Once upon a time, two friends were returning home through the forest. As soon as they reached the middle of the forest, they saw the bushes in front of them moving. Hearing all this, he starts regretting his thinking and out of shame he looks away and walks away. So the lesson we learn from this story is that we will be able to surpass others in any situation only when our thinking is positive and good.

After some time it became evening and it was about to fall, his eyes fell on a cave. Because the cave was surrounded by trees on all sides, they thought that this was a good place to spend the night. So both of them collected some wood, went inside the cave, lit a fire and sat there. It was night time and the fire was burning inside the cave. It was completely dark outside and the sounds of some animals were coming outside. Among those three friends, one friend was of a carefree nature. So he slept there while warming himself by the fire. Now one of the two remaining friends starts feeling scared inside. He began to realize that he was seeing a scary shadow.

Because he had heard many stories of ghosts that some terrible spirits wander in the forest at night and if they find such a lost person, they do not leave him. So when he started talking about ghosts, His third friend laughingly asked him, have you ever seen a ghost? He said – No, I have not, but I have some acquaintances who have. So his third friend tried hard to convince him. Tried and explained that man, we don’t believe in such hearsays. Now it is very late in the night, so go to sleep and let me sleep too, I am feeling sleepy.

In this way, two of the three friends had fallen asleep. Now the remaining friend who was talking about ghosts was not able to sleep. After some time, he started seeing the shadows of ghosts on the stones there and he started getting scared after seeing those shadows. This continued for a few hours and then later, because he was tired, he also fell asleep. But shortly after falling asleep, he had a dream. In the dream, he saw a very scary shadow moving towards him. Then he looked at his friend who was sleeping, held him and picked him up, then he told his friend what happened to him, his friend started laughing again, then his friend said to him – “If again If you see that shadow, you just say what I am telling you. You have to say within yourself, “I am not afraid of you, if you have the courage then come forward.”
Then let’s see what the shadow does to you. You just have to say within yourself, “I am not afraid of you, if you have the courage then come forward.” So his friend did the same. After some time again he saw a shadow in his dream and he did the same. After some time again When his shadow came into view, he started repeating in his mind – “Wherever you are, I am telling you that I am not afraid of you. If you have the courage, come forward. I am telling you that I am not afraid of you.” , If you have courage, come forward. As he was speaking, the shadow started getting smaller and started moving away from him. It kept getting smaller and smaller and gradually the shadow stopped.

Exactly the same happens in our lives too. The more we fear all the fears within us, the smaller we become and the bigger those fears become, but if we are not afraid of the fear within us, we can face it. So there is no fear or problem in the world that we cannot face.

It is said in the Gita that those who eat food without offering it to God commit the mistake of eating stolen food. One has to suffer the punishment for this in both this world and the next world.
