how to stay excited every day?

Enthusiasm can be called a kind of internal energy, which forces one to do work full of interest. People who do not have enthusiasm in their life, their life becomes dull, such people do not find joy in any work, the mind remains sad all the time. To avoid such a situation, one should remain happy and satisfied in all circumstances. There is a popular folk tale in this regard, in which the importance of enthusiasm has been described.

In olden times, a king had special affection for his elephant. The king used to take that elephant to every war. The elephant also used to follow all the orders of the king. With the help of the elephant, the king had defeated many enemies, but with time the elephant had grown old. Now he was not very fast. Because of this, the elephant stopped taking that elephant to the war. The king had ordered a new elephant.
The king had made full arrangements for food and drink for the old elephant, but even after this he started being sad. The king and his soldiers felt that now he has become in such a condition due to old age. After a few days, the elephant became completely demotivated. One day he reached the middle of the pond, there was more swamp there. After reaching the middle of the pond, he got stuck. Even after a lot of effort, the elephant was not able to get out. Defeated, he sat there. Seeing the elephant trapped, the soldiers informed the king. The king immediately reached the shore of the pond with his ministers.
The king called the elephant a lot, but he did not move.  The soldiers also tried hard to get it out, but did not succeed. Then a minister told the king that we should play the drums used in war here. The king was surprised to hear this, but he agreed to the minister’s suggestion to get the elephant out. Now the drums started playing there. As soon as the elephant heard the sound of the drums, he got up with full force. Now he intensified his efforts to get out of the swamp and he also got success. In a short time the elephant came out of the pond. The king was surprised to see this. He asked the minister how this was possible. Then the minister said that Maharaj, I know this elephant very well. It used to go to war with you. At that time there was enthusiasm in its life, but since you have stopped taking it to war, it started being sad, its enthusiasm was gone. Today we played drums in front of it again, then it felt that now it has to go to war.  His enthusiasm returned and he put in all his strength to get out of the swamp and he succeeded. The lesson of this short story is that as long as there is enthusiasm in our life, this life feels good. When enthusiasm ends, this life becomes dull. That is why one should remain happy in all circumstances. One should remain satisfied with one’s comforts and facilities, only then enthusiasm remains.

In today’s competitive era, every person is bent on copying each other. No one is happy with his life because everyone sees more food in the other’s plate. When the five fingers of our hands are not equal, then how can humans be equal. Therefore, never let negativity enter your mind. Your negative thoughts have the biggest role in reducing your enthusiasm. Just be happy with your achievements for one day and see at what peak your enthusiasm remains.
