What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Negative sentiment is a baseless concept.  The root cause of this feeling is that person who sometimes fails and creates such feelings in his mind that he starts considering success as very far away. Sometimes such moments come in life that even without wanting, the person becomes  When negative thoughts start coming in your mind, then it seems as if everything in life is covered with darkness, everything seems meaningless. Focusing on the good things even when you are feeling bad helps you in maintaining your emotional balance.  Can help in changing from positive to positive. I am also not untouched by these things. Sometimes negativity comes to me too. Let’s see how I deal with it.

First of all, I share my feelings with my parents, another trusted adult or a friend. And I try to convince myself that I am just like everyone else. And people are also like me.  We are negative when we think that every adverse outcome is someone else’s fault.  When we accept that everything originates from within us and all good and bad results are born from our own actions, then a sense of responsibility will arise within us, which is a positive thought.  We have to be grateful, learn to laugh at ourselves, without helping others it would be baseless to expect anything from them, we should make friends with positive thinking people.  We should try to do socially useful work, this increases the feeling of karma within us.
We should learn to take responsibility for both good and bad results. If we have done good, we should be proud of it, but if something wrong has happened, we should also take responsibility for it.  Knowing about the life of a successful person is as important as staying in touch with family members.  Don’t compete with your friends by considering them as ideals.

There are thousands of books that discuss the lives of successful people.  I read these books.Emotionally intelligent people often practice mindfulness, which is the act of being present and fully engaged in the present moment.  Mindfulness allows them to observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment, which can help them stay grounded when dealing with negativity.  Through mindfulness, emotionally intelligent people can manage their negative emotions more effectively, allowing them to react to situations in a more calm and rational way. Emotionally intelligent people are able to ignore the negative aspects of a situation.  Instead of focusing on the negative, let’s focus on the positive.  They look for opportunities to learn and grow from their experiences, even when things don’t go according to plan.  By focusing on the positive, emotionally intelligent people can improve their mindset and find new ways to face challenges. I turn to yoga to infuse myself with positive energy. Yoga improves concentration and mental  Stability is even better.  There are many such yogas, which throw out the negative thoughts from your mind, hence in today’s time the importance of yoga has increased even more.
The days of our life are limited and the energy we spend for each hour of that day is also limited.  We should not spend so much energy only on negative emotions but should use it with positive thinking. You will also remain healthy and others will also get energy from you, only then there will be positive energy in the world.

My parents have also instilled in me the habit of always looking towards people who are inferior to me in order to remain positive. In my childhood, when I did not get something, my mother always used to say that it is not necessary for everyone to have the same thing. Is it yours?  Does your face resemble anyone?  This lesson has been useful to me in my life till date. If we can explain something like this to our children, then perhaps their life will also not be dependent on small happiness.
