In our daily life, we all do something or the other for our body. I like walking more than running. And that too during winters. In summers, I don’t like walking or running at all. But I do 25 rounds of Surya Namaskar in my house with the AC on. Surya Namaskar helps in making my joints flexible. I think if someone doesn’t like walking or running, this is the best exercise for them.
Never, because I cannot force my views on anyone. Leadership is a skill on the basis of which there is responsibility for the successful running of the group. It is not enough to just consider yourself a leader, one has to work accordingly. We see so many leaders around us day and night, who oppress people without any work. Being a leader is not a bad thing, but the leader should be someone whom people respect. I believe that if someone reaches a leadership position without spirituality, he can easily turn into a dictator. A leader is not always good in everyone’s eyes. No matter how good work someone does, people keep finding faults. That is why I do not like being a leader. I am happy in my simple life like this.I don’t need people’s curses.
My favorite word is love. We all know that love means love. But I don’t mean only love between two lovers here. Love is a word that is capable of maintaining every relationship. If there is something left in this selfish world, it is love. It is because of which we are connected to our loved ones. Love is a word that helps a human being to convert his enemy into a friend. If there was no love in this world, then perhaps no relationship would have any importance. If we love nature, then only nature is ready to give us back. There is no definition of love, there is no price of love, there is no age of love, there is no season of love, there is no limit of love, there is no emotion greater than love. That is why love is a unique word, a delicate feeling. Love is not stubbornness, there is no getting love, there is no losing love, there is no scale of love. Love is just love, only and only love. Love is an emotion that is felt from the heart. Love is a deep affection, which is felt towards someone. Love can also mean a strong liking for something or liking something very much. Love is a power that, once awakened in the mind, overcomes evils like anger, greed, attachment, lust, or hate. Love is a relationship that is beyond superficiality. Love is a bond that involves understanding each other’s values, beliefs, and goals in life. Love is a state in which there is no conflict, no violence, just a mild pleasure. 💕
I am going to do a lot of things this evening. Because today is my mom’s birthday. Today we will first go to watch a movie with the whole family and then celebrate mom’s birthday in a good restaurant. We have also invited mom’s friends, but this is a surprise for mom. So today we are going to have a lot of fun. Today my mother has turned 78 years old. Actually, she has stopped going out of the house. Now she needs support to walk. But maybe today she will go out with us after a long time, then she will feel very good. I get a lot of peace seeing the smile on my mother’s face. A kiss on her cheeks, a deep hug, wishing her on her birthday and Mother’s Day and sometimes giving a gift and calling her beautiful, there are many small things that bring a smile on her face, which I try my best to keep doing.
What personality trait in people raises a red flag with you?
People believe that a good look or a good face can attract people very easily. There is no doubt that when people meet someone for the first time and do not know much about them, they start judging their personality just by looking at them, but the face is God’s creation and it is not that easy for humans to change it. Some signs can act as red flags, indicating potential challenges or incompatibilities in relationships.
1,,Lack of empathy and intelligence,, People who lack empathy and intelligence may have difficulty understanding other people’s feelings and needs. This can result in misunderstanding, trust, and a decrease in kindness.
2,,Self-esteem,,Excessive self-obsession,,A person is overly preoccupied with his or her own interests, has a superior opinion of himself or herself, and is indifferent to the feelings and needs of other people. Such behavior can impede the development of relationships based on mutual respect and admiration. A person who brags about himself or herself all the time becomes a headache for others. 3,,Imposing one’s opinions on others,,If a person tends to control the behavior of others, then trust and autonomy in relationships can be lost. Recognizing and addressing these behaviors is essential to the process of maintaining healthy boundaries. Because in today’s world even a small child is the master of his or her own will.
4. Pessimism or Negativity
A constantly pessimistic attitude towards life is likely to affect the general atmosphere of relationships, which can result in emotional fatigue in the person. Enthusiasm is necessary in life to maintain every relationship. Due to lack of enthusiasm, our loved ones get left behind.
