We love all our things. But there are some things which are dear to us the most. I too have some things which I am very fond of. In my childhood, my grandfather gave me a gold ring which I still like very much. Now it does not fit my finger but I have kept it till date. The jewellery which my mother gave me at the time of my marriage is also very dear to me. At the time of my marriage, my mother gave me a sheet on which she had embroidered it with her own hands. I have kept it safely till date.
After marriage, when we went to Darjeeling for the first time, I bought a shawl from there. I still like it very much and I have kept it carefully. There are many other things which I have kept carefully, but the most important for me are the cards which my children made for me on my birthday when they were small with their tiny hands. After 30 years, I have kept them very well.

Today’s question is the most thrilling for me. I ask myself this question sometimes. How will people remember me? In this world, thousands of people are born and thousands die every day. But only those people are remembered who leave something behind that people are forced to remember. Our relatives and our own people remember us. But you can become an example only when strangers also remember you.
In the world we live in today, if there is one thing that is most important then it is our behavior. Behavior is first recognize by our speech. Speech contains both nectar and poison. If we behave sweetly then people around us are attracted towards us with love and they also listen to us and respect our thoughts. Be good with the good but not bad with the bad, because a diamond can be carved with a diamond but mud cannot be cleaned with mud. I remember a story on this which I had read in my childhood and today I am sharing it with you.
Once upon a time, Saint Tukaram was sitting in his ashram when one of his disciples, who was a little short-tempered by nature, came to him and said, Guruji, how do you keep your behavior so sweet? You neither get angry at anyone nor say anything bad to anyone. Please tell me the secret of your good behavior. The saint said, I don’t know about my secret but I know your secret. My secret! What is that, Guruji? The disciple asked in surprise. You are going to die in the next one week, Saint Tukaram said sadly. If someone else had said it, the disciple could have dismissed it as a joke, but how could anyone deny the words coming from the mouth of Saint Tukaram himself. The disciple became sad and went from there after taking the blessings of the Guru. From that time onwards, the nature of the disciple changed completely. He used to meet everyone with love and never got angry at anyone. He used to spend most of his time in meditation and worship. He would also go to those with whom he had ever behaved badly. He would apologize to them.
Soon, one week of the prophecy of the saint was about to complete. The disciple thought, let me take the blessings of the Guru by meeting him for the last time. He reached before him and said, Guruji, my time is about to end. Please bless me. My blessings are always with you son, well, first tell me how the last seven days went. Did you get angry with people like before? Did you abuse them? Saint Tukaram asked. No-no, absolutely not. I had only seven days to live. How could I waste them in useless things? I met everyone with love. I also apologized to those whom I had hurt, the disciple said promptly. Saint Tukaram smiled and said, this is the secret of my good behavior. I know that I can die anytime. That is why I treat everyone with love. This is the secret of my good behavior. The disciple understood that Saint Tukaram had shown him the fear of death only to teach him this lesson of life. He vowed to remember this lesson in his mind and moved forward on the path shown by the Guru.
In fact, our behavior is such a weapon, by using which we remain alive in the memories of people even after leaving this world. If you want your life journey to continue moving towards success without any hindrance, then for that, the way we expect behavior for ourselves, we should behave with others in the same way. Try to implement all these facts in your life. Therefore, sweetness of speech holds a prominent place in behavior. You may be good at heart but if your language is not good and sweet, then the work done by you is wasted. Often, if people do not behave well, then we also have to face physical and mental torture. In that situation, we should not get angry, but should control ourselves. In today’s era, the importance of nature can be easily understood. This is also the Guru Mantra of life. You should pay more attention to the beauty of your behavior than the beauty of your face and body. Your life will become enjoyable for you and unforgettable and inspirational for others.
