Tell us about the last thing you got excited about.
Sometimes in life, there is an incident that excites us. One such incident happened a few years ago, I went to my mother’s house with my younger son. One day I heard my mother asking the neighbors for salt. But we had salt at home. I asked her why she asked the neighbors for salt. And she replied, ‘Because our neighbors don’t have a lot of money, and they often ask us for something. From time to time, I also ask them for something small and inexpensive, so they feel that we need them too. This way, they will feel more comfortable and it will be easier to continue asking us for everything they need.’ And that’s what I learned from my mother… let’s raise empathetic, humble, and supportive children with too many values to mention.
My name is Jyoti. The word ‘Jyoti’ means light. When I was born, the saint told my father that the name Jyoti is considered very good in the scriptures. The zodiac sign of Jyoti is Capricorn. Women named Jyoti are self-confident, hardworking and honest by nature. Girls named Jyoti associated with this zodiac are sensible and intelligent since childhood. Girls named Jyoti can become a good writer, writer or air force soldier, they also have a very good mind in computers. Girls named Jyoti complete their work with determination. They can become good politicians in the future. Women named Jyoti can easily adapt themselves to any situation and they prove to be very good life partners. Then what, my father named me Jyoti.
Inspiration does not come to any person’s life on its own. To inspire a person, there is another person or an incident which inspires him.
My inspiration comes from my grandmother. She has spent every day of her life working hard, and I never once heard her complain about overwork. She taught me the value of a good reputation, and I still seek her advice whenever I need inspiration. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn new things and face new challenges. Because of her, in my current position, I am able to take on more responsibility and learn new skills. People who help the less fortunate, the weak, and the broken inspire me. People who not only learn from their mistakes but grow because of them inspire me. I motivate myself when I find there are no such people around me.
Sometimes people can also get wrong inspiration. That is why it is important to evaluate every good and bad thing in life. And we can get this understanding from people older than us, or a true and knowledgeable Guru.
If someone likes to write then there are many topics that he can write about. But I like to write about nature because nature has existed much before humans and since then it has taken care of mankind and has always nurtured it. In other words, it provides us with a protective layer that protects us from all kinds of harms and losses. Without nature, the existence of mankind is impossible and humans need to understand this.
Nature has proven time and again that it promotes psychological well-being as well as reducing depression, anxiety, stress and anger. Nature can help you feel happier and more satisfied as a person, which can improve many areas of your life. It is the primary source of all the requirements for the nourishment of all living beings on earth. The food we eat, the clothes we wear and the house we live in are all provided by nature. Our forests, rivers, oceans and soil provide us with food, air, water with which we irrigate our crops. We also depend on many other goods and services for our health, happiness and prosperity. Nature is called ‘Mother Nature’ because like our mother, she always fulfills all our needs. Nature gives us the message of serving without any expectation. Just as the sun gives its energy to the entire living world without any benefit, the entire living world follows its selfless service and carries this sequence forward. Several studies have highlighted the positive effects of biophilia on human health and well-being. Biophilic experiences, whether through outdoor activities, green spaces, or simply bringing elements of nature indoors, help boost mood and reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.
Nature teaches us to be patient. Patience opens the door to achieving goals in life. Those who keep on saying ‘hurry up, hurry up’, in fact, are living up to the ancient saying ‘impatient mind, slow speed’. Success and respect are attained only by those who keep on working patiently. Satvik, Rajasik and Tamasik, these three qualities arise from the physical nature. Without these three, the existence of any real substance is not possible. The character of any substance is determined due to the more or less effect of these three qualities. It is because of these three qualities arising from nature that the immortal soul gets bound to the body.Coming in contact with nature reduces stress, anxiety and depression. Which improves mental health.
I live in a small town in Bengal. The sweets here are very famous. The sweets here are very tasty because they are made of cheese. This town is very small but all things are available here. There is a very peaceful atmosphere here. It is not like a metropolis. Due to being a small place, people are very friendly, they are always ready to help each other. If there is any festival, there is an atmosphere of joy among the people of the entire city. People keep visiting each other’s houses. It is the nature of the people here to be happy in each other’s happiness and sad in each other’s sadness. I love my town very much and I can never even think about this place.
People who think positively are never stressed and do not give up even in difficult situations. Positive thinking gives us courage and the strength to move forward in life, so that we can face any situation in life. Positive emotions don’t just make you feel good – they are good for you. Research shows that people feel their best and perform their best when they experience at least three times more positive emotions than negative emotions. The way we think about situations affects the way we feel. When we focus only on the negative, we feel bad. When we feel bad, we can only see the negative side of things. It’s an endless cycle. You can’t always be positive, but finding the good in things reduces negative feelings, and helps us solve our problems.
Be kind to myself,
I tell myself that whatever I feel is okay, sometimes days are good and sometimes bad, mistakes can happen, no one can be right all the time. It is not good to put pressure on yourself to “be the best” all the time. When I am going through a hard time, I am kind to myself, I don’t use negative words to describe myself.
Socializing:
I try to stay in touch with family and friends as much as I can. When I’m feeling down, I often reach out to other people and spend time with people who support me and trust me. Even if I don’t have much to talk about, doing an activity with people we like and trust has a positive effect on our mental health. When I can’t connect with people, I think about the time I’ve spent with my favorite people.because It’s not always easy to deal with difficult feelings, stress, fear or sadness alone. Sometimes, despite following all of this advice and self-care tips, our feelings can overwhelm us. We may end up feeling sad or hopeless. We may stop doing things we usually enjoy and feel less able to cope with everyday life and possibly have thoughts about hurting ourselves, or that life is no longer worth living. These thoughts are not unusual, and you shouldn’t feel ashamed of experiencing them, but if you find yourself thinking this way, it’s important that you seek help and talk to someone you can trust. If you don’t have anyone to talk to, look for services near you that can help.
