To whom should I share my pain?

Although in this world everyone is sad about one thing or the other, in this Kaliyuga everyone is definitely troubled by some thing or the other, in such a situation, if you are thinking of sharing your sorrow with someone, then you too need something special.  It is very important to keep things in mind.  To lighten the burden of the mind, it is very important to release the sorrow.  Expressing your feelings openly will make you feel much lighter.  Using our natural desire to express grief with proper understanding will help us to have the right emotions.

It is true that not everyone’s way of expressing grief is the same.  The depth of a person’s grief depends on certain factors, such as whether the loved one died suddenly or after a long illness.  But one thing is certain: suppressing your emotions can have a negative impact on your health, and it is also emotionally damaging.  Therefore, it is most beneficial to express your grief.  But how to express grief?  Buddha says that problems do not end by being sad, every person should think about the things related to sadness to get rid of it.
The teachings given by Lord Buddha are relevant even today.  Gautam Buddha also talked about suffering in his first sermon given at Sarnath.  Buddha has said that happiness can be attained only after knowing well about suffering.  He told that every person is sad sometimes.  Every person should know what is the cause of sorrow, why sorrow comes, one can get rid of every kind of sorrow.  And what are the ways to end suffering?  A person who understands these things does not get troubled under any circumstances. If you express your feelings to someone by talking or writing, it will help you in alleviating your sorrow.  Misunderstandings can also be removed with this.  Today every person is worried about something or the other or it can be said that he is sad.  Lord Buddha says that problems do not end by being sad.  To get rid of sorrow, every person should think about the things related to it.  For this, the teachings of Lord Buddha help.

What do Buddha’s teachings say about suffering?

The first teaching of Mahatma Buddha says that there is suffering in the world.  Buddha says that there is no creature in this world who does not suffer.  According to him, sadness should be considered a normal situation.  One should not let it dominate oneself.  Therefore, every person should not be worried and upset when he is sad.  On the contrary, one should try to keep oneself happy.
Mahatma Buddha has mentioned the cause of suffering in his second teaching.  Buddha says that the cause of every suffering is craving i.e. strong desire.  Therefore one should not have craving for anything.  That is, it can be said that one should not have expectations from anything or any person. Mahatma Buddha has said in the third lesson that any kind of sorrow can be removed.  He says that every person should understand that no sorrow lasts forever, it can be eliminated.  Buddha says that there is a solution to every suffering.  Prevention measures also exist.

What does Krishna say about sorrow?

Shri Krishna has said in Geeta that suffering ends only by changing the mind. Every person is the cause of his own suffering because there is ignorance within him.  Ignorance is the cause of suffering.  Ignorance is also the cause of happiness.  Both happiness and sorrow arise from ignorance. If we look at the Bhagavad Gita, we find that the main reason for the suffering in the world is our ignorance about the nature of the soul.  We become afraid at the thought of the death of our relatives.  Whatever we have earned or received, even the fear of loss of it never allows our consciousness to be completely free. We do not know how many mistakes we make due to the fear of losing our name and fame. The biggest reason for man’s unhappiness in the world is his  To be attached.  If he has attachment towards anyone, be it brother-sister, parents, brother-in-law, daughter-son-grandson or any thing, he has to face sorrow when it gets separated or destroyed or lost.

What is the root cause of sorrow?

Not being happy with your achievements is the main reason for unhappiness.  Not being happy with the happiness of others is the biggest cause of sadness.  Not being satisfied with the work of others is also the root cause of sadness. Man should not share his pain and suffering with everyone.  Because there are very few people in this world who will relieve your sorrows.  Whereas most people will be happy to hear about your problem and will work to increase your suffering with their hurtful words. When a person is in trouble, his heart becomes heavy.  He wants to ease his mind by telling his story to someone.  But due to emotions, many times a person expresses his sorrow to a person who is not his well-wisher.  Such people, after knowing about your problem, become happy and talk behind your back.  In such a situation, before telling your grief to someone, you should know whether the person is your sympathizer or not. Grief should be considered a normal situation.  One should not let it dominate oneself.  Therefore, every person should not be worried and upset when he is sad.  On the contrary, one should try to keep oneself happy. It is said that one should not be too attached to anyone, one day this habit can harm a person. A person should maintain his balance in every situation, whether happy or sad.

Can Bhagavad Gita solve all the problems?

If anyone has any problem then he should definitely recite Bhagwat Gita because it is believed that whoever recites Gita gets time to solve the difficulties coming in his life.  Every verse mentioned in Gita can solve every problem of man. It is written in Bhagwat Gita that man’s body is just a piece of cloth. Just as man discards old clothes and wears new clothes, similarly the soul too.  It leaves the old body and enters a new body, that is, a person is always identified not by his body but by his soul and mind, so a person should never mourn on someone’s death.  Because the soul is immortal. Krishna also says that you have nothing here, because you have not brought anything with you and neither will you take anything back. Then what is there to be sad about?
