Which activities make you lose track of time?
Everyone performs various activities in their daily routine, such as bathing, eating, cooking, cleaning, etc. Such activities help us to function effectively in daily life. But some of these activities make us forget to keep track of time.
Similarly, I also like meditation and while doing it I get lost in myself. I am not aware of the time. Unless there is a big noise, my eyes do not open. The second activity I like is singing the praises of God. Whenever I get a chance, I do not miss going to the kirtan. I like writing and singing bhajans, both of which do not let me be aware of the time.
