When should we keep calm?

Being calm is a very powerful medicine for our body. When we are calm, the hormones in our body also become calm. When we are excited, they also start doing their work very fast. By sitting quietly, the cells of the brain work deeply. There are many occasions in our life when we should remain calm.

When we do not have the facts of something, we should be calm. If we keep on talking without any reason about things that we are not aware of, then we may be made fun of. People will never give value to our words again. People will feel that he keeps on speaking like this. Some people have a habit of putting their foot in everything. Such people unnecessarily become the reason for jokes.

Sometimes such a situation comes, that everyone is making fun of a poor or helpless person. In such a situation, you should remain absolutely silent. The man who is poor today may be richer than you tomorrow. But when you together with people will call him good or bad, then you will fall in his eyes. When any of your relatives or family members are insulting you, then you should be completely silent. Even if you are right, don’t say anything at that time. The person in front will definitely realize his mistake. If you are getting very angry on his words, then you go away from there. And sit quietly in one place and take long breaths. Your anger will calm down.

Always pay attention to your words while speaking. If your words are harming someone then shut up immediately. Even if someone is talking bad about another person in front of you, it is okay to remain silent. Because the one who is doing someone else’s harm today will harm you tomorrow. Sometimes such an occasion comes when we are very sad, at this time if someone is not understanding our feeling, then we should be very calm and talk to ourselves. Because when you are sad and someone shows you a little sympathy, then you may say all the things to your mother, which you should not tell anyone. Those who are intelligent, they kill someone with words. Are there and save someone too.

Just like we do not like the sound of a crow, and the sound of a peacock is sweet. Because crows always talk. And the peacock speaks only when it is about to rain. Similarly, we should not chatter all the time. Those who speak sometimes, their words have power. And people listen to their words with attention. That’s why your words should be spoken very seriously.

We should not speak at all while eating food. If you get involved in a discussion while eating food, you may have an argument with someone, the food eaten in such an environment becomes poison in your body.

When there is a quarrel between two people and you have no relation with them, then you should remain completely silent. At such a time, your speaking can cause a lot of trouble. That’s why keep yourself quiet. There is great power in silence. The person who has recognized the power of silence, that much happiness gets included in his life. Silence is such a weapon that the biggest controversies can be avoided. The truth of life is that in bad times a person loses his power to think and understand. And assumes that nothing good will happen in his life now. In such a situation, his mental condition starts deteriorating. And the man starts babbling unnecessarily. That’s why always keep yourself calm. Don’t unnecessarily put any pressure on your mind.

Sometimes a person is sharing his/her sorrows with you, at that time listen to him/her very calmly. Do not give any argument for your words in his words. If someone speaks his mind considering you as his well wisher, then keep his words limited to yourself.

When we wake up early in the morning, then for some time we should do our daily work in silence. Due to which our mind remains calm throughout the day.