But we are ordinary human beings, not some great saint, that is why the behavior of the other person can change our behavior. For example, I will give my own example. I cannot say that my behavior is very good, only those who know me can tell this. But there is an instant reaction in my behavior. I react very quickly to the person who talks or behaves with me. As you know, in our society, women are abused verbally and symbolically in many ways. At such times, my behavior changes. I become extremely angry and aggressive, my patience leaves me and I react immediately. At such times, my behavior is not my own, it is a reflection of the behavior of the other person. This behaviour or nature of mine is not my permanent behaviour but my identity is that I have the courage to oppose the wrong. Hence, in my view, our behaviour depends a lot on the circumstances, work-field, environment around us, people and it is possible that such behaviour of ours may not be permanent and may not be our identity. To consider someone’s identity by his behaviour and that behaviour, a person cannot be understood and known by just one thing, one has to live a whole life to understand someone’s behaviour and to make an identity. Good behaviour or say conduct is the wealth earned by a man, which he should not only share but should also keep on increasing it day by day as much as possible.because Good behavior is the key to every lock.
Change is the law of nature. Winter, summer, rainy season, seasons keep coming and going and these seasons increase the beauty of our country. I like neither too much cold nor too much heat, that is, I like spring season in which there is rosy cold and gardens are full of colorful flowers. Winter brings short days and long nights, which create a unique atmosphere. Cold, bright mornings give a different feeling. Hot beverages like coffee, tea and hot chocolate become even more loved in this season. When it is cold, your body has to work harder, which increases the production of endorphins. More endorphins in your body give you a mentally happy state and also relieve stress. Cold can help you gain more energy and increase your concentration. We like the cold season because there are means to avoid the cold. All kinds of fruits and vegetables are available in abundance in winter.
Because summer season is dangerous for the circulatory system. Sweating in this season causes water loss in the body and blood circulation gets affected.
As a result, due to lack of proper blood supply, irritation, stiffness and confusion in the veins increases. Due to thickening of blood, blood clots start forming. Clotting increases the risk of heart attack and brain stroke. People can fall prey to many deadly diseases like paralysis, Parkinson’s, varicose veins, muscle problems.
In winters, more than the need for food, warm clothes or warm things, people need warm feelings, which gives them mental comfort. This is the reason that as soon as winter arrives, everyone starts feeling the need to bring warmth in relationships. The effect of romance in life also becomes stronger in this season. At the same time, psychological research has revealed that in winters, the need for a partner is felt more by the mind than the body.
The winter season is the best time to buy new plants for the house. Because there are some plants that grow very easily in the cold season and do not need much care. Plants are an integral part of home decoration. They improve the air and atmosphere of the house. Especially during winter, these plants create a very comfortable atmosphere in the house. In such a situation, it is a good idea to bring new plants home in this season. By the way, plants have different needs in the winter season. While some plants grow very fast in the cold season, the growth of some stops completely.
During winters, the fun of eating doubles. Food lovers enjoy the season not only at home but also through street foods. During winters, the fun of eating doubles. The combination of snacks with cold and hot tea is the best way to enjoy the season. By the way, not only tea lovers, there are also people who like to enjoy the winter season in many ways.
In winters, everyone wants to spend some time in the sun. People like to take out 10 to 15 minutes of time to stand in the sun in the balcony, terrace or even in the office. The sunshine which people avoid in summers, people start loving it in winters. Leaving their work aside, people want to stay in the sun for 10 to 15 minutes in winters. The warmth that the sunshine provides to the body is not available from anything else. The first ray of sunshine is most important in winters for those who live in hilly areas. As soon as the sunshine comes in winters, people’s hearts start getting filled with joy. By basking in the sunshine in winters, not only do we get relief from the cold but the body also gets many benefits from it.
These days the drops of dew on trees, plants and grass look very beautiful with the rays of the sun, as if they are not drops of dew but pearls. The rays of the sun fall on the earth quite late in the morning and it becomes dark early. The weather becomes even colder due to the less visibility of the sun rays.
The winter season is really very exciting and wonderful. These days, due to snowfall in the hilly areas, there is heavy snow on the mountains, for which many games like snow skating, snow fighting, ice hockey etc. are organized for tourists. These days we can keep ourselves healthy by using various types of vegetables and fruits. Despite the cold at night, the day is very pleasant, which many people like. The mind is very happy to see the pleasant environment. I and my family eagerly wait for the arrival of this season.
