Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

Who does not wish to live a long life? But to live a long life, just eating, drinking, sleeping and daily routine work is not enough. Nor is it necessary to be very rich to live a long life. Even a poor person can have a good life by paying attention to many things.

I also pay attention to many things for this. A big difference can be made by making some small changes in the lifestyle. It is important to understand that there is no need to do any big or difficult work to get good health and long life. When it comes to the quality of life through mental health and physical fitness, we all start thinking about how to improve it. But if looked carefully, it is not that difficult. A big difference can be made by making some small changes in the lifestyle. Many times we think about the elderly in our homes and around us whether we will be able to live as long as them. Or whether we will be able to be as active as them at their age. But it is important to understand that there is no need to do any big or difficult work to get good health and long life, rather we can get a healthy lifestyle by making a little change in our daily routine.

I try to include some form of physical activity in my daily life to feel healthier, more energetic, or in a better mood. Regular exercise has many benefits for both my physical and mental health. It doesn’t necessarily mean I have to go to the gym. Brisk walking, dancing, cycling, or doing household chores are all examples of my daily activities. As long as you’re moving and not sitting still, it’s good for you.

Homemade food, whole foods are foods that have not been overly processed or altered. They tend to have a lot of added chemicals or artificial ingredients to make them taste good or to help them have a longer shelf-life. So I avoid these kinds of foods. Fresh foods provide your body with more vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients than processed foods.

Social work fills my life with new energy. Helping the poor, keeping my community clean, taking care of children and the elderly, doing all these works gives me a unique happiness. And I feel my blood is increasing.

I try to keep myself away from anger, negative thinking, jealousy etc. because these things never allow us to remain healthy. Keeping control over my speech is also one of my habits.
