Sometimes the curious mind asks whether dreams really indicate future events or do dreams have no connection with real life. To understand the world of dreams, it is necessary to know the science of the human mind. The main basis of dream science is the human mind. The human mind remains active even when the body becomes relaxed during sleep. Yoga says that any thought that is constantly coming takes the form of a belief. The picture of this form reaches the universe and then when it returns to you again, according to that picture, such events are created around you and you get what you had thought.

Firm thoughts become things. This simply means that we create the future as we think. The mind is the most powerful thing. Naturally, 60 thousand thoughts flash in it in 24 hours or they flash like lightning and go away. Most of those thoughts are negative. It is said that if the scale of negative thoughts is heavy then the future will also be the same and if there are mixed thoughts then there will be a mixed future, but if the number of positive thoughts is more then the future will be bright. The formula for dreams to come true is that the first thing is that you should be firm about your dream or goal.  Those who keep changing their thoughts or goals frequently do not reach anywhere in life.

To make your dreams come true, chase them. Make a plan to achieve what you want and start working. Trust God, not fate, and always be optimistic. If you are failing in the beginning, it means that the chances of your dreams coming true are increasing. When you are working to fulfill your dreams, during that process you should imagine the things that you will feel after your dream is fulfilled. You can write things that you will say or do after your dream is fulfilled. When you do this, your desire to fulfill your dream increases and you work more in that direction. When you dream of anything and want to fulfill it, you should know that no dream is fulfilled in a day. For that, you have to work hard every day. Many times it happens that you get so tired while working hard that you give up without fulfilling that dream. But if you want to avoid these things, then track your progress.  When you see that you are gradually moving closer to your dream, you will try to fulfill it yourself. The formula for dreams to come true is that the first thing is that you should be firm about your dream or goal. Those who change their thoughts or goals repeatedly do not reach anywhere in life.



To be successful in life, it is important that you achieve your goals. Often people dream but are unable to take action to fulfill them. If you want to be successful in life, then you must take action to fulfill your dreams. You may have many reasons due to which you are not taking action.