There are 3 types of qualities within every human being, Sato Guna, Rajo Guna and Tamo Guna. In that person, Sato Guna predominates. He has virtuous thoughts. The person who has Rajo guna in him is of lustful nature and the person who has predominance of Tamo guna in him is of Tamasic thoughts. The person who wants to see divine qualities in himself should know the description of the qualities of God.
God is Sachchidanand Swarup, formless, almighty, just, merciful, unborn, eternal, diseaseless, beginningless, unique, omnipresent, omniscient, all-pervading, immortal, fearless, eternal, holy and creator. Only such a God is worthy of worship.
The person whose heart is deprived of knowledge, devotion and dispassion, then that person remains on this earth. He is not worthy of being called a human being. But the person who has knowledge, devotion and renunciation is actually a devotee of God. In the journey of devotion, the first obstacle comes from the family,
then the second obstacle comes from the society, but when a person moves forward on the path of power with full devotion, all the obstacles automatically get removed. The life of the one who loves God is considered successful. One who does not love God in his life and does not do devotion, his entire human life is useless.
To worship Shakti, a man has to develop certain qualities. Those people whose mind is tainted, whose mind is filled with ego, whose tongue always speaks lies and bitter tongue, whose emotions are evil, whose senses are always indulged in pleasures, their worship etc. go in vain; Because even the presiding deity gets angry after seeing the bad qualities.
Man should sacrifice his demons like ego, lust, anger, untruth and greed at the feet of Mother Adishakti. The qualities and traits in the human body received by nature are Is capable of performing all tasks. How to use these qualities and traits depends on the human being.
There is so much power in the human body that he can see the past, future and present. The poverty of a fallen person goes away as soon as he sees a virtuous soul. This divine power is obtained from the qualities of the body. The growth of the world is done by the individual himself but it is for others.
While performing one’s duty towards others, one forgets one’s own karma. He said that the life of a person busy in nourishing the body gets ruined. The nourishment of the body is food and the nourishment of the soul is chanting, penance, meditation and self-study.Every person should include meditation for some time in his daily routine.
Meditation infuses new power in the seeker. By doing this little meditation, the devotee gets strength in his body to work throughout the day. Meditation causes significant changes in health. This gives unprecedented strength to the entire nervous system and leads to physical and mental development of the seeker.
Meditation is a method and practice through which we are able to control our thoughts and become emotionally calm. Through yoga and meditation the seeker connects with his body and soul. With meditation, sleeping powers are awakened and the brain is fully utilized. Science believes that we are able to use only two percent of our brain.
Meditation gives the seeker an opportunity to look into his inner self. Most people meditate by concentrating on their breathing or imagining something in their mind and focusing on that imagination.Scientists believe that there are five types of waves in the brain. The lower the frequency of these waves, the more peace we get.
During meditation, our brain waves reach alpha. In this situation the seeker feels a little calm. As we become adept in meditation. Similarly, our brain waves change from alpha to theta and theta to delta. In the state of Theta we find ourselves calm and can solve even the most difficult problems.
After years of tireless practice and hard work, Buddhist monks are able to achieve the delta state. We get the delta state during deep sleep. Those who meditate daily, their immune system remains strong, memory and health remain good. Through meditation, doubts and confusions from the mind go away and the devotee starts living life with more clarity.
Just as you can clear the dust from a window and see through it, similarly you can see the inner self by removing the illusions of the mind. ‘Meditation’ makes us energetic.God is within us, in our heart. It is covered with intellect and heart. When there is filth in our intellect, we cannot see the light within us. Concentration of mind , meditation is very important in any work.
If we work with concentration, we will definitely be successful. God is not an object or shape which can be visible to us. God is a pleasant imagination, a pleasant feeling, a supernatural power, an exemplary appearance. If we want that we too have qualities like God, then we have to follow his behavior. We have to free ourselves from the web of this false world, which we have woven.
No, I have never broken a bone. But once I slipped and fell and broke my knee ligament. I was feeling pain like a bone breakage. I spent 20 days lying down with my legs on a pillow. Getting up was strictly prohibited. After that I walk very carefully. Even today when I remember that day, I get scared. May God not show such a day to anyone.