5. Positive attachment, whether the relationship is of friendship or any close relationship. Attachment is reflected from within. By speaking sweet words full of false pretenses, one day the other person understands the feelings of the heart. Therefore, it is important to be cautious of those who show too much attachment.
6. Those who speak ill of others behind their backs, their words do not remain hidden for long. Such people consider themselves to be very clever.
7. Those who show their help, many people have the habit that even if the other person is not asking for help, they try to help him from their side and then keep telling everyone that I helped him.
8. People who swear falsely in the name of God. Such people who are not even afraid of God. They keep swearing falsely in the name of God on every small thing. Only God can save us from such people. The qualities of all these people can become a sign of danger for others. These people do not look any different. But a person should learn to choose all these people with his intelligence. The world is full of people with dangerous attitudes, you just need to save yourself.
Although every day in a person’s life there is happiness and sorrow. But sometimes there are some days when we enjoy our life to the fullest. The first week of May was very memorable for me. Because that week we entered our new house. Our dream house which we are very happy to have. And that week was my birthday too. So I had invited my friends along with my relatives. Everyone came to our housewarming and congratulated us. And at the same time, they were wishing me a happy birthday. We didn’t even realize how that week passed in a jiffy. Because happy days pass quickly.
In today’s world, some say that meditation helps in relaxing, some say that exercising helps in relaxing. But all this happens only for a short while. It is difficult to relax nowadays. Continuous phone calls and social media are controlling life. It is not necessary that people did not live under stress before this. They too used to be stressed, but as there was no mobile revolution, they used to use the means to relax. We should also try to relax by keeping our electronic gadgets aside.
I don’t rely on music, dance, yoga, or anything else to relax. Unless you are relaxed from your heart, no one can make you feel relaxed. When we are stressed, our mind tries to figure out whether we should fight the problem or run away. This is when we find it difficult to decide on this subject. I decide to do what is right for you and your heart.
Anxiety and stress can affect mental, emotional and physical health. Being happy, that is, relaxed, reduces the risk of many mental illnesses. When we feel happy, we can also feel inner peace. I do not attend phone calls when I am eating. The insistence on doing multiple tasks at a time only puts us under stress. I do not do office work where I rest. I never get worried thinking that I could not prove to be the best for this job. I keep these feelings away from myself. I do not panic if the target is not achieved. Your job is to kindle a light within you. You have to show yourself that you are not panicking. I maintain emotional restraint and it relaxes me and makes me productive.
I believe that in everyday life, a person should stay away from things like jealousy, feeling of revenge, imitation, etc. and be satisfied with whatever he has. Then we will not have to resort to external means to relax.
If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?
We speak so many words throughout the day. There are some words which we keep on speaking again and again. I too have got into the habit of speaking one word, if I had to leave it, it would be “Chhodo naa Yaar”means let it go friend.
Actually this word is enough to convince my mind. Because when the situation is against me, I use this word to calm myself down. But sometimes this word makes me laugh. Once my Guruji had come. He was telling me that you will have to do something in which you will have to put in your full effort. Suddenly it came out of my mouth, “Chhodo naa Yaar”. Hearing this word of mine, everyone there started laughing and Guruji also started laughing.
There is no one in this world who would not be angry with someone or something. But I am angry with my life. I know that one should not be angry with life. Because your life is your own and it has your dreams and your happiness. You have your relatives, you have your family. But sometimes the circumstances force me to such an extent that I am unable to understand anything.
I am a woman, and being a woman is a boon from God. But sometimes this boon also seems like a curse to me, when I am unable to live up to the standards of others even after working hard all day.
A woman’s loneliness, unlike a man,
A woman’s home, love and caste, no one can tell her about her own land. After marriage, even a woman’s father’s house becomes alien. Then when she has to listen to taunts in her in-laws’ house, she does not understand which house is her own. How does a woman establish and exile herself at the same time in her imagination? No one has ever tried to read a woman’s mind beyond the geography of her body. The boiling history within her spends her entire life sitting on the threshold of her silence, waiting for words.
