Then Narad ji said to Shri Hari Vishnu that Lord, you are the protector and all-knowing, please tell me some simple and small solution which can bring welfare to the people of the earth. Hearing his words, Lord Vishnu said – O Devarshi! A person who wants to enjoy worldly pleasures and go to heaven after death must perform Satya Narayan Puja. Lord Vishnu gave complete information about the Satya Narayan story to Dev Rishi Narad. The entire story told by Lord Vishnu was narrated by sage Vedavyas in Skanda Purana. Described in.