Balancing your work and home life is a great art. Everyone in the world works and lives a home life. But when you prioritize your work-life balance, you are actually prioritizing yourself and your business. Even though it seems like an unrealistic dream, achieving a balance between your work and your personal life is actually possible if you treat it as a goal, not a wish.
I have maintained my domestic life along with my work very well. For this, you need to be mentally prepared. If we think that we have to succeed in both the aspects without hesitation, then you will definitely be able to do it. I wake up very early in the morning and go for a walk and then exercise. If you exercise regularly, then you can extend your life for many years.Exercising gives you a feeling of energy in the body and if you exercise in the evening, you will also get a good sleep at night. Unless you get enough sleep, you cannot do any work with concentration. Lack of sleep affects our entire day. Lack of sleep can lead to serious health conditions, as well as negatively affect your mood, motivation and energy levels. Getting good sleep is a healthy habit. If you start getting good sleep, you will start seeing its effect in a few days. Exercising also gives you a lot of relief from stress. To make life happy, first of all you have to focus on your energy. Do not waste it like this. Consider your energy like money in an account, the more you spend it, the less it will be and the more you save it, the more it will increase.
Then after finishing the morning chores and preparing tiffin for the children and husband, I also arrange breakfast for myself. It is important to have a balanced diet for good health and good life. The diet we take should be such that it motivates our body and mind in the right direction. But before having breakfast, I definitely go to the temple next to my house and pray to God. And I sit for some time in the satsang. The company of good people has a huge impact on your life, the kind of people you live with and what their thinking is like. People with positive thinking will force you to think positively but if you live with people who always find faults and think negatively, then you will also start thinking the same.People with negative thinking will completely drain your energy. You should protect yourself from such people.
Then I go home and watch TV while having breakfast. News is an important medium to stay connected with the world. Your lifestyle also depends on the kind of news you prefer in your life. For a peaceful and happy life, it is important that you keep a distance from rumors and try to focus on such news that teaches you something and increases your knowledge. After having breakfast, I write my blog. Then in the evening, we sit with my husband and children and discuss the day’s events. Because spending time with family helps in better development of a person and it also affects his other relationships. This is the reason why it is often advised to stay with family. Spending time with your partner, children and parents strengthens relationships. Many researches have also revealed that people who spend more time with their family have more balance and happiness in their married life. Children learn to respect the sacrifices of their parents and love remains between each other. Work load and family responsibilities can cause stress but this stress can be reduced by family time. By spending time with family, you can reduce the stress of office and home to a great extent.
Sacrifice has been considered to play a very important role in human life. In fact, we have to sacrifice our first breath to take the second breath. Sacrifice is not just an act, but it is an emotion. It separates us from worldly attachment and also becomes decisive in the development of our personality. It is said in the Shanti Parva of Mahabharata that ‘there is no happiness like sacrifice.’ Swami Ramtirth also says that ‘there is no other power in this world except sacrifice.’ Not only humans but even God himself could not achieve fame and glory without sacrifice. The name of Lord Shri Ram is considered supreme as the epitome of sacrifice. Respecting his father’s orders, Lord Ram gave preference to going to the forest by renouncing the kingdom. Before stepping towards exile, he was just Ram, but after the completion of exile, he became famous as Maryada Purushottam. The person who can sacrifice his happiness for the benefit of others rises above the ordinary man and becomes a great man. Only such great men become the means of welfare of society, country and creation.
I have also sacrificed some things in my life. First of all, pride. If a man has to sacrifice in this era, then the biggest sacrifice should be of his ego. Only that man is simple by nature who always desires to acquire knowledge. Many times, under the influence of ego, a person insults elders, saints, and Brahmins. Ego is the main reason for the destruction of a man’s life. Sacrifice of ego is the biggest sacrifice in life.
Another sacrifice – I stopped imitating other people. Earlier I used to get sad sometimes looking at others. A person’s life is his own, he has to decorate it himself. We cannot live by imitating others. In society we have to spend some time with others but when we are in our home, then only our mind is with us. At that time we get the support of our sadhana only. And when we have to live with the sadhana of our mind then why should we not make our mind such a Kalpavriksha, such a Kamadhenu, that the thoughts of our life can become fertile.