But then when I think about myself with a calm mind, I think that perhaps this is the rule of nature. A woman can be compared to nature. Nature also gives us a lot but what do we give it in return? We play with it whenever we want. And the epitome of tolerance endures all this, and then when nature shows us its fierce form, even Gods tremble in front of it. Similarly, when a woman decides what she has to do, then no one can stand before her. Thinking this, I consider myself great. Because after all, I have given birth to this male-dominated society that harasses me. Then why should I have enmity with them? There must have been something lacking in my upbringing.

I have seen many places in India and abroad. But the experience of Amarnath Yatra was quite thrilling. In other words, your trekking, adventure and religious hobbies are fulfilled at one place. It is a major pilgrimage center of Hinduism. It is located 135 km north-east of Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir state of India, at an altitude of 13,600 feet above sea level. The length of this cave is 19 meters and width is 16 meters. The cave is 11 meters high. Amarnath cave is one of the major religious places of Lord Shiva. Amarnath is called the pilgrimage of pilgrimages because it is here that Lord Shiva told the secret of immortality to Mother Parvati. This story is called Amar Katha because it is said that listening to it leads to attainment of Shiva Dham. It is said that this is the most sacred story, those who listen to which attain immortality and become immortal. This story was narrated by Lord Shankar to Bhagwati Parvati in this cave. It was by listening to this story that Shri Shukdev Ji became immortal. When Lord Shankar was narrating this story to Bhagwati Parvati, a child parrot was also listening to this most sacred story and after listening to this, the child parrot attained the form of Shri Shukdev. Anyway, ‘Shuk’ means ‘parrot’ in Sanskrit and due to this reason, later on, he became famous in the world as Muni Shukdev.
As it is said that when Shukdev went to Naimisharanya, the sages and saints there welcomed him with great respect and requested him to narrate the immortal story and then what happened was that the ‘arrogant’ Shuk, happy with the qasidas read in his praise, started narrating the immortal story. It is said that as soon as the story started, Mount Kailash, Ksheer Sagar and Brahmalok also started shaking. Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva and all the gods reached the place where the immortal story was going on. Then Lord Shankar remembered that if the listeners of this story become immortal, then the functioning of the earth will stop and then there will be a difference in the prestige of the gods. That is why Lord Shri Shankar became angry and he cursed that the one who listens to this story will not become immortal but he will definitely attain Shiva Lok.
Every year the yatra commences on the day of Shravan Purnima, when Raksha Bandhan is celebrated with great pomp across the country. On the same day, thousands of pilgrims gather in the Amarnath cave to have the darshan of the self-created ice lingam of Lord Shiva. According to Hindu religious beliefs, the ice lingam shrinks during May to October and grows larger with the phases of the moon. Apart from this, there are two other icy shapes which depict Shiva and Parvati.
It starts from Pahalgam, nestled in the lap of nature. I saw locals helping pilgrims. They were carrying some elderly pilgrims on their backs through the dangerous hilly path. This path becomes very slippery during rains. The authorities had deployed security personnel on both the 48 km long Pahalgam and 14 km long Baltal-cave shrine. A lot of langars were set up on both the routes and at the transit camps and cave shrine. Helicopter services are also available for pilgrims on both the routes.
Some say it is the way to heaven and some say it is the way to attain salvation. But it is true that the darshan of the self-manifested Shivlingam of Lord Shiva, famous by the names Amarnath, Amareshwar etc., which is formed in its full form from snow every full moon, is in itself a heart-soothing sight. Since it is not an easy task to travel such a long distance and cross many obstacles to reach the Amarnath cave, every pilgrim who sees the ice lingam inside the cave considers himself blessed and very lucky because many turn back after seeing the steep climbs.
Those who are rich travel on mules while the rest travel on foot. It is said that the route from Pahalgam to Pavitra Cave is the route of the most beautiful mountain ranges in the world, which is literally true. It has glacial valleys, waterfalls falling from a height, snow-covered lakes, rivers flowing from them, and then snow bridges created by nature to cross them. All together, it presents such a wonderful play of nature that man watches all this with fascination. And roaming in the lap of nature, he enjoys the enchanting natural beauty and feels a strange peace in the environment.