Problem solving,,
I am prepared to face every problem.Problems can grow bigger in our minds, especially when we ignore them. As they grow, we begin to feel less able to deal with them and this then affects the way we feel. We must face our problems.
Staying connected with God,
the biggest quality in me is that I share my every feeling, happiness, sadness, joy, achievements with God. By doing this I believe that he is with me and nothing wrong will happen to me or by me.
Every living being has some goal in life, and the feeling after achieving it is of utmost importance. There can be many goals in everyone’s life. The goal is where we want to reach. But we think how to achieve our goal? There can be many methods to achieve our goal. Often people are in search of ways to achieve their goal. They want to achieve their goal soon. But if we work on our goal by making a plan, then it can be achieved. If we keep looking at the goal every moment, then we always keep striving for it. This is a good method to achieve the goal.We have to observe ourselves to set our goals. We should set goals according to our capabilities so that those goals can be achieved.
Passion
I choose such a goal for myself that I am passionate about achieving it. Because we can achieve our goals with passion. Passion means that we are always ready to achieve that destination. We always look at it. We want to achieve it.
Identifying my potential
When I set a goal, I see whether I am capable of achieving it or not. What are the limits of achieving that goal? Although nothing is impossible. But there should be capability in it as well.
Control
If I work towards a goal, I should also be able to control the situation. The goal I set may require me to change my plan many times. Therefore, we should have the ability to control.
The principle of goal setting
First of all I clarify my goal, is this what I want? If we develop a clear understanding, then the goal can be set. Because clear understanding develops some awareness and if there is no understanding, then we keep changing the goal again and again. This creates doubt in our mind, due to which the right decision is not taken. Therefore, clear understanding is the principle of goal setting.
think big
We should think big while setting our goals. If our thinking is big, then we do not care about small problems. Because the one who is ready to bear big troubles, small troubles do not matter much to him.
Consistency and Patience
Consistency is necessary to achieve the goal. I do not get peace until I achieve something. Thus, consistency and patience are necessary to achieve any goal.
Excitement
If there is enthusiasm in achieving the goal, then the goal is achieved quickly. Enthusiasm means to be eager for your goal, to have a strong desire, to enjoy whatever work is done for the goal. Do the work consciously. Do the work with awareness. If you work consciously, it is fun. If you work consciously, there is no mistake in it.
Self-confidence
Unless you have faith in yourself, it is difficult to achieve the goal. We have to convince ourselves that we can do this task. No task is impossible, when you believe that you can do it, then the work is done with full potential and the goal is achieved quickly.
dedication-hard work-sacrifice
I do my work with full hard work and concentration. With dedication the goal is achieved quickly. Dedication means interest. With dedication we always give priority to the goal. In other words, we work only on achieving the goal. With dedication a person works hard. Hard work contributes maximum in achieving the goal. Hard work compensates for all the shortcomings. There is no substitute for hard work. That is why it is said that dedication-hard work-sacrifice is the key to success.
In some cases, emergencies can be anticipated and planned for. The emergency could be a hurricane, house fire, flood, or bomb explosion. Planning ahead is a crucial step in helping yourself and your family and limiting the effects of an emergency.
My emergency plan includes a list that everyone can see of friends and family members who can help in the event of a family member being taken into custody. Identifying someone who will be ready to help in advance, and who will be caring for my children. Preparing to live self-sufficiently for at least three days by preparing an emergency kit that includes non-perishable food, water, a flashlight, a portable, battery-operated radio, batteries, medications, a first aid kit, money, seasonal clothing, and hygiene supplies. Updating emergency contact information at my child’s school to add the names and telephone numbers of adults (for example, family members, friends, babysitters, neighbors, or others who may pick up my child in my absence.
Preparing children in such a way that if we are not there, then informing our closest relatives like grandparents over phone can be the biggest task. Preparing children from childhood in such a way that they can be self-dependent. Husband and wife should always have the ability to live life alone. Always store ration, water, medicines etc. in the house so that if you live in a flood-prone area, it can be useful for you.
No one can do anything against nature. And only that happens which is acceptable to nature. But by taking some precautions we can make our disaster a little easier.
According to me, the word OK is used by many people in the world. English speakers use it. Nowadays OK is spoken in other languages as well to express agreement. According to an article published in Smithsonian magazine, the word OK originated in the early 19th century. At that time, there was a trend of making English words fashionable. Because of this, there are many words that have been misspelled. The same happened with OK. Often, when we are talking to someone on the phone or face to face or through a message, we definitely use a word. That word is OK. We do this to agree on something.
Peace is the most important thing for a human being. Today people have a lot of material comforts, but despite this they do not have peace of mind. Resources can be bought with money, but peace cannot be bought. Peace is not a commodity to be sold in the market. Peace is not achieved by just being silent from the mouth, rather true happiness and peace is only possible when a person’s mind is silent. The reason for unrest is a person’s mind. They are restless from the mind and until their mind is not peaceful, their life cannot be happy. They will get peace only when they control their mind. Some people get peace when they feel safe, when they are not sick. For many people, a life without any fear is peaceful. Some people find peace in living with inner satisfaction. Some people consider living with love and affection with the people around them.
I get peace even when I can help a poor person. I get peace when I can arrange medicines for a helpless old man. I get peace when someone tells me that I am always ready to help someone. I keep myself away from false arguments, gossiping, grumbling all the time because all these things give me peace. I don’t like a life full of pomp because campaigns, pomp and show, all these bring unrest in a person’s life. I like to mind my own business. I believe that peace cannot be bought in the market, it has to be managed by oneself.
