What to do when negativity suddenly comes?

If any person says that he has negative thoughts, then people will advise him to consult a good doctor. Show it. Someone will say go to Vaid ji. Similarly, a human being also learns something only after being hit by time and era. Therefore, negativity is also such a spark that can burn everything to ashes. There is a need to teach it a lesson in childhood itself. But let us agree that despite all this, if you ever have negative thoughts then do not take them to heart. You have to understand that this is just a gust of wind, which will come and stay for a few moments and then go away. But I am a powerful soul whom no one can harm.
