One day the saint said to all the students, today you will go to all the cities and ask for alms. You guys will form a group of two people. The group who will come by earning more alms will get the higher position of this school.

All the students left for alms. The boy in the group who was talking more was absolutely less talkative and very calm. As told by the saint, everyone had to go alone to beg for alms. The arrogant boy, by whom he would go, would put forward the bowl of begging forward and start talking big things. People would close their door after listening to him. The boy who spoke less would go to the door and quietly put his bowl forward. His eyes kept rolling. Seeing his humility, people would silently give him alms. When the two boys met each other in the evening, the boy who remained silent had more alms. Seeing him, the arrogant boy got burnt. Immediately the devil’s wisdom came to his mind. He directly told the boy that why don’t we unite the begging of our two. The straight boy was absolutely straight, he mixed yes in his yes.

When all the children came to the saint, both of them had the maximum alms. He patted both of them in the saint. Then the saint said that now only one of you will get a high position of this school. He did not answer, there were only tears in his eyes. The saint said that beauty does not need any definition. It expressed beauty with its own eyes. Beauty is just something to put in the heart. He doesn’t need a long haul. All the children had understood the words of the saint. The boy who spoke more was now splitting up.

Then the saint explained to him. People who talk more keep only reasoning and reasoning. Most of the people who speak more speak more to impress others. There was no merit in their words. Many people give advice without asking. Whether anyone follows their advice or not. There are many people who do not know anything themselves but definitely give knowledge to others. Slowly everyone keeps distance from such people. There is no person who has knowledge of everything. But a person who shares his knowledge in everything makes himself a point of joke in the eyes of others.

A person who speaks less always listens more to others. He tries to understand more than what others say. People like such a person more who listens to them calmly. Often people keep taking their opinion from such a person. People who speak less explain their point in one or two words. The one who talks more keeps on speaking all the time. That’s why people do not give importance to his words. A person who speaks less is more successful in life. Because he does not waste his time by talking nonsense. A man of few words rarely quarrels with people, so his peace of mind is never disturbed.
