What is the reason for suffering in our life?

Like happiness, sorrow is also a gift given by God. But many people make the mistake of understanding sorrow. Suppose they have some problem whose solution is in their hands, even then they call that thing sorrow. Generally sorrow is disliked. People think that suffering comes as a result of sin or because of divine anger, but this is not completely true. Sin is also a reason for suffering. This is right, but it is not right that all sorrows come due to sins. Many times it happens that a person becomes unhappy because of his destiny. Prarabdha includes all those deeds by which we have caused pain to someone in our previous birth. The second reason is action. These are the reasons whose consequences a person often has to suffer simultaneously or in this very birth. The third and most important reason for this is that when God has to take pity on any creature and take him under his shelter and take him on the path of welfare, then in order to free him from the bondage of life and evil tendencies, such painful opportunities are created, whose stumbling blocks are After eating, man should understand his mistake and become his true devotee.

Not everything in the human world is as desirable. Every day the newspapers seem to scream and cry out about human suffering. Perhaps not even ten percent of the world’s population can say that it finds itself completely satisfied. The question arises why is there so much suffering in the world? Why is the nature of the world the way it is? There is hardly any religion in the world which is not seen grappling with this question and there is hardly any genre of philosophy which does not assimilate this question in some form or the other. If we look at the Bhagavad Gita, we find that the main reason for the suffering in the world is our ignorance about the nature of the soul. We become afraid at the thought of the death of our relatives. The doubt of loss of whatever we have earned or received never allows our consciousness to be completely free. In the Gita, Krishna teaches Arjun that the events of birth and death are nothing more than the soul shedding its old clothes and donning new clothes. Since the soul is the only eternal element in the world, whatever we acquire is stored with us only due to external reasons and can also be taken away from us due to other external reasons. Geeta tells us the causes of suffering and shows us the direction to get rid of them.

The allure of worldly attachment, affection and lust is so tempting that it cannot be forsaken by mere desire. A faint thought comes that a thing like life should be used for some good work, but in the next moment such tempting circumstances come to the fore due to which that thought gets blurred and the person comes back to where he was. . To come out of this kind of mud, God shakes his devotee with great force to wake up the sleeping person. This shock itself seems like sorrow to us. Heart-wrenching events like serious illness, death of loved ones, insult or betrayal by trusted friends occur so that a person gets shaken by their tremendous blow and becomes alert and gives up his attachment to this world. God gives trouble to His devotees so that they can understand who are His true devotees.

Happiness and sorrow keep coming and going in life. Time never remains the same. Life is about walking, so life goes on. But these coming and going happiness and sorrow leave a deep impression on the mind and brain of a person. A continuous series of sorrows one after another fills a person with despair. A person starts feeling that nothing good will happen to him, his fate is like this, it is written in his destiny like this. Due to all this, an attitude is created in the mind of a person which fills him with despair and sadness. This viewpoint is called pessimistic thinking. This pessimistic thinking is a major reason for unhappiness in life. Accept firmly that you are healthy.
You should maintain an image of yourself as a good person in your mind. You should thank God again and again for whatever you have received. You should make every possible effort to keep your mind free from unnecessary worries and troubles. Hatred, enmity, remorse, inferiority, despair etc. should be removed from the mind and replaced with good healthy thoughts.
We should not bring in anything that weakens the various systems of the body. Our body weight should be kept balanced.
One should not try to heal the body without healing the soul or mind. The root of man’s sorrow lies in his negative thoughts which gradually come to fruition and spread all around him in the form of despair. These negative thoughts, like negative people, work to create a negative environment around the person. A person becomes what he thinks. The reason for sadness in a person’s life is his pessimistic thinking. History is witness to the fact that a person who wished for good in the worst of times, even the worst of circumstances could not do any harm to him. In the mythological incident, despite the certain death of Savitri’s husband Satyavan at a young age, Savitri’s positive efforts even snatched her husband’s life back from Yamraj. If you want to change your life into happiness, then get rid of negative thoughts and negative people immediately.

The person who has changed his steps in life due to fear of sorrow, is surrounded by more sorrows. The person who has survived the gusts of sorrow and carried himself forward has become great in the world.
