Actually, the mind keeps good events safe but it feels that it has to save our body from every bad event. That is why when a bad incident happens, the mind becomes more active and that thing becomes a part of our thinking for a long time.

This will calm your mind and you will feel a different energy inside you. Listening to music makes the brain feel good. So listen to music.