The third thing I renounced was lying. Although I used to lie sometimes, there was one time when I felt very embarrassed because of it. That is why I believe that everyone should act in life according to truth and faith.
The fourth thing I renounced was greed. Because only the right balance of enjoyment and sacrifice enables a man to attain worldly happiness and spiritual bliss. Our Vedic Rishi culture also preaches the balance of enjoyment and sacrifice. Greed binds a man and sacrifice paves the way to salvation. Excessive involvement in pleasures makes a man’s thinking selfish and petty.
To renounce anything in life does not only mean to deny material pleasures. Suppressing the emotions arising in the mind, the restlessness of the mind and all kinds of desires is also a kind of sacrifice.
Every day something new comes in this world of fashion. From clothes to jewellery, shoes, bags, everything is new every day. The fashion market changes with the changing times. Keeping in mind everyone’s choice, many clothes and accessories are available in the market. I also like to stay updated with fashion. This is in my nature. It is always right to keep yourself updated with a stylish look. For this, I know about new fashion through the internet and other options. Only after that I go to the market for shopping. But there are some things which I still feel happy using. When I wear those things, my old memories get refreshed.
My mother gave me a necklace at the time of my wedding, which I still like very much. There might be millions of designs of necklaces in the market but I still like my mother’s necklace very much. And whenever I wear it, I do not forget to call my mother. With as much love as my mother gave me that necklace, I have taken care of it with the same love.
Among the old things, I still wear a shawl made by my grandmother. The light pink colored shawl that my grandmother had knitted for me 30 years ago is still in fashion. Whenever I wear that shawl, I feel the warmth of my grandmother’s love. When my grandmother left all her work and started making a shawl for me, I was already engaged. And she was in a hurry that I should complete it by the time of my marriage. This shawl is filled with her love and affection. Perhaps I will preserve it for my whole life.
Talking about old things, my aunt had given me a blouse on which she had embroidered herself. That red coloured blouse is so beautiful that even today one does not get to see such embroidery. I have kept that blouse very carefully. After a few years of marriage, when it became a little tight for me, I opened its stitching from the side and made it according to my size. Even today when I wear that blouse, you and my friends cannot stop asking. And my blouse has not torn till now because it is made of Khadi cloth.
I wear my own crochet top which I made after marriage. I wear the same even today. My daughter also likes my crochet top very much. I made the same top for my daughter too. And sometimes we mother and daughter wear the same thing.
There are some things that we don’t feel like removing because we have an attachment with them. Many people might think that she is so miserly that she wears such old things. But I don’t care about people because I know how to maintain the dignity of my relationships. It is not an ordinary thing to live under the love and blessings of your ancestors. It is not necessary that we keep only expensive things. Some small things also give us happiness. And it is not necessary that the thing that you have preserved is in fashion now or not. Only those people can do this who know the value of relationships.
He is a number one donkey, these words are said when someone has to be taunted for his stupidity. But it is said that everyone has some quality or the other and the same can be said for the donkey as well. People may make fun of this animal and consider it a fool, but it also has such qualities from which even humans can learn a lesson. If we look at the life of a donkey, then five such philosophies can be easily derived from it, which if adopted by someone, not only happiness can increase in life, but success is also achieved.
Do you know what is the biggest reason for frustration at the workplace? Associating emotions with work. But the donkey doesn’t do that. He just does his work well. The donkey is a calm creature. Sometimes even he might not feel like having so much burden put on him. But he keeps his sorrow within himself. And fulfills his responsibilities safely. Similarly, you should also keep your emotions and work completely away. Whether someone is pointing out a flaw in your work, or you have to give a suggestion to someone, take everything completely professionally.
Be it private life or professional life, it is very important to be patient. When goods are loaded on a donkey and it takes it to its destination, then there is a sense of patience in its gait. That is why it does not become a victim of any accident. But if a human is in a hurry to do some work, then he does not look ahead or behind. If a human learns to be patient, then he can also avoid wrong decisions. Not only this, this patience will not let him break down even in difficult times. But nowadays, there is no patience in humans. We get scared as soon as a little trouble comes.
