Do you trust your instincts?

All the children of God are endowed with supreme knowledge. The power of the soul to know everything is the supreme knowledge. Yes, I trust my inner knowledge. And the ability of inner knowledge is that power of God which the soul naturally receives. Through this, one gets direct knowledge of the truth without any medium. Inner knowledge is spiritual guidance. In the moments when the mind of a person is calm, then it naturally manifests in a person. It is the experience of almost all people that sometimes, surprisingly, one of their “predictions” turns out to be absolutely correct or their thoughts reach the other person correctly. Like the power of thinking, every person also has the power of intuition. Just as we can cultivate thoughts, similarly intuition can also be developed. As long as the power of inner knowledge remains undeveloped, a person is primarily guided by his limited mortal intellect in which the inspiration of intuition is only occasionally.  In this situation, he does some good deeds, but also gets involved in many bad deeds and develops many bad habits. Due to the law of cause and effect or the principle of karma, he is helpless and follows his self-made destiny, which often has a tragic end. When we do our deeds guided by the divine inner knowledge, then our life becomes successful, healthy and complete and there is a balance of knowledge and happiness in it.

Only by developing intuition can the truth be known. Then you will understand that life has a meaning. Then whatever you do, the inner voice will guide you in it. Mistakes in judgements are the result of underdeveloped inner knowledge. Most of you may have felt that you too could have done great things and become great; but due to lack of inner knowledge, much of that potential within you remained dormant. To progress and avoid suffering caused by errors, it is necessary to understand the true nature of everything. This is possible only when you develop your inner knowledge. This is the practical truth of the matter. Intuition is necessary in every aspect of your life, in your dealings with others, in your business, in your marriage. By not developing the capacity of inner knowledge, you make wrong decisions, choose wrong business partners and form wrong personal relationships.

This is how I developed my intuition practically. Before starting any work I sit in quiet meditation in my room. Then I focus the light of my concentrated mind on the goal I want to achieve. Always pray to God for right guidance. If your ego is blind and its voice is loud, it will suppress your intuition and show you the wrong path. But if you want to do some useful work with the purpose of pleasing God, then God will stop your steps from going on the right path and will take you on the right path. Meditation is the surest way and the surest way to free the expression of intuition is to meditate in the morning and at night before going to sleep.
