My Fix time to sleep and wake up

What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

Since childhood, we have been hearing ‘Early to bed and early to rise’, that is, sleeping early at night and waking up early in the morning is beneficial for both health and wealth. But due to busy lifestyle, people now sleep and wake up as per their convenience. The habit of waking up early in the morning and sleeping early at night can get rid of many health problems. But due to busy lifestyle, it becomes very difficult to follow it.

I wake up every day at 6:00 am. Morning walk and exercise are part of my daily routine. After that I work for the whole day, and then go to bed at 11:00 pm. On Saturday night we sleep a little late and wake up late on Sunday morning. Waking up too early is not my cup of tea. Because by doing this I don’t get enough sleep. And then I feel tired all day. I have been following this routine for many years. Perhaps I will continue to do the same in the coming days as well.