The donkey always appears to be enjoying itself. He knows that he has to do the same work everyday. He never gets bored of his work. And when he works, he doesn’t look at anyone else. To be honest, humans should also learn to do this. Be it sorrow or negative feelings, these become more dominant when a person’s happiness becomes dependent on others. So learn to be happy with yourself. The day this quality becomes a part of your personality, happiness will automatically increase in your life from that day onwards. The donkey pays attention only to work related things. Everyone should do the same. The more a person pays attention to useless things, the more he will stray away from his goal and happiness.
Unlike other pets, you would never have seen a donkey sitting or standing too close to people. Just like other pets keep moving around their owners, they want their owners to love them. But this is such an animal that maintains distance even while being in the midst of everyone. What can be a better example of maintaining personal space than this? Whether it is your own personal space or someone else’s, maintain it. No matter what they say,
If you want to learn loyalty, learn it from the donkey. Donkeys are social animals that form strong bonds. They are loyal to their owners and respond to affectionate behavior. With proper care and training, they can become loyal companions to humans. The donkey’s owner puts so much load on the donkey every day. Yet the donkey does not utter a word. He carries out his responsibilities daily. The donkey is one of the most mistreated animals, overworked and left to die if the condition worsens.
Donkey milk has its own importance in the field of health and cosmetics. It is nutritious and the fat and antioxidants found in it are very useful for human skin. The fat content present in donkey milk works to nourish the skin and make it soft. Donkey milk is rich in vitamins and polyunsaturated fats. A 200 ml shower gel shampoo made from its milk costs Rs 2,400. Soaps, creams, cosmetics, moisturizers and skincare products made from donkey milk are in great demand in the beauty markets. Donkey milk contains four times more vitamin C than cow milk. Apart from its use in cosmetics, it also contains casein, lactose, vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, vitamin D and vitamin E.
According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, donkey milk contains special nutrients. It is seen as an alternative for those babies who are allergic to cow’s milk. Donkey milk is widely accepted in many countries including America. In other countries including America, it is being used extensively in the cosmetics industry and the dairy industry.
In lakhs of villages where there is no road, the donkey is the only one who carries goods on rough footpaths. Not only this, there is no alternative to the donkey in the hilly villages situated on the heights of the Himalayas. The donkey carries all the essential goods of the city to the village. It would not be too much if the donkey is called the caretaker of the mountain people. But the importance of the donkey, which is considered innocent, does not end here. The donkey is as popular in the cities as it is in the villages. The donkey is the only one who carries bricks, cement, etc. in the narrow streets of the villages. Whatever work you make the donkey do, the donkey never objects. You can load anything on the back of the donkey, the donkey has no objection. In the true sense, the donkey is a true socialist animal in today’s era.
Certainly the donkey is at the top of the scale of utility, but unfortunately it is always neglected. Donkeys have been an integral part of human civilization for centuries. They are often considered a symbol of stubbornness and stupidity, but the reality is much more complex than this. Donkeys are hard-working, intelligent and loyal creatures, who have played an important role in agriculture, transportation and even warfare. Donkeys do not like to be left alone. They live in herds and form strong social bonds among themselves. They take care of each other and protect each other in times of danger. If humans also adopt this quality of the donkey, then there would be peace in the world today.
Donkeys are physically strong and enduring. They are helpful in agricultural work by carrying loads, pulling plows, and transporting goods. They can work efficiently even in hilly terrain, where vehicles are difficult to go. Their hardiness and reliability have made them an important ally to mankind for centuries. Donkeys are intelligent and curious creatures. They are capable of solving problems, are alert to their surroundings, and can easily learn new things. Their intelligence is often underestimated.
Donkeys have a rich history and cultural significance in various cultures. They are worshipped in many religions and are prominently featured in folk tales and stories. In some cultures, they are considered a symbol of good luck and prosperity. Donkeys have a very good memory. They can remember people and places for a long time. That is because their minds are not cluttered with information like humans.
