate every month. But women will be able to enjoy work many times more than men. According to mythological beliefs, women have been suffering the sin of killing Brahma i.e. killing their Guru for centuries. Therefore they are not allowed to go to their gurus in temples. It is believed that from then onwards menstruation started in women. In the modern era, people who follow scientific beliefs do not take these things seriously.

Is it because of periods that women’s mind becomes sharp?

There is another big difference in the way the brains of men and women work. A part of men’s brain works while doing any work. Whereas in women both parts of the brain work. The way the right or left side of the brain works is related to the hand. For example, if someone uses his right hand, then the knowledge of language is in the left part of his brain. But the structure of women’s brain is even different. According to research, when estrogen and progesterone hormones are released in women, only then both parts of their brain work more rapidly. This brings flexibility in the thinking ability of women. And the right part of the brain starts working at a faster pace. It has been observed that people whose right side of the brain works more solve mathematics problems faster. Monthly changes in the body affect the way the brain works. These changes in women are positive.

From a scientific point of view, menstruation is the bleeding caused by the breakdown of the endometrium, the inner surface of the uterus. To conceive, it is necessary for this process to be normal and this process also plays an important role in hormonal control in the body. There is no scientific basis for imposing various restrictions on women during menstruation. It is a traditional belief in various religions and cultures that during this period the woman should be kept away from the normal household work. But it is part of cultural and religious tradition. There is no fact or answer about this in science.
