Which time is best for sexual intercourse?
Night time is considered the best time for having physical relations. Having sexual relations at this time results in the birth of a child who is sattvic, long-lived, famous, virtuous, disciplined, cultured and follows the religious nature. According to Brahma Vaivart Purana, a man and a woman should not meet during the day and at the time of morning and evening prayers. It should also be kept in mind that sexual intercourse should not be done during eclipse, sunrise, sunset, death, Shravas month, constellation, daytime, Bhadra, Shraadh, Amavasya. It is also considered to be an act that destroys virtues.

In what situations should you not make a relationship?
According to Ayurveda, sex should not be done during a woman’s menstruation or during any disease or infection. Some hygiene rules should be followed before and after having sex.
